Good Craftsmanship; Good Price; Bad Service; Bad Communication
I have mixed feelings. The work itself seems very good. However, everything else has been difficult and in retrospect, I would probably choose a different solar company. They botched the permitting several times which delayed the project for many months. They ultimately covered the power bills during that period (which was good). They are also generally very hostile to questions, which I find very frustrating and well below the customer service standard I would expect for a project of this size. They were the best price offered.
