SolUp did a great job being competitive, aligning the appropriate financing and install support. Although NV Energy had a delay, they still worked with me to compensate for the lost production due to NV Energies lack of sense of urgency to get my net meter installed.

Installation review

We interviewed and received quotes from six of the leading solar power companies. Sol-Up was the only company innovative enough to satisfy our unique solar generation needs. Old beautiful pine trees present serious shade interference problems on our roof. Sol-Up designed a system by combining residential and commercial solar equipment to provide the power we need. The system has been in operation of about one month and the production has been outstanding.

This company is great. They explained everything, including how the tax rebate will work which was very helpful. There were no surprises and installation only took 2 days. Once the system was activated, a representative came and explained how everything worked and answered all my questions.

TRUE PROFESSIONALS

We started looking into solar around July/Aug 2018 last year, we invited five firms to bid on our solar project. At the end of the day we went with Sol-UP USA, based on products offered, costs, warranty, and we wanted to go with a Las Vegas Firm who did not abandon Las Vegas when we had the hiccup with NVEnergy and their customers. We looked at leasing vs buying and went with buying made more sense. Everyone with we worked with from Sol-Up was a true professional from Grant (sales), the installation crew was amazing Tony, Kerry, Omar, Grady, and Brandon all did amazing work and it was a professional installation by a crack team. There are to many folks to thank that work in the office to name them all. But they too are the stars in this because without their support for the sales crew, installation crews and operations nothing would happen.

Very happy with Sol-up. The entire process -- from sales to install -- has been convenient and stress free. The product works as advertised, and all the staff I've interacted with are professional and friendly. Sales - Mari was my saleswoman. Very friendly, enthusiastic, and most importantly, knowledgeable. It's clear that Mari understands her product and is passionate about it. I frankly didn't need to ask too many questions because she did such a good job explaining things to me. I had a salesman from another company and there was simply no comparison to Mari. The project proposal including financial workup were very thorough, explaining the technology behind the panels, the warranty, the projected energy savings over time, and the various payment scenarios. Mari even threw in free installation of a Level 2 outlet for charging any plug-in electric/hybrid vehicles. Installation - Man, they are FAST and efficient. Everything was done quickly and in an organized fashion. The total time from signing the proposal to commissioning (turning on) the system was only about 20 days! From securing permitting, getting authorization from my HOA, getting the panels installed, and painting my conduits to match my home's exterior paint, Sol-up kept me informed through every step and did things exactly when they said they would. It seriously couldn't have been easier. It's now 7 months since my system was activated, and I'm still satisfied with it. My electric bill, which averaged $150/month before, has been only $12 every month, even in the middle of summer, most of which is connection fees to NV Energy. And I enjoy being able to monitor the status of my solar panels through my app and on my laptop. You can see energy generation for each panel down to the minute (it's so precise you can literally a dip in production anytime a cloud passes overhead). FYI, here are the stats on my system: 6840 Watts D/C 19 Sunpreme 360W modules 1 SolarEdge Single Phase Inverter 19 Solaredge Power optimizers 15-year product warranty (5 year 97.5% power warranty, 30 year 85% power warranty)

Professional from Beginning to End

I would highly recommend Solup USA to anyone looking to have solar installed in Las Vegas area. They were very professional from the beginning to the end. I was treated with respect and all of my questions were answered in a highly professional manner when I went into their showroom to meet with them. They were on time with installation and the installers cleaned up all the trash before they left. The quoted cost was exactly what it cost and the loan process was easy.

No one can match up to Solup!

After a long search for a solar company, there wasn’t a single company that can match pricing, warranty, and quality of work. The amazing part is that it doesn’t stop there. Their customer service is the best part in my opinion. I have a lot of questions and concerns. Not only do they go above and beyond to get the information I need, they are willing to come in person if it makes it better. To be completely honest, I had a minor hiccup with the my panels where NVEnergy turned off my breaker without Solup and my knowledge right after their inspection. This caused me a few weeks without any generation. Solup monitored it and even came to my house for free to just flip a break while I was deployed. Out of experience, almost no company would send someone out personally to go do such a small task. They care about their customers. This “issue” was partly my fault because I didn’t check if the system turned on the day we got the go ahead from NVEnergy but still, Solup took it upon themselves to fix it, double check generation progress next day, and compensated me for the electricity bill for something that was my responsibility. Want solar panels, don’t even bother calling another company. Go with Solup! PS- I actually don’t know the size of my solar system by memory so I just put 4.2 in the example. Not sure if anyone looks at that but just wanted to make sure they knew.

