Excellent company to work with, very responsive to your needs.

It took me a long time to decide if solar was the right choice for me. I started with leasing options and then researched ownership options, which was a better fit for me. My goal was to eventually eliminate my utility bill and ownership provided that ability. My sales representative Tom, worked around my crazy schedule and was always available to help me understand the process from design, financing, installation and final inspection. The installation team is a well-oiled machine, 30 panels installed and working in approximately 4.5 hours and they did excellent work.

We had always been interested in going solar. With the abundance of companies out there trying to get your attention it all seemed so overwhelming. From the start Matt D. and LIPS seemed so different than the rest. Everything was explained in plain English as many times as we needed and our hands were held through the whole process. Once you understand everything then you know it’s a no-brainer to go solar. I did my research and compared/contrasted companies and LIPS were still at the top of the list. I’d recommend them again and again, I couldn’t be happier.

Awesome!!!

After much research, I am so glad we chose Long Island Power Solutions. We had them installed December 31, 2018. My January bill was $24.00 and my February bill $16.83 of which $2.48 was our Power Supply Charges : ). Jared was great, helpful and answered all our questions. He explained the entire process, which went very smoothly and as he said. They took care of everything. The guys who installed the panels were also great, cleaned up after they were done and also answered all of our questions. Our panels look great!!! Thank You Long Island Power Solutions

Could'nt be happier

I've known about solar for a while but it has always confused me on how it all works with the electric companies. My salesman Jared took his time to explain to me the entire process and how solar works. It was quick and easy and highly recommend you learn from the best. Long Island power solutions as a whole was the best decision I could have made. From the initial sit down all the way through the install. All of my expectations have been met. I just received my 4th electric bill since installation and it was only $16.

After meeting with several solar companies, Long Island Power Solutions was the most knowledgeable and professional company. Jay our sales rep and Bill our quality manager are always available and ready to answer any questions. The app on my phone was setup and explained and everything is running great.

Extremely helpful

After researching a few other solar companies out there, I decided to go with Long Island Power Solutions and I am very happy I did. Besides being the best price I could find, Ryan Maehr, the salesperson I dealt with was extremely helpful in answering my many questions before, during and even after the installation which is why I’ve referred him to all my friends and family.

Friendly and helpful

We were looking into a few solar companies prior to go with Long Island Power Solutions and we just didn't feel comfortable with any of them. It was almost like they were being those shaddy car sales people. We got in contact with Matt. Front the time he walked in our door, we felt like we weren't being pushed into something we didn't want. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. They handled everything. They were there when they said they were going to be and did a great job installing it our panel. Matt was in contact with me the whole time and explained everything thoroughly. Anytime soon needed a question answered, he always responded very quickly. The whole experience was fantastic. I can't say enough great things about the company. Excellent customer service

I am very happy with Long Idland Power Solutions. Matt DeBardelaben was very helpful to us and answered all of our questions in a professional manner. He is very friendly and appreciate all his help he provided. We love the solar panels that were installed on our house. They are plain black which I like much better than other ones I’ve seen that have white in them. Bryan was also very helpful with getting the system online. Any issues or concerns he also was there helping us u sweat and the system. I highly recommend them.

I researched several companies including Long Island Power Solutions and I decided to go with them after the excellent customer service, knowledge and package offerings. I am so so happy I did. Everyone I worked with was amazingly professional. Diana King, my salesperson, was so patient with me, always accessible and explained everything in such detail. I would recommend calling her and using this company hands down, before any others. It’s one of the easiest home improvement projects you will ever do!!!
