The installation crew was respectful, efficient, and professional. Everything looks great! I'm just waiting on the local inspection necessary to switch on the system fully and start using the panels and battery system for more than just blackouts. I believe that should occur in a week or so. I plan on updating this review with how that goes when it happens, but I anticipate approval and a lot of savings on energy costs.

It's been 3 years since I had my solar panels... I love them and can't complain knock on wood! Power bills very low and consistent every month. Also, I had to replace new my wifi router due to software being outdated. My solars were down for few days. Called and made appointment to have Lunex come to take a look. Technician was able to help to get my App linked up to my Power Box again. Great service, thanks again!!!

Permitting took forever but everything else worked out great with Lunex. Very happy with our solar system. Will was very helpful with helping me understand the app and how to use the system. Tawny was amazing! She went above and beyond getting us over the line with the permits and scheduling.

We had a wonderful experience with Lunex. The rep on our initial call was patient & answered all of our questions and explained our options. The tech that came was detailed and again patient and explained the next steps. Our experience with the office was equally wonderful and helpful. Finally, after connecting with FPL the Lunex rep called and worked us through using the monitoring system. A fabulous experience!!

From start to finish, getting solar with Lunex took 4 months (including a new roof), but it was totally worth it. The company set everything up and made everything simple every step of the way. This is a long-term dream fulfilled and I’m so happy to be running my home on solar energy now!

Amazing company. From the first call, through install and follow up calls, we were blown away. Ryan our sales rep spent weeks making sure we fully understood everything we were getting. Even after meeting with 5 other companies we decided on lunex due to the relationship and product. When it came to install they got it done so fast and professionally. Than our follow up call we fully got educated on every part of the app. My wife is blown away by how the whole process went. We have had bad experiences in past but this was just perfect.

Good experience so far

I’ve had a good experience with Lunex so far. I was able to get a price that I felt was fair to me after talking with several companies. The sales representative, Teo, made recommendations but ultimately went with what I was interested in. He worked with me as I was gathering my funds, and I didn’t feel pressured that I needed to be done right away.The installation went well, and the installers were friendly. We connected about a small area that we both lived in. After my system was up and running then I got a text from Wilfredo who met me when I was available in the evening after work to explain the Tesla app to me. I like that we were able to share screens so we could discuss the information and both see the same thing. Overall, it’s been a very nice experience. I’m looking forward to seeing what my first bill will be, which will be the true litmus test.

Lunex takes the guesswork out of going solar. They handled permits, inspections, and the entire installation without a hitch. Friendly staff, responsive communication, and great results. Very happy customer

Everyone I dealt with in the company was very helpful. All of the components were explained and every step of the process was covered. The installers were prompt and great and answered a few questions we had. The Enlighten Enphase phone app and website are very user friendly and quite fun to explore and track. I would highly recommend Lunex to anyone interested in installing solar on their home. We opted not to do batteries since it was not such a good return on investment due to the limited lifespan of the batteries.

Lunex has been very pleasant to work with Ryan, Dave, and Will have all been very helpful. Install was quick and easy. We are pleased with everything thing so far and look forward to significantly reduced power bills!

Added 2 Power Wall 3's to my solar system everything went great. Now i have full back up power for my home in case of a outage.

We already had solar panels, but did not yet have battery backup. We engaged with Lunex to install 3 5p enphase batteries. The install went great, the installers were prompt, on time and thorough. They were great explaining the integration of the batteries into our system. I highly recommend Lunex for their service. Please consider me a reference.