Fantastic Company

We searched for months to find a solar company we felt we could trust, and that includes Tesla that was very distant and we felt like a number to them. We finally found Sol-Up and we were not disappointed. They handled the entire experience from determining the number of panels for our home to the day we turned on the system. They walked us thru it all, and they were always available, friendly, and informative. The price was great, and we have now had the system running for several months and couldn't be happier.

Solup did a solid job, still waiting on NV Energy

Solup was the only company interested in putting a system in. They were easy to work with, did things on time, and took care during the installation of the system. City came out day after installation and gave their approval. Installation took place in late July. Am still waiting on NV Energy to inspect and install the meters. So I can not comment on how the system is actually working at this time.

Mostly Excellent

My only quibble was that the installers left the job before fixing some broken roof tiles and someone else had to come later. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and Tina Von Sachs especially answered every question we had immediately.

Outstand company

Sol up was easy to work with from start to finish. They took care of all the paperwork for the county and my HOA. The salesman was honest and even suggested that we get quotes from other companies nor pressure to sign up with them. The install crew easy very efficient and clean left no trash behind. After the install all employees I dealt with were helpful and willing to help with questions. I would recommend this company if you want solar for your home.

Best Solar installer in Las Vegas!!!! Highly Recommend

Sol Up was one of many solar companies that we had quotes with. Dan was so professional and answered all the question that my wife and I asked. We had done our research and had a few quotes already. As we knew just about how much kW of power we needed for our house. And they we pretty close if not spot on to what everybody was quoting. Every company that I had an appointment with had bashed each other not Sol Up. I felt there was no pressure from Dan at all. He was courteous and professional at all times. Sol Up let us decided on who we wanted to work with. And it was easy it is them. The Sunpreme panels and the excellent service is what sold us. We say give them a shot let them show you why we believe they are the #1 solar company here in Vegas.

They were the 4th company I talked to and have been great. From the sales pitch to install they have answered all my questions. Throw email and answering my calls they have always been there. Price and output were extremely competitive and their service put them above the rest.

Sol-Up Solar Company

Last week, I had my Solar installation completed by the Sol-Up Solar Company. I would like to rate Sol-Up at 5+ Stars for their great job installing my Solar panels. Mr. Frank Rieger/CEO Sol-Up provided a competitive price for a superior product. The entire staff was quite professional and they worked hard to ensure the Solar panels and Electrical work was properly installed and it looks great. I had Sunpreme 72 cell Solar panels and two 6000 HD Wave Inverters along with the P400 Optimizers installed which will cover almost all of our home’s future Energy expenses. I would highly recommend Sol-Up for your consideration. Additionally, the 30% Federal Tax Credit and the newly passed 2017 Nevada State bill for Net metering (Currently at 95%) are hugh financial factors when considering to choose Solar. Paul & Lynn H.

Excellent Solar Installer

It took us almost 6 months to narrow down the field and select a Solar company, and Sol-Up came out on top. They were very informative, patient, and addressed all of our concerns. They had flexible financing options, and excellent customer service. We visited their office where they showed us their product, and were always available with any questions we came up with. The install went very smoothly, and the entire process could not have been any better. Kudo's to Beau, Lloyd, the installers, and entire Sol-Up team, and we feel we have made an excellent choice that will save us money and provide exceptional service for many years.

Frank is very helpful in explain the pro and con of variety of solar panels and converters from several manufactures during his time of visit. He was willing to accommodate my short demand schedule and his team did a great job during the whole installation process. I have been monitoring the energy generating for months in compare with others and I am glad that I chose Sol-Up.
