Above & Beyond...
In the 6 months process from hearing their proposal to solar installation "turn on", Moxie Solar exceeded expectations in every respect. I discovered that solar projects are much more complex than I imagined But every contact with every Moxie representative in each department was positive and helpful. Their expertise made each step simple for me. I received two other bids from solar companies plus consulted with our accountant & attorney. The bids were competitive, but I could not be more satisfied with Moxie's process and final installation.

Solar panels Washington
Moxie Solar was very good to work with. They first came to my house to look at the site, then got back to me with the planned installation. The costs were in line with the estimate. I have been pleased with everything from the installation to the cost savings. I always recommend them when discussing our panels.

7.59 Residential Electric Installation
Moxie made the design and installation process straightforward, understandable, and problem-free. Personnel at all phases were knowledgeable, polite, accommodating, and caused no disruption to our household. We've been generating power for not quite 3 months and everything looks fine. My calls to get questions answered after the installation indicate that we will see good support over the long term.

Very satisfied
Rich is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Our project took only 49 days from contract to making power and it was mostly waiting for HOA approval. The installation crew did a fantastic job and were respectful of our home, neighbors, and animals.

Solar Installation
Moxie solar did a great job on our solar experience. From start to finish, they were efficient and kept in close touch through the stages of the installation. They were great at explaining the timeline and what to expect. All in all, it was a quick process. The actual installation of the panels was less than a day, the trenching about an hour (from our detached garage to house) and the bi-directional meter exchange was 5 minutes.

Very Satisfied Customer
Moxie Solar completed a 20-panel, 6-kW solar installation at our house in North Liberty in September 2018. We are extremely pleased with the installation as well as the process to get to the completed installation. It has been exciting to see the final results since the system went live!. Starting with Chris Hoffman who I met at a Solar Power Hour session on 24 May 2018 and who did the initial survey and provided multiple quotes, to the design team of Jeremy Hanson who conducted an on-site survey, Ian Abrams and Mike Smejkal who provided several iterations to the design, Jenn Hall and Kami Ahrens who guided us through the regulatory processes, to the installation team coordinated by Travis Eichelberg who contacted us to coordinate the installation and led by Tyler Lo, and including Tim Wigger, Dustin Stanford, Lynn McDonald, and Sklyar Van Hoang and finally to Dale Woods who commissioned the system, it was a most enjoyable experience! We had a lot of fun getting to know the installation team. All questions were answered in terms we could understand. They maintained an ultra-clean and very safe worksite and showed respect to us and our property throughout the installation. Tyler Lo commented that our house was the first of a kind installation, so the team paid particular attention to the details of the job, cheerfully working around heat, cold, wind and rain. Moxie has a wonderful team of very talented and dedicated members. It was a pleasure to work with each and everyone as we stepped through the process from sales call to the completed and commissioned installation. The team is to be commended for their representation of Moxie Solar.
