We had a wonderful experience with Lunex. The rep on our initial call was patient & answered all of our questions and explained our options. The tech that came was detailed and again patient and explained the next steps. Our experience with the office was equally wonderful and helpful. Finally, after connecting with FPL the Lunex rep called and worked us through using the monitoring system. A fabulous experience!!

I’ve had a good experience with Lunex so far. I was able to get a price that I felt was fair to me after talking with several companies. The sales representative, Teo, made recommendations but ultimately went with what I was interested in. He worked with me as I was gathering my funds, and I didn’t feel pressured that I needed to be done right away.The installation went well, and the installers were friendly. We connected about a small area that we both lived in. After my system was up and running then I got a text from Wilfredo who met me when I was available in the evening after work to explain the Tesla app to me. I like that we were able to share screens so we could discuss the information and both see the same thing. Overall, it’s been a very nice experience. I’m looking forward to seeing what my first bill will be, which will be the true litmus test.

Lunex takes the guesswork out of going solar. They handled permits, inspections, and the entire installation without a hitch. Friendly staff, responsive communication, and great results. I recommend them to anyone looking to go green the right way. Special shout out to Will Garcia for helping with the app.

Everyone I dealt with in the company was very helpful. All of the components were explained and every step of the process was covered. The installers were prompt and great and answered a few questions we had. The Enlighten Enphase phone app and website are very user friendly and quite fun to explore and track. I would highly recommend Lunex to anyone interested in installing solar on their home. We opted not to do batteries since it was not such a good return on investment due to the limited lifespan of the batteries.

Lunex has been very pleasant to work with Ryan, Dave, and Will have all been very helpful. Install was quick and easy. We are pleased with everything thing so far and look forward to significantly reduced power bills!

If you live in MA, DO NOT go with Lunex Power! They might be doing well in FL but there are just too many issues I experienced with this company. I signed the contract in late Jan and my scheduled installation will be the last week of July. With the interconnection step, maybe I'll be lucky to have a system on by September. Here's what I've experienced so far. I really don't want to post this now because I still have the project pending with this company, but I really think people should know about my situation and make sure they don't end up with what I experienced. 1. The onsite survey was literally showing up to check the electric panel. No measurement was taken which caused the problem I'm going to explain later 2. They ordered the wrong racks/stands that doesn't meet the town requirement. Didn't realize it until they installed everything so they will have to take everything down and re-install 3. They didn't realize that the plan doesn't meet the fire setback rule until the racks are installed, because they didn't do the initial measurement of the roof and relied solely on their software. They now will need to remove the racks and patch the roof which has risks of leaking 4. They were trying to manipulate the numbers on the permit to get the fire setback things approved but didn't work, which wasted two weeks 5. It takes them weeks to turn around a plan because all the engineers are based in FL and cannot prioritize MA. It also takes them weeks to revise a plan. They also do not directly communicate to the inspector to understand the town requirements leaving me as the coordinator between my town and the solar company 6. The installation team has no availability. I understand that it's a busy time for solar installation. If you ask them to schedule something, it likely will be 1.5-2 months out. 7. The operations team never returns my calls or emails (maybe they return 1 out of 20 times) leaving me with a lot of open questions. I feel l bad as I really look like a spammer The only thing positive about Lunex is their sales team. They are quick in picking up the phone calls and makes everything sound super easy. However, the rest of the experience has unfortunately been horrible that I don't think I would recommend Lunex to anyone. Recommendation: why not selling less projects and taking care of your customers?

We had solar panels installed after being promised that we would not get any electric bills from FPL unless we added something that would use a lot more electricity. This was not true, even if the panels produced enough power, there is still a minimum bill. we were also promised that there would be a reconciliation at the end of each year and if the panels produced more electricity than we used, there would be a credit. This has not happened. We were told that if the power went out, we would still have electricity thru the inverters on the solar panels for up to 2 days. that was NOT true, without batteries, there is no power if power goes out. After many calls, texts and emails, we finally spoke with a rep who said the salesperson was wrong telling us all of this and that he miscalculated how many panels were required to eliminate our electric bills. Additional panels were added and after another 4 months, we still are not getting the low electric bills from FPL that we were promised. Supposedly a rep is monitoring our usage and trying to understand the problem. we have provided our FPL bills for the last 3 years multiple times for the reps to get this figured out and still have gotten any satisfactory results. If I had looked into this further, I would never have gone with Lunex Power/Sunnova. We are paying monthly on the solar panels and still paying FPL and this now costs us more per month than if we had just kept FPL as our power source. We are very dissatisfied with the customer service, the solar panels and the whole process.

Added 2 Power Wall 3's to my solar system everything went great. Now i have full back up power for my home in case of a outage.

We already had solar panels, but did not yet have battery backup. We engaged with Lunex to install 3 5p enphase batteries. The install went great, the installers were prompt, on time and thorough. They were great explaining the integration of the batteries into our system. I highly recommend Lunex for their service. Please consider me a reference.

My experience with Will this morning has been very enlightening. He was very helpful and showed me all the capabilities with the Tesla app and how to understand how it works. I am also appreciative that he shared his personal number with me for future questions if I have any.

Perfect company, super fast. I signed the papers in end of December and Feb 12 I was up and running. I deal with Ryan over emails- I hate calls and we did all without even one call. The inspection was done when the team was still in my premise. Highly recommend!!

Great company ,Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, respective, knowledgeable, and helpful. The installers were great, didn't make a mess and were done in a timely manner. They were very nice. I'm glad I have Lunex Solar on my side after what I went through with the company that is now in bankruptcy and being sued by Texas and Connecticut for fraudulent practices.

Overall experience has been great from the moment we signed a contract to activating the system took under four months due to having a tier 2 system so far so good system is on and producing. We would highly recommend Lunex power if you are looking into going solar, the process was pretty seamless Until we had to deal with Duke but other than that everything was fine.

Everything has been great with lunex power Our system finally got turned on today and we are producing enough power to send power back to the electric company. Today is a great day and we appreciate them. Everyone has been very professional.
