PlugPV

Excellent Customer - Knowlegeable Team

The Team at PlugPV have been excellent. From Paul Bandriwsky our Solar Consultant, who was there every step of the way, to Martha Dahl our EV Project Manager, who was there to answer any and all questions including g dealing with the permits and regulations from our Town and ConEd. We want to thank them so much for working working with us and taking a chance on us when no other Solar Program would, especially with our tree issue. Today I can say that we have Solar and say Bye Bye to the high ConEd Bills. Thank you so much Plug PV. Your Customer Service skills are on par with the Best!

It was an excellent experience from start to finish on the project.

From start to finding the project was quick, easy and smooth. They took care of everything from the inspections to the permits and everything in between. Wendy Mueller was an awesome project coordinator getting all the parts to move at once, and Cameron was great at answering questions and communicating at all hours of the day and night. We had a great experience, and would highly recommend Plug PV

A Ray of Sunshine!

We had the pleasure of working with Roger Wiseman and Project Manager Wendy Mueller. Roger was wonderful! Sat with us for hours discussing and reviewing the pros and cons specific to our residence. Helped us with the financing and explained the process. Wendy handled ALL the work organization, permit approvals and contacts with Electric company, building dept, etc. Thanks to all of their hard work and attention to detail the entire electrical upgrade and array installation was completed in a single day by a VERY qualified crew! I highly recommend Roger and the PlugPV team if your serious about solar, and why wouldn't you be?!

PlugPv solar installation

My husband and I would like to thank Louis Esquina for all his help and support through the process of solar installation. Without all his help, especially with hurricane Ian, we would have been lost. He went over and above what we expected to keep us up-to-date during the entire process.

Great Company

I am very pleased with the installation of my solar panels. The team who assisted me which included Martha Dahl and Mark Edward's were great. They were very responsive throughout the installation process. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get solar panels installed. Thanks Team!

Great Experience Front to Back

Once I made the decision to go solar, I chose PlugPV because of the price they gave and the reviews from previous customers looked to be rather positive. The first person I dealt with was Brett and he was really a great resource for guidance through each step of the process. He was able to make recommendations about things about which I was unsure, while also being receptive to other ideas I had for the size of the system being installed. He even explained why maybe a battery, which I was leaning towards originally, was not the best choice for my system and that allowed me to save a good amount of money to instead install a portable generator that will probably not get much usage. There was also a long wait, over a year, to get a battery. He listened to my reasoning for wanting a larger system and acknowledged that, with the net metering billing, I may lose some of my credits when it reset, and I was okay with that. I had quite a few questions and, if he couldn't answer them himself, he would direct the question to someone who could. He was incredibly responsive! The next person I spoke with was Wendy. She answered many of my questions, as well, and was also very responsive. She made the gears turn with paperwork and coordinating the timeline. She also made sure all my questions were answered and found the right person to ask if she didn't know the answer. She is the person that I communicated with the most and was very pleasant each time. She was able to forward a question to the Service Dept. about what appeared to be production discrepancies but they were able to explain what was happening. There were a few things that occurred that weren't positive but they were not enough to make me change my rating to 4 stars. One was the response time from the Service Dept, which was a about two to two-and-a-half months for my question but the question was not a pressing one. Another was that there were some nails that found their way onto my lawn, which I picked up before they ended up in my mower's tires. I understand this happens and they were aluminum so, therefore, would not be picked up by a magnet. Lastly, the installation had to be broken into two parts, as the crew needed to leave early during the first visit due to a family emergency. I can't really fault someone for that. All-in-all, everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly and I did not feel like anyone was trying to rush me off the phone or anything. I would go with PlugPV for my solar needs again.

Great Customer Service

Great customer service the entire way through the process. A roof was integrated into my loan. My sales person Tony was available at all hours and very responsive. I would recommend this company to all of my friends.

Great experience with PlugPV

The whole PlugPV team was great. Initial sales, design and engineering, the onsite prep and install team, financing, project management; it was all first rate. Special thanks to Oscar, Wendy, Justin, and Robert. I would definitely recommend PlugPV to anyone considering solar power.

Wonderful experience

Let me just start by saying Noel Cappellett is amazing. He was great to work with he was referred to me by another happy customer. He is fun, explained things clearly so that you don’t feel like someone is trying to pull a fast one. He kept in touch throughout the process. The permit process was smooth and seamless. The panels were installed while I was away but the project managers was aware and kept me informed the entire time. I needed to have trees removed and Noel took care of arranging that too. I just provided water to the tree guys on the hot days. Due to some weather conditions this process took a little longer than expected but it’s better to be safe than sorry. Everyone throughout this process has been nice and professional. I didn’t have to wonder about anything I was kept well informed. As if he knew I love any gift, Noel stopped by with a thank you gift…..icing on the cake. I’m really please with this Plug PV. I would highly recommend this company. Request Noel and you won’t be disappointed.

PlugPV is the best

I had PlugPV team install 25kW system at my farm in Columbia County. They have done an impeccable job with permitting and design. They were here as planned and communicated very well. The best news was that a year later the system produced 15% more than what they promised. I had them come and install the second system - 10kW and again they did everything extremely well. Wendy and Matt rock!

A good experience

The process was smooth and simple and I’m pleased with the result.

Great knowledge and very professional

Great crew

From start to finish a great experience

Our job was done in December 2020. PlugPV was by far the best quote we received. Other quotes had, what I felt were mismatched equipment: higher rated panels with individual inverters that could not handle the panel max production. That was not the case with PlugPV. After selecting them, Ben R., the project manager, did a great job keeping us informed on the progress of permits and state applications. He was a pleasure to work with. When we had an issue with one panel (the subcontractors had not connected it properly). PlugPV was very responsive to the issue and resolved it, no hassle, in a timely manner. There are few experiences with home projects, that I can rate as highly as my experience with PlugPV, and I can recommend them without reservation.

Second best investment

Very friendly and professional staff. I don't have to worry about crazy electric bill anymore. Again, it's the second best investment after buying my first house. Is marring an investment

Excellent install of a ground mount Solar System

Being a registered professional engineer I was a bit skeptical about solar power when I hired PlugPV. I must say my concerns were unfounded. Ben P. and Nick C. did a highly professional and outstanding job both designing and installing my ground mount array. For the first 4 full months of operation the system out performed their estimates by 13.8%. I am completely satisfied with my system and highly recommend this company.

Awesome

What an excellent company! Everyone is so helpful, responsive and professional! Thank you, PlugPV!

Best Solar Company Out There!

I recently had a solar system installed by Plug PV. I am not one to usually write reviews, but This company far exceeded all of my expectations to the point I had to write a review. From the salesman Zach who was great to work with, to the install team, and everyone i talked to on the phone they were all top notch people. Extremely friendly and would anything they could to help. I am very particular about how things are done, especially at my house, and the install crew did a perfect job and the attention to detail was spot on. I have young kids that loved watching the guys install the panels, the all the guys were very nice to my kids and would all say hello and answered any questions they had. If anyone is considering this company, the products they use are nothing but the best, and the work they do is even better. It shows that they take pride in their work.If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jon
