Exceptional Experience with Shine Solar

I am writing this review on January 13, 2025, to express my gratitude for the outstanding experience I had with Shine Solar. From the initial contact to the final installation, the entire process was nothing short of amazing. My story begins weeks before I chose Shine Solar, when I had a disappointing experience with another company that left a bad taste in my mouth. Skeptical but determined to find a reliable solution, I began researching online and came across glowing reviews of Shine Solar. Encouraged but still cautious, I decided to give your company a try—and I am so glad I did. From the very first call, your team demonstrated professionalism, consistency, and exceptional expertise. Every step of the process reflected your commitment to delivering top-notch service. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to John, Alex, Ale, Megan, Noah, and Santiago for their roles in making this experience so positive. A special thanks goes to John, who was my point of contact during the final stages, ensuring everything was completed seamlessly. Even when reflecting on my decision, I am reminded of how fortunate I was to choose Shine Solar. During an inspection, my local inspector was so impressed with the setup that he asked who completed the installation. He shared a story about another homeowner who, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with a different company. This further solidified my appreciation for Shine Solar’s integrity, quality, and exceptional service. Today, my solar system—including the attached Powerwall—is working flawlessly, and I couldn’t be happier. Shine Solar has not only provided me with a high-quality product but has also set the standard for what customer service should be. I wholeheartedly recommend Shine Solar to anyone seeking professionalism, honesty, and excellence in solar energy solutions. Thank you for everything!

Great customer service! Aaron was quick to respond and help us in our solar journey. We are happy to finally have solar for our home and farm!

Excellent!

We have been very satisfied with Shine Solar company. Totally recommend this company if you are looking for solar and HVAC. The installation was done professionally throughout both of our installments. Our salesman answered all our questions concerning both installments. He was very detailed in the process and when we had questions, he answered promptly. We never felt pressured into our purchase. HVAC team was prompt, professional and very patient with our questions. Our house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. Solar team did an excellent job setting up our solar. We were kept informed through the entire process. The apps to see how much the solar is producing are wonderful. Looking for solar? HVAC? Look at Shine Solar!

Great experience! Customer oriented!

Shine Solar kept everything on track and made sure we knew where they were in the process for getting the installation planned, installed, and activated. The installation was done with professionalism and all areas were cleaned of any debris caused by the installation. All was set for the inspections and they went well. The system was activated and immediately started showing the generation of power back to our utility company. We have received our first bill and our cost is over half what we paid the previous month. Thank you Shine Solar for you support through this whole process and in making sure through proper planning we have installed what our household needs to make a difference in our electrical costs.

Shine Solar are awesome keeps you informed and they know there business. If you want to deal with great people go Shine.

They did a good job on our system.everyone was friendly and good communication.

Great customer service I would recommend all my family and friends

We were a little unsure what to expect going solar , but Shine answered all our questions and were very professional. We are very pleased with the entire process!

Awesome

Third time is a charm. Shine Solar was the 3rd company we contacted to install ground mount solar. They are the company who came through for us

Top Tier Solar

We had only really talked about solar and just wanted to see what the price tag would be. Shine Solar set up a time convenient for us and came up with a rough draft of where panels could go. We provided our usage history for the previous year and they built us a system that would produce more electricity than we use. Throughout the process everything was well communicated. They have engineers who draw up the design and do all the talking and paperwork with your electric company. Install was smooth, no problems, cleaned up the work area when they were done. They’ve been able to answer any questions we have had and we recommend them to anyone that will listen!

New Solar System

Very pleased with Shine Solar . Professional and efficient from sales to installation crew. Had several contacts through the whole process. I have been very pleased with this company. We have not been up and running for a month yet so my hope is the results as the design has been set up for. Thank you!

great

I am very pleased with shine solar from start to finish from quote to getting me a loan and always checking in every week of the process.

Efficient

The process was very efficient. The crews were on time and they left no mess. We love Shine Solar.

Process was super easy. You just have to say yes!! They take care of everything from best location, loan, set up, and training you on how to keep up with production/consumption. The crew setting up was nice and friendly and fast! They do a zoom call after it’s all set up to show you exactly how to monitor everything.

Great Experience

I won my solar panels through a contest from Shine Solar in conjunction with KFSM Channel 5. Shine Solar was very friendly and considerate, explaining all my options. I was given upgrade options but never felt pressured to take them. I was kept apprised of the process and progress all through the installation and switch over. Installation was done in one day. I was impressed with the efficiency of the installers and am very pleased with the results. I recommend Shine Solar for their knowledge, professionalism, and consideration throughout the entire process.

Very happy customer.

I am extremely happy with Shine Solar and the entire process. I am really looking forward to saving money on my power bill for many years to come.

Awesome

Great experience with Shine Solar. Very professional and imformative and took time to listen and answer my questions. Aaron, Uriah, Tony and Crew, John,, and Nikki were all great

I will recommend because they are greaaaaat!!

Shine Solar the entire team were great and the panels they are amazing, we had Solar Panels while living in Germany, so we know how good they are. So going with Shine Solar was really a good move for us, you hear the horror stories about people getting panels and then they don’t hear from that company again. Well with Shine its not like that you will always be able to get someone on the phone, email or even a text message. So, I not only give Shine Solar 5 Stars, but I give it to all the people behind Shine Solar that make it all happen for individuals like me. We live in Missouri and there was not company even close to being compared to Shine so that’s why we went with them.

Great Job

Shine Solar did an outstanding ground mount installation for our home. They were friendly, open and professional. They went the extra mile to explain all aspects thoroughly. Impressed with them and highly recommend their work

Great company

Shine solar is an awesome company I would refer anyone to them.

10/10 will ALWAYS recommend!!!

I would absolutely recommend ShineSolar to everyone! From the start with our very knowledgeable sales consultant, Cole, all the way to end of the process with our customer liaison Nikki, the entire process was easy and seamless. The install crew were punctual, efficient, and clean, even going the extra mile to stand outside with me in the rain to make sure everything was set up and operational before they ever left the property. We couldn't have picked a better company to go with when we decided to install solar. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend!

Savings

The results are the testament to the advantages to adding solar to your home. Living in Oklahoma the savings are as expected and what Shine went over with me.
