Awesome guys! My solar looks great.
They are great. My panels have saved me so much money. They did the work in one day. Would recommend them.

Very disappointed
My experience with quest solar began on 9/30/ 2022. My appointment with quest representative was set for October 4, 2022. I met with quest solar representative Andrelli on this day at my home. We discussed the cost for financing solar panels, payments as far as monthy costs before tax credits, billing as far as paying you energy company for the inverter/when not enough solar energy is produced by your panels, and the expected process for installation of the panels. Andrelli was great. However after my installation Day was set for January 16, 2023. The installation was completed in one day. I was told someone would reach out to.me for the inspection date of my panels. Numerous attempts were made to get my "inspection" Completed. The tech came earlier then scheduled one day and no one was home to accommodate. Then one the same day refused to return at the scheduled time. Weeks later the inspection was completed in March. Then I was told the city had to approve the permits to turn on the panels. This took 3 months because I was told on June 6 that step was completed an my panels were turned on. In August I noticed My energy bill had not been going down. I contacted my energy company and they informed Me that my solar panels were not turned on to contact quest. Quest said they would send someone out. Autoro came setup a wifi connection and got my panels running. I was very upset that I had even paying for panels that had been setup but not work for almost 8 months. I contacted then numerous times speaking to Deja. Always being told someone would get back to me/management is away or our of the office. Or excuses like only Autoro could discuss why I was paying for panels that were not working. I also realized there were 3 leaks in my attic after heavy rain. I contacted quest to report it. Today is December 3, 2023 and still I have not heard from anyone in quest solar about my compensation for solar payments from June when I was informed my solar panels were turned on but were not. Nevermind, the fact that I had panels installed in January and vegan paying for it since February. I also have not been contacted for the repairs to my roof from the leaks. So overall, very unhappy. Very unprofessional. They were quick to get a contract and install but gave me the run around for everything else.
