Solar Bear

I cannot believe that I would be using solar energy. It all became possible when Marti Edwards from Solar Bear contacted me. I immediately invited her to my home. Her presentation was inspirational and convincing. Then she passed the baton over to Veronica Rickmon, who did a tremendous job. Concerning the installers. They did their job quite professionally. I would definitely recommend the Solar Bear Team to solar power your home.

I did have some communication issues throughout the process, but I did have a great experience with the solar installation team. The guys were great. They were professional and they did a great job.

So far so good. Just had install completed. Very Professional.

Chris, Anthony, and Alec were awesome! Chris did a beautiful job with the electrical, and Anthony and Alec did an awesome job installing the panels.

Everything has been great so far Aaron the sales guy did a great job at helping us understand the way solar works.so far. We are happy with solar bear and can't wait to start saving a lot of money.

Very fast process, great service. Will recommend to friends and family.

Thank you Solar Bear !!

Very pleased with the whole experience. Our rep Tom cared enough to spend hours educating solar to us in detail. If not for his help we would still be over paying the power company and failing to invest in our home. Both Foam and Solar installation teams were professional and made the experience pleasant. Veronica basically held our hand every step of the way by keeping us informed. I will definitely recommend Solar Bear because of the caring team effort. Thank you !!

Highly recommend

Katie our sales girl did a great job. Solar bear and the installing team did a fantastic job with installing. I would highly recommend them.

She was the everyone from Solar Bear was great. I did have some minor delays, but it was due to me, taking the panels off a previous home and then moving them over to a new home when I was ready to move in but other than that everything else was great and my system is on and running and I’m super happy.

The sales guy and the installation team did a phenomenal job. We were very happy with them and how we were treated in our home.

Solar bear super informative very happy with the service and how we where treated I would highly recommend.

Troy, the sales guy and Karan the project coordinator did a phenomenal job at keeping me updated throughout the entire process.

Erica Vincent was exceptional. The installation went off without a hitch. All questions have been answered and I feel confident in how my system works and how to navigate the app. Thank you so much, Solar Bear!

My experience with Solar Bear was superb, I couldn’t have asked for a better company to do business with. They are attentive to the customers needs and very time oriented and prompt with the job that was done. I highly suggest Solar Bear for your solar experience.

Over all we had a great experience with solar bear. Aaron the sales guy did a great job with got solar Foam and a new roof. Everyone was professional and we are very happy.

Terrible Customer Service no follow through costs a fortune

Still paying over $245 for KWH through the electric company $271 month for Solar financing and the company does not respond to my calls, or emails to find out if they figured out the number of panels wrong. No customer service signed with them in June of 2022 couldn't turn on the system until the end of Sept repeated calls they dont care once they get their money.

Jason from SOLAR BEAR the sales guy did a great job. We are very happy that we went with him and Soler Bear to go SOLAR. We just had will come out and turn on our system and put the app on our phone and show us how it works.

Very happy with Solar Bear they did a great job.

Great Job

Very happy with the SB team, they did an amazing job!

My Solar Bear Installation Review

I chose Solar Bear for my Solar installation because of a highly favorable rating on Forbes.com, and they definitely lived up to that review. Veronica, my project manager, kept me up to date every step of the way. They promptly obtained the permit (often a long delay here in South Florida), used the best equipment manufacturers (Silfab Solar panels and Enphase IQ8 microinverters and combiner), had the equipment on hand quickly, and installed the system in a day and a half. The biggest delays were waiting for the electric company to 1) pull the meter so the installation and required inspections could be completed, and 2) once approved, replace the meter with a bi-directional net meter so we could activate the system. I would definitely recommend Solar Bear.

Solar Bear has been great since day one I was very excited to make the switch and go green and save some money with Solar Bear. A salesman name Aaron came out and showed me all the benefits and help me understand why it’s important to switch to Solar I am very happy I made this decision. Will is here now turning on the system as we speak we are sending power back to the power company so far Solar Bear has done everything that they promised, and I am very happy.

Troy from solar bear has been great. We met him in Wesley Chapel at a crate market show. Then Will came out to turn on our solar. We are so far happy with the process.
