Smooth! From sales to crew, customer service girls at the office and the survey guy John! Let’s save the earth 1 panel at a time! Got my Solar panels very fast the crew was professional and the survey guy came before after to walk me through my process. No money down so I fell like I should of done this a long time ago! It has meen super cloudy so I am averting a $19 FPL bill but it is due to other extra energy consumption things on my end so I could not be happier! Thank you all

Happy Solar Bear Customer

Solar Bear has been super easy to work with, Andres the sales rep didn't push it pressure me at all, worked with me to understand the system and benefits. The install team, office people, and exit survey people were all friendly and answered any questions I had. Best part is the ease of installing and getting the solar panels up and running! They handled everything! More people should be switching over when it's this easy.

My issue was resolved.

I was contacted immediately by the owner. He explained what the problem had been and it was being resolved. I admire his dedication to solving the problems for his customers.
