Fastrac Energy Services

Fast trac folks were fantastic through every step of signing up to installation. The crew of 4 who came in to complete the installation were beyond great. I believe Moses, was the crew chief. Each man did a wonderful job and were so professional. Bruno and Daniel also worked on the first part of the installation, we appreciated them. The 2 men who came by to measure for the battery were professional and did an amazing job. Dakota, in sales was our point of contact and he set the bar up high. Glenda was our point of contact throughout the process. She was extremely helpful and much appreciated Thanks to ALL the Fast trac folks for a job well done 👏

Installation went well. The electrician crew were awesome. Very friendly, and did a great job! Thank you!

I am amazed with the Fastrac Energy team. From delivery of the solar equipment to installation by Amped Electric, Shane Sayer, every phase of the installation seemed flawless. The communication from the admin was always on time and accurate. Thank you for a solar energy system that is supplying all my power needs right now and exporting over twice the power that we consume. Of course it is winter time and we have less hours of sunlight this time of year. I recommend Shane Sayer, Amped Electric for any electrical needs, installations and repairs. His team is very efficient and detail oriented. His communication with me and with Fastrac was very professional and detailed. Thank you Fastrac.

These people are very good at their job. It was really nice having a great team out here doing this work. Could not ask for better. Thank you, Walter

They came in and did a very good job from start to finish. They were a very friendly group of guys and very professional. They let you know ahead what times they needed to be there and did not not let the weather slow them down.

Alex and crew

Alex and his crew arrived pretty late but knocked out a lot despite traveling from Houston down here. Guys knew what they were doing and were professional, 100% recommended

The sales person and install team were all very good at their jobs!! They all communicated very well with us and very timely in their tasks!!! They all excelled in their jobs!! Please recognize these individuals!!! They also answered any questions we had!!

Fastrac kept me informed of every step performed and were very helpful when I had questions. Installation was fast and the they arrived on time. Overall, it’s been a very smooth process!

My Fastrac Installation was great!

The Fastrac team was great at the installation of my solar panels on my house. They communicated throughout the whole process via text and phone calls. I would get email updates as well. The team that came to do my install was on time and did a great job.

Since making the decision to get solar I have had no issues with customer support. Information is passed to me in a timely manner and I have had problems getting my questions resolved.

Fast Service

I was introduced to Fastrac in mid December 2022 and today mid January 2023 and I just flipped ON the switch to start my energy harvesting. I have not had any problems so far for the month with Fastrac so far. I work nights and I have been texting them instead of calling due to the times I’m available and it all went great. Awesome overall from sales to installation and being part of the group of people helping support our power grid.

Installation review

Fastrac techs were courteous, informative and prompt. They cleaned up well.

Great Customer Service

Fastrac offers great customer service and makes the installation process easy. From the customized design, to Fastrac handling all the details and scheduling of the installation, the process was easy and seamless.

Sales, Engineering, Install - Quality Service

I compared system with 4 installers. Mike was not a high pressure sales guy as opposed to the other 3 (buy today only to save tactic). Engineering configured my panels, got the permits. The install was supposed to include a probable power outage of 20-30 minutes. There wasn't a power outage. My next house will have Fastrac.

Solar Panels

I am very satisfied with all the process that was done through Frastrac to make the project of my solar panels a reality, I did nothing, Yessenia who was the person assigned to my account DID everything very quickly and always She was careful that I knew the steps that were followed and when she had questions, Yessenia was always there to help me with the answer. I recommend Fastrac for projects similar to mine.

Professional and timely

Great company with knowledgeable staff. They were very professional and communicated with me through the whole process. Was pleased with the process and excited to have SOLAR!

Outstanding job from start to finish, very pleased.

Easy and fast to work with and the end product is great. I love to see our meter running backwards.
