Renova Energy

Good Job

Great courtesy from sales force to installers. They made everything easy.

Performance

My sales representative and general contact person, Matthew McPherson, was top notch throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, make sure I had a good understanding of how my system works and how to monitor it. Very thorough and courteous. Likewise, the crews that worked on the installation/hookup were great! Courteous, always kept me informed of what was going on, how long it would take, etc. No mess left behind either! Will highly recommend.

Renova is the only choice you should consider

Renova was recommended to me by a friend. I looked at a couple of other providers but based on the recommendation, I decided on Renova. Once I met with the representative from Renova, I was convinced that I had made the right choice. The details and customer service were top notch and not what you expect, unfortunately, from any business today. Renova kept my updated from discussions to contract to permits to installation to post-install follow-up. The workers were professional and very polite. They were efficient and always let me know when they were arriving and when they were leaving. Great group of workers, great company to deal with and super customer service, from the sales representative to the other support employees back in the office. Awesome experience, awesome company. Feel free to use me as your referal! :)

The BEST!

From the initial visit to the installation this was a great experience. Every person we came in contact with at Renova was professional and really cared (unusual in today's world). Anytime I email our salesman Bryan with a question it is answered immediately. This company is great!

Great job

Mr. McPherson was honest, professional, not pushy, knowledgeable and understanding of my electrical habits. I was walked thro the how, when and what the panels can and will do in everyday words. The pro and cons were clearly defined. The many lending options were reviewed without pressure to to choose until I had time to review, read and consult with family and accountant.

Home owner

The process from start to finish was professional, educational and fair. Matt, Alisha, Arlene and Jose were great to work with. Thank you

Capella Solar

excellent service from the minute I contacted Renova

Definitely a five star company

My experience with Renova was flawless from beginning to end. After receiving four in-home solar quotes I decided to go with Renova. My salesman, Cortland Knudsen, made the decision a no brainer. He explained the entire process so I completely understood how the system would work for me. He was there every step of the way including the day of installation. The install team were true professionals. Their work ethic was exemplary. The install of my 29 panels took 2 1/2 days. The crew never left without cleaning up and letting me know what the next step would be. When the project was completed a Renova Concierge met with me to go over the completion of the project. I couldn't be more pleased with Renova and with Cortland for an amazing job that proceded so effortlessly and stress free.

Solar Installation

So far I am very satisfied with all aspects of the Renova performance.

Fantastic!

We are delighted with our solar panel purchase and installation. Renova did a fabulous job!

Courteous and professional team

I was completely satisfied with the job Bryan De La Cruz and his team of installers for our new solar system. Bryan was very thorough and helped us understand how solar worked and best system for our home based upon esthetics and cost effectiveness. His installers and team communicated well and were very clean (left no mess) and courteous.

What an awesome experience and team!

From start to finish, the Renova team was truly amazing. We had lots of questions, all of which were answered patiently and clearly. Installation was relatively smoothly, they did go a couple days over the agreed completion date. Which would not have mattered except we are a hotel, and are very protective of the guest experience. Over all very satisfied with everything, every step of the way!

Solar Panel Review

Matt our rep was incredible from start to finish. Super informative warm and professional. Zero pressure or obligation. He had loads of info and answered all our questions. I highly recommend Renova especially if the other team members are as good as Matt. We are literally saving thousands per year now!! Best decision ever!

I just had my Tesla Powerwall installed by Renova Energy

I just had my Tesla Powerwall installed by Renova Energy and I am ready to join the electric revolution. I took advantage of the utility rebate and 30% Federal Tax Credit. I will pay the balance by taking advantage of the time of use rates currently offered by Edison. The powerwall looks great on my garage wall too and is integrated seamlessly with my solar system. If we have any power outages - I am basically covered for an indefinite time period (with certain limitations). Happy Happy...

Great work!

Smooth and easy experience.

Happy Solar Customer

We installed a Renova/SunPower Solar System 3 Years ago. This was the best financial decision my husband and I made.

Solar

Nate is the Best!

Excellent service

Matthew McPherson has been a thoughtful and helpful guide through the process of installing solar on our house. We have done this twice before on prior homes, and this was definitely the best experience. Steady, consistent attention, clear answers to complex questions, and everything got done on time. We are now awaiting the installation of the Tesla batteries. Can't wait.

Excellent service

We have Matt P. and his team from Renova install our solar panels. The process is smooth and the result is great. Their price is also very competitive. We are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Matt and his team.

Excellent Service

We had a terrific experience with Renova Energy. From the first presentation from salesman, Matt M., to the installation, everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend Renova Energy!

SunPower Solar Panel System

Mark Licon of Renova presented the most professional presentation to me on-line vs. the other installers while I was still out-of-state. It was clear that until his presentation that I only had a basic understanding of residential solar energy options. It was clear that the Sunpower system he was presenting was much more robust than what anybody else had proposed. Now that I have used the system for eight months including the summer season and reconciled my usage, I am pleasantly surprised to learn that I am earning credits from Southern California Edison most months, including the hottest summer months. This is from a combination of a robust Solar system and smart management of electricity usage across peak and non-peak hours

Excellent Service

Excellent service provided by very professional and qualified people. Outstanding experience.

Timothy Bradley

I'm putting a certified stamp on Renova energy! Total professionals with zero BS. After my first sit down with my sales Rep all was needed was a print out of our electric utility bill. They needed a year to date print out so they can figure out on average how much energy we use throughout a full year. Once that was done we were asked lease or buy for the solar panels and we asked every question in the world to figure out the best option for us. Next thing was the walk through it's the only time people will enter your home to take pictures of electrical panels, lighting, and just gathering research to design your layout for the best results. Three weeks later we had a date of installation the process was 3 days long. My electrical panel is outside so they never had to enter my home again. All the work was done outside and they will just need access to work on your roof and then soon after your electrical panel. Oh one more thing its very important if you own a Tesla like we do to have them run the wiring for your tesla charger in the garage. To sum things us I believe this company really cares about there customers and just in people period. The work team that worked on my home were outstanding. They want to save you money and if you have CEdison like we do it's a much needed system rates will be changing soon again so get on it fast! Thank you Renova!!!!!!
