Solar Bear

Everything has been great with Solar Bear. We are very pleased on how we were treated from all the staff and all the workers and we are glad we finally made the decision to go green again. This is our second time going solar, and we are very happy we did very very pleased with solar bear.

Blessed with new solar and roof

I am extremely grateful for the final outcome of our new roof and solar panels. We especially would like to offer our gratitude to Brian Sanford, O’Neal Cuff, and Hugo Da Silva who took the time to explain everything to us and made us feel comfortable during the whole process. Thank you!!

Samantha Ball...Awesome

Contacted Samantha about reinstalling my solar panels after Hurricane Ian removal for roof repair. Lickety split, it was scheduled and completed. Not the forstb time I've worked w Samantha; every interaction has been great. Best advertisement for your company.

Excellent expert happy overall with my decision to choose solar bear.

Vinny made me feel comfortable he explained everything in great detail. Very happy to have gone with solar bear.

Everything was good all the way from the sales guy to the installation to the closeout. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. And explained ever In detail.

My experience with SolarBear of out Tampa Florida has not been the best! If it wasn't for a young lady called Samantha Ball, who was my project manager. Samantha Ball, went above and beyond in more ways than one. Her work ethic and commitment to detail is second to none. She was the only person that reach out to me as I was tail spinning. My message to Mark Tosoni and Blake Charles take a leaf out of Samantha Balls book! You did not have the manners, time nor consideration to reply to my letter. As to recommending SolarBear to my neighbors, only if Samantha Ball is their project manager! A few other staff members were helpful, but Samantha Ball is 5 STARS. Thank you, Samantha.

Samantha was my project manager she helped keep the project on track. Things did start off a little rocky but once Samantha got involved things got a lot better. Thank you solar bear

Happy with new Enphase storage

We just received a new Enphase 10i solar battery to add storage to our Enphase solar panels. It only took and hour and a half and we were storing our solar power. We are very pleased with the installation and our new cost savings.

Very happy

Excellent service and our guy Will was very thorough and a real riot. Answered all questions. Yayyyyy we are up and running thank you!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best deal, best warranties, never to lose power again!

Troy Yarborough is super knowledgeable in the Solar Industry and had an answer for every concern for solar panel system and new roof warranties and spray foam insulation. We are building new construction and signed up for all three (roof, spray foam & Solar panels) guaranteeing us 50 year roof warranty. One group in house handling all aspects. Solar Bear has an awesome reputation because of people like Troy who held our interest above his or his company and gave us the best deal out of all the solar companies out there. We never want to go through another storm and lose power again and now we won't.

Everything Has been great with solar bear I am very happy overall with the process and very happy that my system is now on and producing

My amazing experience with Hugo DA Silva at Solar Bear

Hugo DA Silva at Solar Bear has gone above and beyond for my family and I. He has personally followed up with me every step of the way through getting our solar panels hooked up. He even drove to my house in Boynton Beach from Ft. Lauderdale on his day off to make sure he was here for the final inspections to get everything done properly. He is an asset to the company and I strongly recommend Solar Bear to anybody that is thinking about getting solar panels. He made what could have been a very stressful experience a delightful and exciting one. He always took the time to answer all my questions even giving me his cell number and always came out so I could just deal with him directly. I can’t thank you enough Hugo! A+++++ employee.

Excellent experience!

My experience with Solar Bear was excellent from start to finish. The sales rep was knowledgeable and responsive. The project manager did a good job communicating. The construction work, permitting and inspection was done in a timely fashion. Don't expect your project to get done overnight, but they do very well moving things along steadily and communicate along the way.

I would definitely recommend solar bear. They kept it 100 from jump. Our sales rep Brian went step by step and everything said has been true the entire way. All solar bear employees that came afterwards to install the panels, remove and install foam insulation as well as Hugo who completed the end of our journey was phenomenal. Solar Bear gets an a+. They deserve it.

Definitely recommend to friends and family

During activation of the system Hugo was very knowledgeable and offered further assistance by answering all of my questions. Will definitely recommend Solar Bear to friends and family.

Recommend

Nice job from start to finish. From Dave the salesman to Hugo who answer all my questions and activated the system. The meter is already running backwards sending excess power to the grid. Would recommend using Solar Bear!

Gone Solar and happy

Reached out to a few companies about installing solar at my home. Solar Bear was the company which came out on top. I gave Tom a hard time during his presentation and got a great deal for the best equipment. Installation took a few months and got done before Christmas. Hugo, the local customer liaison was excellent throughout the whole process. I am super happy with Solar Bear

Everything has been great from solar bear. There where some delays and some miss communication but over all I am satisfied we choose them.

Great service!

Tom was very helpful and informative when going solar. He gave me the best bang for the buck! Hugo was great with any further questions after install. JP is helping me with reimbursement of my 3rd loan payment due to some uncontrollable delays. Thanks so much to the Solarbear team!
