Renova Energy - Only the best

Last summer I read a full-page add in the Desert Sun from a satisfied customer. I did some research on Renova. Even before I closed on my house, I submitted an inquiry. Matt McPherson contacted me right away (I was still in Chicago). We agreed to reconnect after I made my move (3 months later). Matt kept his promise and called me in November. He came to the house, demonstrated Renova's edge without being overly sales(y) and politely left us with several options - no pressure. A week later, we bought our system. Renova did everything from there - HOA details, scheduling, on-site support and follow up. Western Pacific Roofing did a tremendous job removing our clay tiles and replacing them. It looks amazing!

These guys were awesome!

Jose Richie and Dominic Sanchez handled the service call very professional and had amazing customer service. Handled everything awesome stayed for over an hour to make sure the system worked and didn't have to send another technician. Highly recommend both of these guys and Renova.

Very happy with our Experience

We chose to work with Renova because of their exceptional reputation in the Coachella valley. We were not disappointed at all. We highly recommend them to all of our friends who are looking to go solar.

Vibe solar install

Nelson was great to work with. He stayed on top of everything through the entire process and also spent time after the install to explain how everything works. I would definitely recommend Nelson to anyone thinking of installing solar. The crew that did the installation was also great - very neat, quiet, and respectful of our space.

Outstanding customer service and support

I chose Renova because of their stellar reputation, exceptional customer service, and fantastic maintenance department.

Outstanding customer service

Ruben was a pro from the moment I met him. Very detailed presentation and the commitment to a painless experience navigating a complex process was there from start to finish.

Great experience

We enjoyed the entire experience with Renova Energy. The crew were polite and courteous, and the system is working just as expected.

One of the best companies i have worked with in many years.

They came recommended from may family and their sales rep was the best to work with.

Excellent Top Self Service

I decided to go with Renova because of the professionalism showed throughout the process by Sales Consultant by the name of Cortland. He went above and beyond and delivered on everything he promised.

First Class Service and Care

I decided on going with Renova because the Sales Consultant Cortland really showed excellent professionalism on all fronts throughout the process. The installers and Costumer Care center also did not miss a beat. I believe Renova is the way to go I the Desert.

Good communication throughout, professional, excellent service

From the beginning they communicated during each step. Employees very positive and friendly. Everything 1st class, from sales, project management, installation and completion.

Best solar company

Renova is a local company. Their product is first class, and their sales person (Ruben Gamez-Ramirez) was informative and thorough.

Awesome!

From beginning to end Renova gave us great service in our transition! We highly recommend them!

Renova Solar @ our home in Indian Wells, CA

We purchased a contemporary style home in Indian Wells which came with a fully installed/operational Renova Solar PV system. We got tremendous service from Ken Waski of Renova who guided us through the entire technical and business foundations of the system. David Hering from Renova set up our wireless monitoring. Both are outstanding. Today, I met with Nate Lewis who is Chief Sales on some further projects. Renova is an example Solar technology company for all to admire in the US.

A great experience!

After talking with several companies, we chose Renova. Very professional & the install went perfectly. They were never pushy & performed exceptionally well at every turn.. Thank you to Ruben & Renova’s entire crew!

Another satisfied Renova Energy customer!

We chose Renova Energy because of their expertise and reputation. The investment in solar panels for our desert home was a no brainer. Matt McPherson, the engineering team and installers did an excellent job. They were able to get our system installed before the 2019 deadline, for the full 30% tax credit.

Wonderful experience from presentation to installation & beyond

After researching companies and then talking to other homeowners in our community, we chose Renova. Every single person has been professional. Our installers kept our property clean during the installation process and kept us informed along the way. Renova handled all the permitting, everything that was needed and we were very impressed.

Top notch company

I've known of Renova for many years but it took me a while to make the leap into solar. Glad I did! I'm replacing 100% of my power from the grid with power from my panels, and saving money while doing it. Renova from the top down is a class act, and the fact that employees are also owners shows that this company cares about it's employees, customers, and the community as whole.

New solar installation by Renova Energy

I chose Renova after talking with several other companies. Renova seemed to have its act together. In fact, they took care of the entire process, including contacting my HOA and the utility company. Matt McPherson and his staff were very professional. So far I'm very satisfied with the experience.
