Everyone has been great. Very professional and very nice employees to work with. I would highly recommend.

Isaiah Ealy did a great job at trying to help us with getting our system online and working. We did have some issues with communication and trying to get the process rolling but after a while, everything did get sorted out and our system is working fine as well as our batteries. Thank lunex

Ethan and his team have been amazing the entire process. Ethan was very knowledgeable and texted with me the entire time. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend them to anyone.

Team 4 did a great job installing my solar panels. They are professional and complete the job in a timely manner. Will stopped by a few months later and helped to figure out that TECO billing has been reduced tremendously. Thank you!

Well, just came to my house and explain to me how everything works with the monitoring app and help answered a few questions about my solar system so far so good. I can’t wait to start saving more money.

Excellent customer service

After getting nowhere for 3 weeks with my solar panel installer to bring my system back online, I reached out to Dan Gawrych of Lunex power. I explained the situation to Dan and right away he had some ideas as to what was happening with my system and agreed to send one of his technicians to resolve the issue ASAP. Within 24 hours, Lunex responded, diagnosed the system and brought the system online. I highly recommend Lunex and they will be servicing my system from this point forward.

Highly recommended. Everything has been great. Everyone has been super friendly and professional. Also made some great suggestions and recommendations on how to make my home even more efficient. Would definitely use them again.

Will came out a couple months after the panels were installed to perform an assessment of the system and to help me download and understand how to use the app. I’m glad Lunex did service after the install and feel confident that this system will perform as described.
