Solar Bear

Mr iannuzzi

tom was very good gave me all the information I .the install team worked quickly.

Clifford from solar bear did a great job. I am very happy with how we where treated. Will from solar bear came out and put the app on my phone I am excited to start saving money.

Aaron, the sales guy did a phenomenal job explaining all the aspects of switching to solar and using Solar Bear. We are very happy. We made this decision and Will came out today and turned our system on and we are super happy to get going.

Aaron, the sales guy did a great job explaining to me how Solar works and what to expect. The install team did a great job. The panels were installed within a week. Patricia, my project manager did a great job at helping me through the process and we just had Will come out and turn on the system and explain to us how the app works. As of right now we are very happy. We did have a hiccup with foam bear, but we have Phil coming out to get it rectified ASAP.

Troy the sales guy did a great job always kept in contact. Will came out and helped us set the app and get us going. We also go spray foam insulation with the solar.

Everyone has been great from Solar Bear. Our sales guy Justin did a phenomenal job explaining all the benefits of Solar. We are very happy that Will came out today to turn on our solar system and show us how everything works. we also decided to get a new roof with Roof Bear all tied in together as well as spray foam.

100% satisfied with Solar Bear. Will be referring SolarBear to all my friends, neighbors and family. Came to my home every time on time friendly kind professional workers.they also dealt with GRU with patient and persistent. completely satisfied on the outcome w/Solar Bear and roof Bear. And thanks to will for making this process easy on me and turning on my system.

Clifford the sales rep did a great job at explaining and answering all my questions. Even though it has been quite some time I am glad now that will is here to get my system on and activated.

Aaron the sales person was great,I had solar done along with a new roof and foam insulation at a cost of $80,000.The only problem was the roofers nailed a a/c line that cost ME $1,800,you would think that after spending that much money that they would help me out but I guess it is all about the mighty dollar and not customer satisfaction, and I asked for a hat and was directed to a link where it was going to cost ME $20 to advertise for them,I guess my 80,000 wasn't even good enough for a $20 hat!Be careful what you spend because it looks like all they care about is your money and forget about you as a person!

Panels

Every step of the way was fantastic No issues always had some type of communications. Even when the ceiling caved in a little from the foam they fixed it right away

Tom and Hugo was AMAZING with their knowledge & super support…in and out with this system. Now… my power is On,and I’m waiting to see my savings with my Electricity bills. “ Thanks Guys !!!”.

Very happy with solar bear

Very happy with solar bear and how we where treated. Don our sales guy is great salesman to work with. Highly recommend.

Very professional and talked me through the entire process. Always on time and responded to all of my questions!

Unhappy Customer

Totally unresponsive to service calls! Can’t get anyone to answer the phone! Took months to get panels cleaned. Have been trying for months to get a warranty replacement for a panel that has gone bad and NO RESPONSE! Recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Sales

Salesman said the person who referred us would get $500.00. Not received yet and we have been running almost 2 months. We were also told we would receive 6 months of payments for what we were put through. Older people do not get a tax credit unless you have millions of assets to claim. There is no discount for older disabled American Veterans. Do not purchase unless you plan to live to 100.

Don't sign a contract!

I'm in Arlington, Texas. This is a total scam. The special financing they offer, is for the panels, not the system. When I complained that they were expecting me to start payments but my system (after 8 month) was still not up and running, they told me the loan was for the panels, not the system. I have to pay even if they never connect me. There no incentive for them to finish the job. There is no communication. When they do answer their phone, they tell you they don't know what's going on but they'll get back with you, except they don't. Seven months in, they pulled a surprise inspection on a Tuesday morning at ten. Guess what, I was at work. They took the permit off the door and LOST it. Since they lost the permit they had to reapply for a permit to finish the job. Magically after getting another permit, they were able to pass and inspection with no one being home. Thank goodness, because they may have failed to pass if the inspector had seen the gaping hole they left in my wall! Nine months and two payments in and I still don't know if my system is even working. This has been an absolute nightmare.

My Solar Bear Experience

Thank you Solar Bear for your great service on installing my solar panels. Today is day 1 of my solar journey and Im super happy with my system. Tom, Hugo and the rest of the team thank you so much. Strongly recommend Solar Bear.

Great job by solar bear we are very happy. So far we have produced more then we have consumed. We are super to start saving money.

Erica Vinson did a great job with helping us understand all the importance of going solar. She made our decision so much easier and the process was seamless. I would recommend Erica to everyone who is considering going solar and special thanks to solar bear.

Don’t use Solar bear

Both me and my neighbor went with Solar. He went with Sunrun and I went with Solar Bear. I was promised a zero solar bill six months later there’s never been a zero solar bill. My neighbor who went with sun run he has zero solar bill Solar Bear will promise you everything but they cannot deliver. I should’ve gone with Sunrun from Costco. He’ll tell you about the credit they’ll tell you about their app not working correctly they’ll tell you about the reason why the Sun is working correctly . It’s a position of the sun during the summer on and on. Trust me don’t go with Solar Bear you’ll be wasting your time and money don’t do it. Don’t use this company I live in Royal Palm Beach

Even though we did have a few problems they did do everything they promised they would do. Will that turned on my system did a great job in explaining how everything works. Very happy with him.

Reakwon Jones and Steve Toscano did a great job. Aslo happy with Patricia and will thank you solar bear.

Great service. Cliff and Veronica went the extra mile to make this an excellent installation. I would recommend Solar Bear to anybody wanting to switch to solar. Very happy with the overall experience.

Home solar panels

Honestly a great experience. I have met with 4 other companies and solar bear was by far much more welcoming. Tom was our salesman. Very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and overall a pleasure to deal with. The install team was fantastic and did the entire install in one day. Hugo was our entry and exit contact and was reachable anytime. Fantastic company already referred them to 4 friends who have also signed up for installs.
