Great experience from start to finish

I’ve been researching solar for a while and have talked to other companies and I was not satisfied with with any of them. Ended up reaching out to LI Power Solutions and met with the my sales rep Justin Roche, he went over everything is great detail and just made you comfortable with my decision. He never pressured me, he was very honest and straight forward. I had my panels installed ahead of schedule which is great because I really wanted them installed before the summer months. The installation guys were great, didn’t the job and cleaned up everything. Justin walked me through the entire process and made me feel as ease. Now I just hope my panels live up to the par. Thank you LI power solutions and Justin for making my solar process a breeze. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to go solar.

Seamless!

We had such a wonderful experience with Long Island Solutions and our represent Matthew. The process from beginning to end was incredibly seamless. They make it very easy for the homeowner to go through the process without feeling overwhelmed. Not to mention how incredibly affordable it is. The no out of pocket cost, tax rebates, and warranty made it too good to pass up. I HIGHLY recommend this company, especially Matthew.

Solar Install

I wanted to add solar panels to my existing one. So I have researched companies and panel technology. At the end, I talked to Matt at LI Power Solutions, and was not disappointed. Matt was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He visited us at our home, and walked us through the process, step by step. Whenever I called or emailed, I received a prompt response answering all my questions. The installation process went very well. The crew came on time and within a few hours finished the solar and electric install including the cleanup afterwards. Within a couple of days I got my React App and LI Power Solutions support (Taylor) called me and explained the Enphase monitoring application that connected and oversaw the solar panels. I am very pleased with the additional solar panels. If you're going to install solar panels, I highly recommend LI Power Solutions. Make them your last stop in your search

I’m 100% happy with Long Island Power Solution

I choose Long Island Power Solution Solar because PSEG was overwhelmed and stressing me out. When I finally got in touch with my Solar consultant MATT DeBardelaben this guy walked me through all the process and showed me how much money I can save by going solar. I have to thank you MATT for answered , returned all my calls, explaining all the process to me, and be there for me until my solar was installed. Even more, he kept the relationship with me. Thanks to Long Island Power Solution Solar you company saved me lot of money and stress away from PSEG. Now, I can be stress free because my panels are produce 100% of electric and sending back extra to PSEG. For new clients I will like to say: the process is very easy through MATT, you don’t have to take no days off from your job, no money out of your pocket, MATT does everything for you by the time you realize. Of course, you may just have a few appointments to discuss your options, and that all about it. I recently just got my system installed and i love it. I worked with Justin who was really great and easy to deal with. He explained everything i needed to do and know throughout the whole process. The process was very quick and easy and the installers were very professional, clean and organized. Everything came out great! Delivered on all promises

From the beginning being a consummate skeptic I was always challenging Matt to see if what he said he could provide was actually some thing that they would do. Fortunate for me we were able to get the panels installed in a timely fashion despite minor snags and the system is working perfectly. The one time that a panel didn’t go down I was able to call Lynn and have that problem resolved within 24 hours which was very refreshing. Overall The system functions beautifully looks great and we paid very little for the system being that Matt guided us through all of the available promotions and discounts afforded by various state programs. I would highly recommend working with Matt and the folks at LIP. Poor guys had to drive all the way out from eastern Long Island to Westchester.

Great experience from start to finish

I got quotes from 4 solar installers. I ended up using Long Island Power Solutions. The price was on par with other companies however I went with LIPS because of the customer service and attention to detail. Overall I am very happy with the install from start to finish as well as the post install continued communication.

Solar Panel Installation

I met with Justin Roche last year in February from Long Island Power Solutions. He was very professional, very informative, and came through on every detail on the products they sold me. I purchased 34 panels for my home, and have not had a bill since other than the basic PSE&G meter fee. Do your research before you go through with this large of a purchase. A lot of these companies will try to sell you on cheaper panels. The panels he suggested for me, after extensive research were every bit as good as he said. The guys that did the install were quick, clean, and professional. Last month, an electrician forgot to turn a breaker back on in my garage, and the company was quick to call me and notify me that the panels on my garage were off. I've recommended many others to this company and they are as satisfied as I continue to be a year after having them installed. Call Justin and LI Power if you're in the market.

Great Experience Overall

I purchased an 18.55 kW system from Long Island Power last year. My sales and project rep Justin Roche was very thorough and compelling in outlining the benefits of solar, planning our intended capacity, and giving us a good idea of what we could expect at each stage of the process. Because of the numerous regulations we have in NY, a local company is best suited for a project like this, and there was no additional work I had to complete on my part since the permitting applications were entirely handled by Long Island Power. Moreover, Justin helped us get the best tax incentives on our project by getting it scoped by the end of the year and bundling our required roof repairs into the project. The install only took about 3 hours or so and the cleanup was quite thorough.
