Shine Solar install

The team was professional and were willing to answer my MANY questions and they did so patently. They were a joy to work with and be around.

Highly recommend. Excellent communication and always helpful. I also highly recommend their HVAC company. They handled everything during the entire process and made going solar very easy.

Great company

Professional, informative and upfront about all costs. Installation went very smoothly. Will recommend. Already seeing that we're producing more electricity than we're using.

Shine Solar review

Shine Solar met with me and my wife. They reviewed the offer with us and answered all of our questions. Installation took one day and the installers were professional and efficient. We have been generating for 30 days but we have not received our first electric bill. So far, we are very happy with the professionalism and responsiveness of Shine Solar. They have been very good to help us with questions and keep us informed throughout the process. I strongly recommend you schedule an interview with them to see if solar is right for you. Great company from my experience so far.

Great company to do business with.

We had been considering solar for some time and once we spoke with Joseph H. at Shine we were ready to commit. He was very informative and professional. The customer experience for us with wonderful. Liz kept us informed throughout the process and Nikki helped us with our app and the understanding of it. We are excited to see our panels produce and lower our electric bill! Definitely recommending to family and friends.

Highly Recommend - Great Experience

Everyone that can install Solar Panels needs to use this company. Great staff that is very professional yet friendly. Great to work with even when making changes to the original plan. Love the app that allows me to monitor my electricity production and usage.

Shine Solar was way to deal with, they consistently kept me up to date as the process continued. Every part of their customer service was great! Can't wait to see the benefits of my new system!

Fast contactors are good and nice

Excellent Service

We are very pleased with the quality of service we received from Shine Solar. They made the process go very quickly and “kept us in the loop.” Any questions we had, they were able to answer. Definitely recommend!

SHINE with Shine Solar!

We were finally able to get the solar panels installed like we always wanted thanks to Shine Solar! It’s all about the customer experience for us and they exceeded expectations and met every need from start to final install day. You will not regret going Solar with Shine Solar!! It’s fun knowing you are producing your OWN power!

Great Experience!

I had a great experience with Shine Solar! The install of my panels went great! Carrol has swapped my meter and I’m producing my own power! Shine made it as easy as possible. All I had to do was say, “YES”! Highly Recommend!

Easy to work with

Excellent job during each step of the process. Friendly and always willing to answer questions that I had. Great company to do business with.

Outstanding work

From the sales presentation until the completion of the project, everyone was courteous and very professional. When a time or schedule was made, it took place at that time every time. This is highly unusual in today’s world. We impressed with everyone we dealt with and every person that contacted us. We highly recommend this company.

Fabulous!!

I can not say enough good things about Shine Solar. From beginning to end, everyone that we dealt with did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The installation was actually performed early and they did a great job. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products. This kind of customer service is so hard to find these days. We appreciate all of you at Shine Solar.

Great North Texas installation

I decided to go with this organization for my solar set up. This organization made sure that I had the information that I needed before hand and insured that the system met all of the needs that I had based on historical data. All I know I can’t complain about too much with the overall process they were super professional and transparent during the entire start to finish process. The workers who came out and completed the install were super professional as well and insured that I understood all of the work that was being done and the parts that were being utilized for the installation process. All in all, I am super excited and happy with the overall performance and quality of the work that was done.

Solar panel installation and updated heat pump

Shine solar did an analysis of our energy consumption and recommended a new heat pump along with solar panels. The new heat pump has cut our usage by almost 70% and the solar panels have supplied 2/3s of our power required. Both systems have been without glitches making it easy to understand why we needed the systems.

Best bang for my buck

Very professional and courteous employees. Good products with warranties.

I knew very little about solar when I started my research, but talking to my consultant, Coy Holmes, understanding became more clear. Coy worked with my on every step of the initial process, very easy and efficient. Once his part was done, I was connected with my project manager, Beth Shurtleff, and she was fantastic as well. She kept me updated every step of the way ensuring I knew what was going on. The install team(s) did a fantastic job!!

Install

Heather was really good at giving us updates on everything while we waited to be installed. Highly recommend

All-In with Shine Solar!

My wife and I explored the solar option for two full years but it wasn't until we spoke with Shine Solar that we decided to go all-in. Shine Solar presented the information in a formal presentation that answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease with such a comprehensive project. We opted for the the complete solar system package which included the attic insulation install as well; and we chose the Kohler 20kW back-up generator in place of the battery back-up. From start to finish the sales team, professional installers, the install support team, and the follow-up team were always forthcoming and in constant communication with my wife and I. We highly recommend Shine Solar for your solar projects!

Very pleased

We were pleased with how Shine solar tried there best to help us go solar. Would recommend Shine to anyone who wants to go solar.

Exceptional Service
