Brian at Rocky Mountain Renewable Energy was the first to respond when I reached out to local solar companies—he came out within the hour and had his team diagnose and fix the issue the same day. This is an updated review for Rocky Mountain Renewable Energy that was posted 7-15-2022. Again I love the product and the install. I was not aware that the installer, not Brian the owner CEO, no longer is employed with RMRE. The installer had instructed me to deal with him, not the owner. He would make sure I was taken care of. When I didn’t get a response for service, I should have called Brian who has always been there to take care of my needs. The first review was not fair and accurate. I would highly recommend RMRE to anyone. I shouldn’t have jump the gun.

Rocky Mountain Renewable Energy was great to work with. I have wanted solar for a few years but did not have the tax liability to claim the credits. It came time for me to need my roof redone and they helped with getting the roof done and the solar. Dharma kept in contact with me for three years, knowing that I wanted to get solar. Bryan has put together a great crew that makes sure everything is done right. Nate did the installation, my appreciation for his determination to make sure everything is done right. Nate and Bryan went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Everyone that I had dealings with were respectful, and make sure you are happy with everything. I would highly recommend them.

I had purchased my own solar equipment, and reached out to many companies to install it. Most would not do the work, unless I bought their equipment, and other companies were not as helpful as I needed. This whole team at Rocky Mountain Renewable was great to work with. Skilled, knowledgeable, respectful of my time and requirements, and just kind people. They set clear expectations of work, permits, and costs. And followed up with me on even small details, such as whether I was able to properly access the monitoring app. My panels are working great. The physical and electrical components are functional and aesthetic. I am very glad to have worked with this team.

Rocky Mountain Renewable Energy was amazing to work with. I have wanted solar but was worried about the financial commitment. I was worried it wouldn't be worth the money. After a long conversation with Bryan I became very confident it was the best company to go with and the best decision financial. They got me an amazing interest rate and working with my payments. Brian Adams is one of the most honest people I know. I love the system he put in at my home. Not only that he has saved me a lot on my tax credits for the next couple of years. If anyone is in the market give them a call. Best company.

So My wife told me someone stopped by to tell her about Solar and wanted to talk to us together. I had a attitude right of the bat. So when Dharma (salesman) showed up at my home I was less than inviting. While he was talking I made it a point to be rude. I was texting my Daughter and looking at my phone while he was talking. I didn't have the money to spend and was not in the mood to listen to any one. But there was something about Dharma that wore on me. He was super nice even through my attempt to make him see I was not interested. Long story short. He bent over backwards to make everything work out for us. I am sure he even offered to let me use his car if I needed to. He offered to go get us lunch. The guy really wanted to help us out of paying the power company. It was amazing that the sales portion of this was so pleasant. I attribute it all to Dharma. Now for the Installer. His name was Nate. Holy crap! This guy was off the charts cool. Felt like we had been best friends for years on day one. His energy was contagious. Anyone who has this guy working for them is assured to be making double what they would be without him. So personable and fantastic at his job. Even the owner of all this was personally involved with us. His name is Brian and is a very hands on kind of guy. Not that he was on the roof helping with the install, but he checks on our panel production often and talks to us when things are not 100%. Only once has it not been 100% and it was fixed the next day. So all in all this is a fantastic company to do business with. Through the winter our power bill was only $10. Yes you saw that right TEN BUCKS. Sure we are paying for solar, but our solar bill is only what our power bill used to be, and wont go up, and will some day be gone. It is a huge scary step, but with Rocky Mountain Renewable, it was a fantastic step in the right direction. Thanks guys!

The quote and the tax refunds were both very accurate. The size of the system is perfect for my use. The installation was very timely and pretty much hassle free. The company took care of the City permit hassle and dealing with the power company to install the system. I would highly recommend this company for solar panel installations.

Working on a DIY project in my back yard and found Brian, Nathan, John and Allan to be the go to experts to get the job done. Great panels and equipment, John and Alan did a great job hooking up all the stuff. Passed city inspection without a problem. Looks very clean and professional. Plus, they're as friendly as can be. Thanks guys, great job.

