PlugPV

Use PlugPV for solar

The entire PlugPV team and experience was fantastic. They came prepared to answer all of our questions related to the benefits of going solar vs how we currently view our electric utilities. They provided a turn-key easy system installation and setup from the jump coordinating with the local jurisdictions and utility providers to ensure a smooth transition to solar. They under promised and over delivered through the entire process from start to finish.

Check out Plug PV

I got Solar on my home this a few months ago I could not be more happy with PlugPV! I had excellent service with no pressure sales. My Project manager James Stairs was very informative and explained everything well. The install crew was punctual and professional ensuring my house was left clean with the install done right! If you are thinking about solar please give Plug PV a chance.

Top Knotch

We are located in Massachusetts and can't say enough about the people at PV Plug Solar. My system went down and although there were scheduling issues, which they worked to get me the soonest appointment, the Tech Team that came to my home were pleasant, concerned and excellent at what they did to repair the system. They stayed until the system was repaired and up and running. Kyle and his tech, who I wish I remembered his name, were wonderful. Kyle walked us through the system repairs and even connected the system to my phone for easy access. Just an superb experience. One more thing.....I have had this system for several years and when I have questions or issues I leaned on Nick who I've had his name from day one--He has never made me feel I was bothering him and would always send help my way.....Nick, I just learned is the Senior Vice President, Project Operations and my problems (as I feel) should have not been presented to him however, he never made me feel that I was misdirecting my concerns.. You're all awesome--best choice I made going with PV Plug!!!!

Everything was great

This is one of the best companies I've dealt with. The communication has been great and the installation went very quick. I would recommend them to anyone looking into solar.

Really great experience Anthony is a hard-working, honest guy that will go out of his way to make your experience a great one. If you just need solar or if you need solar and a roof, his roofing company is A+ they go out their way to make sure everything is done correctly. They cleaned up and made sure everything was the way it was before they started , everything looks great very happy with the whole experience. PS. Been watching the net meter go backwards, waiting for my first bill from Central Hudson.

Very Sunny Experience

From inquiry to completion, the process for obtaining solar energy was easy with PlugPv. The team was transparent about the process and very timely in their communication with me throughout each step. The team was very hands on with the project and took the stress out of the entire process.

Solar installation made easy

Solar consultant Rich Riepma-Hosier is a great example of someone who, when they believe so strongly in their product and their company, doesn’t come across as a salesman. He was informative but not pushy. He was patient with my many questions to the point of being enthusiastic to keep teaching and explaining. We constantly lost track of time. The process went smoothly. The install was problem free. PlugPV does every part of the process. No subcontracting. One team. We are excited to watch our meter run in reverse and to utilize the sun to make electricity. With our busy lives this project seemed too time consuming. PlugPV made it very easy. If you have been thinking about solar I highly recommend you reach out to Rich and PlugPV.

I highly recommend Plug PV for going solar.

From the very start, working with Matthew Gaudin (Solar Consultant) has been a pleasure. He explained everything in detail and helped me with every step of the process making it so easy. Always available to answer every question I had. It was a great experience working with Matthew. Also want to say the install crew was pleasant and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. And Unique, project manager, was also helpful and kept me updated with what was going on with the project. This a great company!

Great experience with our solar installation

My wife and I are very happy with the installation of our photo voltaic system and very happy with our experience with PlugPV. Jarred, the sales rep did a great job designing a system for our needs and Wendy was a great project Manager. The instalation crew was friendly, professional and efficient. Every concern we had along the process was addressed in a reasonable time frame. The instalation crew was professional and efficient as well as friendly. Our new system now seems to be performing very good. We could not be more satisfied with the whole project. Andy

Every step of the way was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Looking forward to the drop in my electric bill and to knowing my carbon footprint is smaller than it was before. Thanks for excellent service.

Getting solar panels was not on my to do list, however, meeting Cam from PlugPV helped me understand the benefits and savings. The company took care of everything and was very responsive and supportive

Solar made easy with great service!

PlugPV Solar was definitely the right choice for us. Crystal clear communication, excellent service, and an impeccable installation. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Senior Energy Consultant Christian Fitzgerald was patient with all of my questions, clear and direct with his answers, and checked in with me every step of the way. And the installers were outstanding, carefully working all over our 200 year-old house, and left the property SPOTLESS. 10/10!!!

Very good company to work with.

Through this whole process I have dealt with Martha Dahl EV Project Manager for PlugPV.This LADY goes above and beyond to help her customers. She has called me many times after hours with updates and even when she is home or on vacation. Martha makes me feel like I'm part of her family and i TRUST what she tells me. this is my second review for her and I'm telling PLUGPV that they should clone here because she's that good. THANK YOU MARTHA DAHL

Solar Panel Install

Solar Panel Installation I first met the salesman (Nick Azadian) from Plug PV during August 2022. At this time, I was already contemplating a solar panel installation on my roof. My response to Nick was I want solid black panels; 400 watts each, panel life 25 years and it would not be installed until April 2023. Nick’s response; not a problem. My 40 years’ experience was in the building trades, site operation, facilities engineering, and maintenance of a large industrial site. As Nick and I began speaking about my expectations I told him I was anal-retentive and the installation (wiring) would be totally concealed. I wanted all the wiring to enter into my attic, they would use an existing chase (2” PVC conduit) from my attic to the basement where my electric panel is located. The crew arrived on April 10, 2023 at 8:30am. Matt was the foreman and Eugene was the electrician. Matt and his crew of 4 completed the install the same day leaving the site at 5:15pm. The install went active (all inspection and meter swap) on April 18, 2023. Project manager was Chris Hayes, him and I had many conversations about my expectations and he assured me Plug PV would meet/exceed my expectations. As the attached pictures illustrate, I received exactly what I was expecting: a neat clean professional installation. I waited to do this review because I wanted to have history on the reliability of the install. No problems to date (8/17/2023), very pleased with the output overall at 3.62MWH or 3,620KWH. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend PlugTV for your solar needs

I highly recommend PlugTv if you are thinking of going solar. From the initial phone calls with Matt Gaudin and him guiding me through the applications and paperwork, With him answering all of my questions no matter how small. (he was very patient with me) He guided me through the entire experience. Felix(the project manager) who called or emailed me to update me through every step of the process(even if i was just thinking about the install, he called to update me) And Crew one, was super fast and efficient with their install. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. This company is number one in my book. I wish i had done this sooner. They are amazing!!
