Shine Solar, LLC

Solar

This process was so fast and easy on my part, thanks to Shine Solar and their team. The installation was completed in 1 day and they handled everything in a professional manner. The staff and installers have all been friendly, kind, and helpful. Thank you Shine Solar!

GREAT WORK!

Me and my wife were really confused on weather should we get solar panels or not. Chaise was really good at explaining everything to us. Answered all our questions. TJ was always texting me or calling me to see how was everthing during the process of installation. Nikki also gave us a last but not least explanation of how everything works and how to monitor our solar panels. The installation took 1 month less than predicted.

Exceptional customer service

Sales (Carlos), customer service (Brandyn), and installers all very professional and patient. They addressed our concerns and answered all of our questions as well as explaining the process to us. We were very clear as to what to expect and have not gotten hit with any "surprises". They were realistic and upfront with cost expectations. I would say the only downside was the amount of time it took to complete from install to an operational system. This is not a complaint, as now that we've seen all that's involved, it's understandable, plus we had our hvac revamped with them as well. Just a heads up for time planning to anyone considering having solar installed.

Great company that follows through

very professional and easy to work with. I worked with Brandon Champion for most part and he kept us informed with what was happening and what was needed and the next steps, and what we are waiting on.

Downtown Cottage going Net Zero!

Shine Solar team was helpful and great at communicating through entire process, not just the upfront sales! Great product and works as advertised.

Our Shine Solar experience was seamless. Everyone from Chase, TJ, Nikki, and the installation team were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The system looks very nice on our home. They take care of Everything from start to finish! Love seeing our electric meter roll backwards!

Happy I made the switch

Beyond impressed. Made the decision to go Solar and, although it’s all new to me, I am very pleased so far. The staff I have worked with have been extremely helpful and professional. From Alex, sales, Liz, account manger, to Nikki for finalization. The apps seem very intuitive and easy to use. I am excited to make this transition with all hopes it makes a difference for my pocketbook and this big blue marble we all call home!

They are really great!!!

They are truly great people to deal with. They very polite, knowledgeable, honest and patient bunch. They answer all your questions, leave not even a scrap of paper behind, and go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience.

Review

Amazing and friendly team plus the EE And HVAC was awesome guys!!! I so glad my electric bill won't be up and down anymore and once I pay off won't have any electric bill!!!! Thanks again Richard

Great all around!

The man we spoke with when we were getting information was very helpful and truthful. You could tell he wasn’t just telling us stuff to make a sale. He gave us time to think about and wasn’t like some of the others that called daily to see if we made a decision. The install guys were great as well. Very friendly and down to earth!

Great Solar Experience

I just finished getting my solar panels from shine solar and got an awesome generator as a bonus add on and 500 dollars for being military. my solar panels are also generating my energy needs during the day as well as putting energy back on the grid! it's been a super easy process where I barely had to lift a finger! I cannot wait to see my first electricity bill. I'll post something on Facebook how much I am saving in case ppl care to look. Thanks again Shine! YOU ROCK!
