A year later and all is well.

One year ago we chose Renova to install our solar system. We had contacted a couple of other installers and found that our customer service representative Ruben Ramirez was well ahead of everyone else in knowledge and attention to service. We had many questions for Ruben along the way and we’re very appreciative of his quick response time and deep levels of knowledge. Here we are a year later and can easily say that our experience with Renova was exceptional and that our decision to install solar was one of the best financial decisions we’ve made. Combined with our installation of an electric vehicle charging port, we have seen our electric bills reduced to nearly nothing while adding substantial value to our home. All the while, we are helping our community And our country move to a cleaner and more sustainable environment.

It’s been over a year now since the solar panels were installed and we are very happy with our decision to have them as our provider. What a very pleasant experience. Barbara Jennings was our sales consultant and she was very knowledgeable and very considerate through the design phase. The whole installation team was very nice and very neat and clean about their work. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience in dealing with David and Renova Energy. David was friendly, knowledgeable, and presented their products safely and effectively while practicing good social distancing. It was an easy process to get signed up and have our work approved.

As a lawyer I like doing all my research, asking hard questions, analyzing the evidence and data and finally, making my decision. Renova and it's team were the best from day 1. I compared them to 5 other strong local providers in the Coachella Valley. Renova out-performed in every category. Initial call. Presentation. Proposal. Follow up. Clarifying questions and calls too. Mark Licon knows his material and is a quintessential professional. My initial telephone calls were professional, informative and customer-centered. Mark Licon's zoom (or similar platform) presentation was executive level, answering tough questions, covering various scenarios and with my best interests in mind. Mark and his team worked to put together a roof-top layout that was effective and esthetically pleasing. Their proposal was well-thought out and competitively priced. Mark patiently worked with me through my learning curve and gave me the info I needed to compare and contrast with other providers who were not so forthcoming, knowledgeable or professional. Fast forward to installation, when Mark's team was hard-working, polite and respectful, explaining every step of what they were doing. Every one of them wore a mask out of respect and concern for health and safety. After installation was complete, Mark walked me through the software on-line which monitors my system and tabulates my energy production. Again, I could not ask for a better experience. I cannot recommend Renova highly enough. Thank you Renova for all you've done to make my home more sustainable.

Professional

The process from start to finish with Renova went very smoothly. Everyone in the installation crew was professional and courteous. I couldn't have asked for more from them or my Renova contact representative. While the installation itself took only a few days, waiting for permits from the government and electric company did take longer than anticipated. I wasn't in a hurry to install, so it really didn't affect me. I have only had the grid on the roof for a week or two, so I am not yet completely transferred to the new electric billing option so I can not comment on how my electric company bills have dropped, but I can see that the solar power is working and generating power as expected.

Their installation crew was on time, very professional, knew what they were doing, and finished the job with 100% satisfaction of the city inspector. I love this group of people. Barb was my sales manager and working with her has made my first time buying solar a smooth and fun experience. She truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision. I did get to meet some of the other team members and Julio was the head of the installation team and he and his crew were just as friendly, upbeat and professional as Barb. Super nice guy. The only thing we had to do was call Renova and schedule a time for Matt to come by. He came by with some paperwork, we signed it, and the rest is history. Now we are making energy. renova.energy's, energy consultant, David Carlin, has been, honest, and responsive, to our questions, and concerns. So far David, and the technicians who came to our home to do the site survey, have given us confidence in our decision to have solar panels installed, in general and hire renova to install the system. From planning, to proposal, to securing financing, and signing the contract, the process has been transparent. Looking forward to the next phase of the install, after which we will update this review.

I chose Renova Energy after researching articles and reviews which discussed important features when deciding on a solar company. My first experience with David Carlin was more than satisfying. He determined and explained what he felt was appropriate for my house and followed up with several options making my decision straight forward. He answered every question I had promptly. My installation is not complete at this point but I have the upmost confidence that I will be satisfied with Renova Energy when all is finished. Thanks Dave !
