We had Ipsun install our solar panels with a Tesla power wall 3 at the end of the of 2025. Since then there have been days where no solar is being produced independent of if there is snow or sun or other weather. Tesla has identified the issue as an issue on the string…likely related to install and has created a ticket for Ipsun to fix it. This is well over a month ago and there has been no movement from Ipsun to fix the issue. I have called and emailed Ipsun multiple times with no response. Also, after a visit by one of their electricians after install (for the county inspection), their electrician left the fuse panel outside open with the cover off the wires/fuses. It was noticed by my neighbor after a snow storm (great, I know). I closed the box but have reached out to them multiple times on how to safely replace the cover over the wiring with no response. Again, been well over a month for this issue. It took awhile but ultimately all issues were fixed.
