Shine Solar, LLC

Best crews

I was really impressed with their knowledge and expertise. The crew were really nice and answered all my questions. I was impressed with all the equipment and how they used it.

Amazing crew

I thought they were great and everything looked amazing when they finished. They answered our questions. The crew just did an amazing job.

I love Shine Solar

Shine Solar has been great. Justin Collins and his team walked me step by step through the whole process. They always made sure I was fully comfortable and knowledgeable with every aspect. The installation of the system went smooth. The only hiccup came with the utility company delaying the new meter install past the date my first bill was due. But even though it was the utility companies fault, Shine Solar covered the first payment without me even asking. After the system went live they even had a follow-up meeting a few weeks later to make sure everything went as I expected. I couldn't have asked for a better and easier install. I have already sent a recommendation to a friend I love it so much. I would highly recommend anyone even curious about solar to contact Shine Solar as they answered all of my questions.

Install went quickly. Was an excellent crew. They worked as a seasoned team. They were very friendly and polite. All my questions were answered. The system works better than expected. The monitoring app is a great way to see how well the system performs and is much appreciated.

Wonderful Experience

Shine solar has been wonderful! They answered all of our questions at the beginning, were very patient with us, kept us in the loop as the process went on, and even replaced our HVAC as well and that was done expertly and wonderfully as well. Highly recommend these guys for honest, transparent, competitive work and a caring team.

Shine Solar is a light, up front company. If you are looking at adding solar power, I highly recommend you consider this company. Their employees are polite and knowledgeable. The crews are amazingly neat and didn't leave anything behind, except what they were there to install. Consider them

They went above and beyond

I had the best experience with Shine. Everyone that I spoke to and worked with was absolutely amazing. They were very prompt in answering my questions when I would have some. They made every simple from the very start all the way up to installation. If I had to pick one part of the process that stood out and deserves more than 5 stars, it would be the installation crew. They deserve at least 10 stars. All of the guys were very professional. The main thing that sticks out in my mind is how they treated the situation with my mother being on oxygen while the power had to be turned off for a bit. They were very diligent in getting on top of getting the electric turned back on once they were done with that part of it. They had to make a few phone calls to the electric company to get it turned back on. Thank you for taking that extra care to make sure that my mom was taken care of. That will always mean the most to me.

Very professional and knowledgeable company the install was done on time and very friendly installers. They kept me up to date on everything. would defiantly recommend them to anyone

Will Recommend

Cole was very professional on initial phone call and all phases went as expected. Workers were very professional and on time. Would recommend to family and friends.

Pleasurable Experience

The whole experience was excelent. All the staff I came in contact with were professional and knowledgable and thurogh. Any issues that might come up they corrected right away. This was a very pleasurable experience and not one person that came out complained about anything they needed to do.

Got our first full month's electric bill since installing solar panels. $10.45 and that was just a normal customer charge. In actual usage we now have a credit with the electric company. Shine Solar has been fantastic to work with throughout the process. From original contact through installation and finally switching on the panels they have stayed in touch on a regular basis, and we are now seeing the fruits of that working relationship.

GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH

GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. SOLAR PANELS LOOK GREAT AND ARE WORKING GREAT. VERY EASY TANSACTIONS AND VERY POLITE. CREW AND STAFF KEPT ME INFORMED ALONG THE WHOLE WAY THEOUGH THE PROCESS.

It was the best decision that we signed up with shine solar after months of research. The quality of their work is exceptional. I’m now saving money on my energy bill. It exceeded my expectations.

Great Experience

We decided to go with Solar when we moved into our new home last summer. After reviewing and talking with a few companies we chose Shine Solar. We are so glad we did. If you are thinking of going Solar, don't hesitate working with Shine. They have worked with us, communicated with us every step of the way and their service people were great. Thanks Shine Solar.

I would recommend Shine Solar for anyone looking to go solar

From the first meeting we had with the Sales Rep down to the installation crew I am very satisfied with Shine Solar. The system has only been running for about a month but we are already showing much improvement in our energy bill. It is a longer process than what we had originally been told but that was mainly due to weather, however, they were in contact with us every week giving up updates and keeping us in the loop. I would definitely recommend Shine Solar.

A big shout out to Shine Solar, Austin was the salesman that I delt with and sold me the panels and hookup, the installers also did a great job and were very professional. I definitely recommend this company for anyone who is looking to save on their electric bills, and wanting to make a big investment on their home or business...

Greatest Experience

Shine Solar and Shine Heat and Air are as good as it gets when doing a project of such proportion. Not a single complaint. They walked us through every step. They were professional, and showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves spotlessly after every install inside the home and out. We never waited more than 24 hours for someone to come after a service request. They explained how it all worked in great detail, and kept us updated on all the progress. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We’ve had one solar for 1yr now and are very happy with it so far. We did a ground mount system for the best efficiency. Our system was installed December 2023 so it took a few months before we saw some real savings in our electric bill. Once the sun started to shine consistently that is when the savings and rollovers really started to show. We did have a much higher than normal electric bill for January 2024, but we weren’t totally surprised. It was a very cloudy and colder than normal month. Overall we have very hard about going solar with Shine.