We met with a couple other solar providers before we decided on RMRE. The other companies wouldn’t listen and wanted to install the panels in a less efficient area of the house because it would have been easier. Dharma and his team listened to our suggestions and helped us place the panels on our roof in the best areas! Each month our power bill is dropping. Here in another month we will be paying around $8 per month to the power company for the next 30 years! Thank you RMRE for being so great!

I am confident I got a well-designed professional installation with the highest quality components available at a very competitive price. In other words: PEACE OF MIND. With solar, you have to do it right, the first time. Don't rush your decision! I also really enjoyed meeting every member of the team from beginning to end. They're all so nice and easy to work with. I was a bit demanding, I think, asking for a somewhat complex system. I also had a lot of long-term goals but wasn't exactly sure how to meet them. I wanted to be able to add onto the system in the future - Tesla said, no, absolutely not, we never do that. RMRE said, sure, but here's 5 reasons why you might want to get it right the first time. This company helped me look at the big picture and make the best choices. And I love being able to monitor the whole system, each individual panel, and be able to discuss all the details of it with clear, transparent answers. They don't hide anything. My system: 30 LG 335W white-back panels (the white backing is more efficient and I kinda like the retro look), EV charging inverter, and wiring/inverter set-up that is ready to accept an LG Chem battery once I save up for it. I went to the grand opening of their Clearfield office to meet the owner and almost every member of the team. They're all great! Brian really has put together a solid team and they have more business lined up than they can handle.

These guys were referred to me by a good friend, Dharma was very professional and went out of his way to make sure I was content. Nathan and all the other hands on people were very professional with the install, looks very good and they made sure I was happy with the install, Brian even hooked me up with moving the inverter box to another location (at no additional charge to me) because I wasn't happy with where it was placed on my house. This company was more expensive than other bids I received from other solar companies but I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and the cheapest is not always the best option. These guys knocked it out of the ball park!

I have done my research on Solar. I was rolling my eyes when they came to my door, but reluctantly I made an appointment with them, but had no faith that they could get a system to work for me. I was pleasantly proven wrong and found this company and this option to be the best option for me. I am very happy with the price, and feel that I will benefit much quicker with this system. The Sales professional (Dharma Sawyer) was very educated and informative. He responded quickly and answered all of our questions and made me feel good about this decision. He continues to answer my questions as they continue to come up. Nathan and Javier did the install quickly. Nathan gave me updates daily and always answered my calls when needed. I felt very well taken care of... Now, Bring on the Savings :)

I have to say I looked at a lot of solar companies across the board. I started looking into getting solar about 6 months ago. I found that I was unhappy with warranties, and different things with other companies. Dharma introduced me to Brian at Rocky Mountain Renewable Energy, and that day we sat down, the 3 of us, and hammered out a plan. Brian's exact words were. "I will make sure that all of your needs are discussed, met, and put in the contract". I didn't know he was the CEO of the company, I just thought he was a part of the company. He did exactly what he said he would, and from start to finish, with Nate as the main Install I have been super impressed with this company. I am now 100% solar, and could not be more happy with the final results.

We signed contracts with 4 different solar companies but all of them backed out and said they could not finish the installation due to complex wiring. Rocky Mountain Renewable Energy was the only company that could complete the job.

If you are planning on solar panels, this is the only place to go! They are fast and efficient. If you have any questions or need help with anything they are right there to help you. During the summer Rocky Mountain Renewable Energy installed panels on my residence. I finally received my first bill for the month the solar panels were operating from Rocky Mountain Power. I was thrilled to see that the solar panels out produced what I was actually using and had an excess of 101 KHW. I can also say that I was very happy with the owner, Brian Adams, who tried to make sure I was completely happy with everything his workers did. All of the workers I came in contact with were also terrific to work with and very public relations oriented. I would use Rocky Mountain Renewable again if I had another home. I am one happy camper!
