Very poor expertise. No information after install.

Plugpv has no idea how to get permits. What should take 7 days took 6 weeks and always blamed someone else, when it was always their fault. The final completion was 3 months late,(April 2nd) always blaming some other organization for their lack of expertise. After completion never heard from them again. I contacted Enphase and installer for setup and communication information. It is now June 25th and found out I was not getting credited for power exported to electric company. I found out from power company if you are purchasing your electricity third party your local utility does not credit you for exported power. Now I have to cancel Nopec the supplier and wait till next meter reading to finally get install correct. End result is promised completion of December 30th will actually be July 17th and only if there are no other issues PlugPv did not inform us of. If your thinking about using PlugPv I recommend you think again.
