They respond quickly to inquiries and tech related calls. Installation was done over several days but it was unobtrusive and their installers left the place spotless. I keep referring NRG Upgrade to my family, friends and co-workers.. I would not have so if I didn’t think they were a a-one company. Great value and I stopped worrying about the monthly PG&E email with the ever increasing bill

We recently had solar panel installed by NRGUPGRADE and we are very happy with the job that they did. A lots of time went into researching and price comparing close to 10 different companies and we found that NRGUPGRADE was both the most affordable and most straightforward company. Our sales person,Asaf, felt honest and didn’t try to up-sell us like many other companies I was worried that Covid would complicate things but it really wasn’t much of a problem. We got our 1st bill from DWP and we are saving already. So happy we went Green and Solar we totally recommend NRGUPGRADE to family & friends.

Install went well with no problems and no delays. David and his crew showed up when they said they would. Total price of materials/labor was good and much cheaper than other solar copmanies. Installed about 9mos ago, and still working well with no issues.

I've now had my system for over a year and am totally happy. David and his team were great. Everything went smooth and they were honest, professional and experienced. NRG Upgrade is one of the best companies we have every worked with. From Sales to engineering it was a breeze They did everything when it came to permitting and dealing with LA DWP. The installation crew was awesome. Very quick and efficient. No mess or clean up for us We past all the required inspections with no problems. We have been up and running for over a month and almost no electric bill. Why did we take so long to pull the trigger! My installation was done very professionally and all the folks I interacted with were kind and attentive. The follow-up was also good and someone from NRG came to my home to check on the install a few weeks afterwards. He walked me through the installation and provided an overview captured in a detailed notebook that he left with me in case of any potential future issues.

We chose NRG Upgrade after listening to three or four quotes. We are SO pleased with our choice! We put a large installation on our home and we truly love it! The panels are great and the warranty is the best on the market! Everyone on the team was extremely professional, kind, and friendly. Just completed my solar process with NRG Upgrade. Overall I have to say it was a VERY positive experience. From sales to installation the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I talked to several solar owners and met with a few other solar companies before a friend recommended NRG Upgrade, and sales consultant Nicholas. Nicholas's presentation and information packet far exceeded the estimates from other companies. The information was clear and precise so I felt more comfortable that I made the right choice when selecting NRG Upgrade for my solar. After the installation began, the install crew did an outstanding job keeping me apprised of their progress. I was also very impressed with their attention to detail in color matching the exterior of the house when painting the electrical conduit. They also did an excellent job with their cleanup after the install completion. During the course of the project there were a few minor communication issues with scheduling dates and appointments but, overall the experience was great.

We can't say enough good things about this company and the team.Asaf provided us with an education and a quote on our very first meeting. We were continually updated on the progress of our project and he answered every question we threw at him. The install team, lead by Johnathan, was prompt, professional and completed the job quickly. I must say, I have never seen any other company like NRG Upgrade, that has the best customer service in this city. Lately we had to deal with lots of contractors, since we bought a house. A majority of those contractors drove us nuts. But not NRG Upgrade, they stayed in constant contact with us and we received always updates about our status.
