Worst customer service ever. Had solar installed a few years ago, never saved money on electric. Recently called to report a problem, talked to Jonathon, he said he would get back to me…didn’t. I called 7 days later talked to Jonathan he said he would get back to me…didn't. Called another 7 days later, their machine said I couldn’t leave a message because the person didn't have a voicemail set up yet. So how do I get in touch with anybody who can actually help me???
