Company is two and a half years new, I was his second customer.
I had Solar City and also SunRun come out to give me an estimate, but my roof was too steep for either of them, and neither offered a ground mount. I found Tom Sprega and he was willing to do it. He also worked with me and listened to my suggestions and even implemented some of my ideas. He knows his stuff and gave me a great price.

Tom gave us a number of options for our solar needs. He guided us through the process and helped us choose the system best suited for our needs. The system was installed on time and the workers were very professional. Tom has responded quickly to the questions that have come up after the installation was completed, and returned to make sure everything is understood by us and is operating properly. We would recommend Sbrega Electric to friends and family who are looking at a solar option.

Simply the Best
This is my second solar install so I have the ability to run a comparison of experiences. My first install was on a home in the bay area with Solar City (now Tesla). The experience was pretty smooth and my only regret was not getting more panels at the time.<br /><br />My experience with Sbrega Electric and with Tom was exceptionally better. After I did my due diligence on pricing, panels and experience, Tom was in the finals list. I choose Sbrega Electric because of their clear expertise, agility, speed and price. Sbrega was able to install ahead of expectations with exceptional communication and post installation help. I would work with Sbrega Electric in future projects without hesitation.

solar excellence
Tom made sure we knew exactly what our solar options were. He made recommendations and made sure we were placing panels in the best areas for maximum efficiency. Tom explained everything clearly before and throughout the project. He followed through to ensure all equipment was working correctly - even weeks later. We would most definitely recommend Tom for solar or electric assistance - he is not a grab the money and go guy. Tom truly puts his heart into his work, this kind of contractor is not always easy to find --so glad we found Tom!!!

Honest, Professional... Could have not asked for more!
I decided to DIY my own 11.4 kw Solar System and needed an electrician who knew Solar to tie our <br />Inverter to the grid, check "my work" and hook us up w PGE. Using the "friend of a friend" method I found Tom Sbrega who owns Sbrega electric and is an absolute Solar pro! There was never a question about Solar or electric that Tom couldnt answer. And, even though I did my own system, Tom was very complimentary of my work and did not talk down about me doing it myself like MANY other Solar installers did. The amount Tom charged me to get my system up and running was absolutely fair and actually, I felt a little bad about how reasonable it was.m, but I am grateful! Especially for how many calls and questions I had! Having Sbrega electric come in behind me and take care of all the grid details, inverter installation, PGE paperwork and double check everything made my solar experience 100% worthwhile. If your doing a DIY solar project or even if you want a complete install, Tom is your guy. Timely, professional, value, great work and work ethic. Thanks Tom! I'd drink a beer with you anytime!

Ground mounted solar system.
Tom Sbrega designed my ground mounted solar system, whereas two top rated companies in the area were unable to do a roof mount because the roof was too steep and not optimally oriented. Tom Sbrega was willing and able to put a ground mount in and the price was close to the cost of a roof mounted system.
