I cannot say enough about Justin Roche and LI Power Solutions. I have been looking to go solar for several years now. But the costs always seemed to outweigh the benefits. Why would I want to make the switch if the cost was going to exceed my current electric bill, and the return on my investment was years away? To complicate matters, my aging roof would need replacing before I could mount solar panels on it. Justin helped me see the light that now is the right time to go solar. He is not your typical pushy salesman out to make a quick commission. He is very knowledgeable and personal. Very trustworthy. He and his team put together a plan for me that easily bested the competition (and I did get estimates from multiple companies). And my savings start on day 1, not one day in the distant future. They also put me in touch with their recommended roofing company, Atlantic Exteriors, who did an amazing job. Both the roof install and subsequent solar panel install went quickly and smoothly, with an impressive clean up job. The all black panels look very attractive on my new roof. Not awkward looking, like most homes with panels I’ve seen. It puts a smile on my face when I see my electric meter turning backwards:) I’ve had a very positive experience with LI Power Solutions. With their help, I managed to go green while saving some green. I recommend them highly.

Horrible!

All the comments about how wonder Long Island Power Solutions are from new customers....wait until you have to work with them for several years and you'll see how horrible they really are. Customer service is definitely not a priority once they get your money. No returned phone calls, unable to get replacement parts, unless of course, you want to upgrade and spend more money, amazingly those parts are very readily available. Due your research and find someone else.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Matt. He walked us through every step of the process and was very thorough with explaining everything. He was always there to answer any question we had. Great experience from start to finish

I’ve been researching solar for a while and have talked to other companies and I was not satisfied with with any of them. Ended up reaching out to LI Power Solutions and met with the my sales rep Justin Roche, he went over everything is great detail and just made you comfortable with my decision. He never pressured me, he was very honest and straight forward. I had my panels installed ahead of schedule which is great because I really wanted them installed before the summer months. The installation guys were great, didn’t the job and cleaned up everything. Justin walked me through the entire process and made me feel as ease. Now I just hope my panels live up to the par. Thank you LI power solutions and Justin for making my solar process a breeze. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to go solar.

Seamless!

We had such a wonderful experience with Long Island Solutions and our represent Matthew. The process from beginning to end was incredibly seamless. They make it very easy for the homeowner to go through the process without feeling overwhelmed. Not to mention how incredibly affordable it is. The no out of pocket cost, tax rebates, and warranty made it too good to pass up. I HIGHLY recommend this company, especially Matthew.

Solar Install

I wanted to add solar panels to my existing one. So I have researched companies and panel technology. At the end, I talked to Matt at LI Power Solutions, and was not disappointed. Matt was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He visited us at our home, and walked us through the process, step by step. Whenever I called or emailed, I received a prompt response answering all my questions. The installation process went very well. The crew came on time and within a few hours finished the solar and electric install including the cleanup afterwards. Within a couple of days I got my React App and LI Power Solutions support (Taylor) called me and explained the Enphase monitoring application that connected and oversaw the solar panels. I am very pleased with the additional solar panels. If you're going to install solar panels, I highly recommend LI Power Solutions. Make them your last stop in your search

I’m 100% happy with Long Island Power Solution

I choose Long Island Power Solution Solar because PSEG was overwhelmed and stressing me out. When I finally got in touch with my Solar consultant MATT DeBardelaben this guy walked me through all the process and showed me how much money I can save by going solar. I have to thank you MATT for answered , returned all my calls, explaining all the process to me, and be there for me until my solar was installed. Even more, he kept the relationship with me. Thanks to Long Island Power Solution Solar you company saved me lot of money and stress away from PSEG. Now, I can be stress free because my panels are produce 100% of electric and sending back extra to PSEG. For new clients I will like to say: the process is very easy through MATT, you don’t have to take no days off from your job, no money out of your pocket, MATT does everything for you by the time you realize. Of course, you may just have a few appointments to discuss your options, and that all about it. I will recommend anyone to Long Island power solution solar and for your solar consultant, MATT is the man to work with. I recently just got my system installed and i love it. I worked with Justin who was really great and easy to deal with. He explained everything i needed to do and know throughout the whole process. The process was very quick and easy and the installers were very professional, clean and organized. Everything came out great! Delivered on all promises

From the beginning being a consummate skeptic I was always challenging Matt to see if what he said he could provide was actually some thing that they would do. Fortunate for me we were able to get the panels installed in a timely fashion despite minor snags and the system is working perfectly. The one time that a panel didn’t go down I was able to call Lynn and have that problem resolved within 24 hours which was very refreshing. Overall The system functions beautifully looks great and we paid very little for the system being that Matt guided us through all of the available promotions and discounts afforded by various state programs. I would highly recommend working with Matt and the folks at LIP. Poor guys had to drive all the way out from eastern Long Island to Westchester.

Great experience from start to finish

I got quotes from 4 solar installers. I ended up using Long Island Power Solutions. The price was on par with other companies however I went with LIPS because of the customer service and attention to detail. Overall I am very happy with the install from start to finish as well as the post install continued communication.
