Shine Solar, LLC

Great Experience

I love how I got my insulation and solar all in one package. It has gotten done in a timely manner for everything they do. The installers are very nice and did a great job cleaning up.

Over all not bad

I was looking for solar with another company and they never got back with me. I called shine and in a few months I'm making my own power.

Great experience and great customer support!

We would recommend anyone to shine. They are great to work with!

Informative and proficient

Nathan was very informative and communicated with us very well. Answered all our questions and took care of any concerns we had. Install team came out and did a very good, clean install of our ground mount system.

Shine Solar Shines!

I don't normally do reviews of companies and their work, but Shine Solar deserves every star I gave them. I had a complicated install, but they patiently and professionally worked through the changes and complications I presented (e.g., a roof replacement in the middle of the panel installation). My persistent questions were answered quickly and well. In the end, I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the process and the end product. This company has got it going on! Quality work through all phases of the project - from proposal to wrap-up! Well done!

Shine has it all covered!

This has been an awesome experience. I am so excited to be solar now and Shine Solar got us installed and connected super fast! Not only did we get the panels but they did an energy efficiency overhaul on our whole house to help us use even less power! We chose to have the HVAC changed with our system and I am so glad because they installed the best unit. Their panels look so sleek and sophisticated and our new AC is almost silent when running. They were able to answer all of our questions and designed our system to our home. Shine Solar also handling all of the permitting and extra stuff so that we didn't have to take time out of work. Now we are saving money every month on an electric bill and added value to our home! We are so excited to be adding equity to our home instead of to our power company!

Great company

From day one they were courteous and professional. They have always done exactly what the they were going to do. The installation team did a fantastic job. Customer service and follow-up have been awesome, answering any questions and providing any information that I need. I highly recommend Shine Solar.

Good Company

The company keeps you informed with every step in the process and even after the panels are working they call to make sure everything looks good on the app you use to monitor them. They are all respectful from the office to the field teams. They do a great job onsite and off. They are transparent and do what they say they are going to do.

Top of the line workers

The install crew was very in tune and worked so well together. The ground crew did a great job. I was so amazed with their work. They took time and explained everything to us and how it work. They are all very respectful. We are very please with what Shine Solar did inside and out.

The best in the business!

Quick and painless from start to finish - up and live within 45 days! Even on a cloudy, rainy day like today, I was still producing power (my first day live!) and am currently plus for the day! Strongly recommend solar to anybody who wants to save money on their electric bill!

Very good company

Customer service has been great all works as they say it would

Couldn't be happier

We had been talking about going solar for months. Once we contacted Shine, and sat through their initial presentation, we were sold. Everything in the initial contact was verifiable, their communication was prompt & reliable, and everything they said they would handle got handled appropriately. Whether you're looking to save money, take advantage of 'greener' energy, or looking to be more self-reliant, I'd recommend talking to Shine Solar.

Excellent

Recommend this Solar Company to everyone always willing to help with any questions you have. And installment of panels is easy and simple.

Professional and helpful!

All our questions were answered before we had to commit to anything. Once committed, the team was awesome at working on our timeline and expectations. Love the system!

We were very happy with their professionalism.

They were easy to work with and very helpful in answering any questions we had through the entire process.

From first contact to up and running, Incredible experience

Reviews on BBB were great!

Smile Shine

The whole process was a pleasure from beginning me to end. It is an investment worth going through with Shine Solar. Daniel and Misty were amazing. The installers (Craig Eric Cameron and Shelby Jose Austin and Brandon)....thank you guys for moving my magnolia tree....great people and did a wonderful job. Aaron picked up and made it seamless the rest of the way. This company has happy friendly people.

Amazing Experience

From my first conversation with Shine Solar....throughout the buying process....the installation process....and their periodic follow-up inquiries to make sure we understand all the workings of our system, Shine Solar has excelled in customer service, quality of product, installation and service of our system, and quality & integrity of the highly skilled, educated and knowledgeable employees that make up this company. Whether by telephone or in-person contact....every person at Shine Solar strives to make you feel like you are the most important customer they could ever have or want. In every contact we have had with them they have been professional yet fun to converse with, they have been honest, forthcoming, and punctual at every step making them a very trustworthy group of people (company) to do business with. Shine Solar made the entire process almost effortless on our part by following a business plan which I think must be based on the Golden Rule. If I sound like I am over zealous in my praise for this company.....it is only because they deserve it.....and no.....I am not an employee, a family member or a co-owner.....I am simply an extremely satisfied customer. We could not be more pleased with Shine Solar and highly recommend them for your solar energy needs.

Daddy got a new toy

The Installers were a great bunch of guys. I cut up with them while they worked and had a blast. The electrician was efficient but needs a sense of humor. The Guys that came and blew the insulation were hilarious.

Amazing team

The team at shine solar was truly amazing. They were fast to get back with me on any questions or concerns. Kept me informed the entire process even with Covid slowing things down they were always on top of everything and kept me in the know. I appreciated how each person I had contact with was very knowledgeable and could answer my questions or get me an answer! Highly recommend!

Great follow up and love the app to track performance.

We recently just got solar on our house and going through Shine Solar has been great. They followed up every week to keep us up to date on the progress which was awesome. Also they are adding additional insulation to our home which is very needed in our older home. I would highly recommend shine solar.

Stand up company

My process for going solar has been a long one to say the least. mind you most of it has just been issues out of anyones control. Just as my final paperwork gets put into the city, my city shut down because of Covid. Once my city did open up several months later we had a huge storm and wouldn't you know it, we need a new roof. Now we are finally installed. thankfully Shine has been here for us through it. They have had a few new people but it's ok we all have bumps in the road but it's how you take them and grow. The Shine installers are a great bunch of people and did a great job. Shine is a great company and stands with their people.

Shine Solar is amazing!

Shine Solar from the beginning to now have been amazing. Ryan who talked us through everything was amazing, the crew that installed our panels was amazing, Melissa who checked in with me through the whole process was amazing and Korbi wears amazing as well. My panels got turned on today and I can monitor what they are producing and they are producing a lot of kWh already. So just seeing what they produce already tells me a lot. If you wanting to save and go green Shine Solar is who you will want to go with. Highly recommended!

Professional, courtesy, best experience

I've never had such a great experience with every facet of an organization. Usually there is always one disgruntled employee somewhere, not here. Shine solar, always kept me in the know and I felt like the first person to know of any updates. Shine air, and shine home also can't be left out of this and they were also a 10/10 for me. From the first call after I gave my contact info all the way to the end. I would do this again without question and have referred several already.
