March 11 - I'm posting an update. Ipsun responded below to the original review and their service team since reached out to schedule the necessary repairs. Now done. The battery system is operational and waiting on the second inspection to greenlight the installation. I do appreciate Ipsun reaching back. Scheduling has been the challenge since the start with multiple delays due to a surge in demand for jobs before the end of the year. Getting this project done to code has always been my first priority and they are getting it done. 4 stars. [early March, original review 1 star] We're waiting on Ipsun to follow up an "failure to pass" inspection on a battery installation job at our home. They have been non-responsive to calls and emails. I don't like posting these negative reviews, too much negativity in the world already. But if you have a choice in battery installers, give those other guys another look.
