Best of out the 5 companies

We had been researching for over a year and we interviewed 5 different companies but in the end EHS separated themselves with the products they use and the warranty’s behind the products. This is my 3rd attempt to leave this review EHS lol. Thank you again.

Took a while but it was worth it

I had contracted EHS 12/13/2018 with intentions of being fully completed by February. We didn't get installed until beginning of March but since we had to wait a little longer EHS sent my family to Disney for a day but not only that we just got our first bill and its was $9.98! Im very happy we chose them even tho it took longer they communicated with us every step of the way and we now know they have control over the permits not a 3rd party company. Very happy! Ask for Amer he has been outstanding.

The Review

We worked with the Solar Sisters! Today we learned about solar energy and we were so impressed with the solar sisters and their presentation. We decided this would be the best investment for us and our family because we plan on passing it on to them. The sisters are very knowledgeable and it was such a pleasurable experience. We highly recommend them!

Efficient is right!

Liliana and Valerie (Solar Sisters) were fantastic. Absolutely live up to the “efficient” company name. From the beginning, it was evident that they were incredibly knowledgeable. Skipped the sales pitch and provided the most important information (tax advantages, key points about switching to solar, panel installation, etc.) They have wonderful interpersonal and organizational communication skills. Definitely recommending them to friends and family looking into making the switch! Glad we did it!

Such an amazing experience!

These guys are great. Honestly, when it comes to home improvement the worst experience I usually have with companies is communication or they don't tell you everything up front when they are explaining the product. These guys clarified everything and answered all my questions up front. I got emails and calls every step of the way as well. I highly recommend these guys and always refer them to my friends and family.

Fast and Painless

I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Dan the Solar Man at EHS. He explained everything so my parents understood about the tax credit, panels, and made sure we got installed in under 30 days! EHS sent us a email every time a new update on our project happened which the other companies we interviewed didn’t do this. It was truly a painless process, I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EHS! Thank you guys!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and Efficient

We were at a presentation given by Stephen Platthy. Steve was very clear about the advantages of solar power, the tax advantage, and the process of installing the panels and switching to solar. We set up a private appointment and Steve answered all of our specific questions. Upon signing a contract, everything was put in motion and EHS handled everything for us. From getting permits, to dealing with our HOA, to the install, and finally switching to our new metered system, EHS handled everything. We received our first bill from FPL since our switch to solar power and it was $9.00. Yahoo!

If you are looking for a great company I cannot say enough good things about Matt Taylor at Efficient Home Services! He actually evaluates your home and makes it as efficient as possible BEFORE selling you a system that is more than you need. We could not be happier! Plus, that 30% tax rebate is pretty awesome! If you have any questions let me know! I spent a year researching and got THIRTEEN estimates before I went with EHS!

So glad we chose EHS

My husband has been wanting solar for a really long time and I was extremely hesitant after doing a lot of research online and seeing some horrifying reviews. My husband chose to book appts with a few different companies and we actually met with 3 prior to deciding on EHS. Myself and my husband really weren't fond of how pushy and sales-y that the other companies salesmen were, until we met Steve. Steve came to our home and made us feel SO COMFORTABLE and explained any and every little question that we had. We agreed to move forward and get solar on our home and he truly stayed with us every step of the way. I was honestly still extremely nervous after we signed and it wasnt until I really started to see that Steve was always keeping us in the loop and STILL answering any questions myself or my husband had within minutes of a text sent. We have recommended plenty of friends and family and even neighbors who asked about our panels! We now have 3 friends within our neighborhood who have all purchased solar from Steve and we are all extremely happy. Thank you Steve and thank you EHS!

This is hands down the best solar company out there

These guys at ehs were such a great company to work with from start to finish If you don’t use these guys over any other solar company out there then you made a big mistake trust in that from the warranty they offer the workmanship on the installs and the big kicker is they help you save huge on your power bill with no money out of your pocket to do it just call these guys and you will see for yourself TRUST IN THAT!!!!!

My favorite thing about EHS wasn’t just the solar panels but how friendly the staff has been! They greeted us from the start, the gentleman that came to access the roof was so knowledgeable and informative, and the whole team was so friendly with any issues or questions we had. We just got installed so we are still waiting to get powered on but i highly recommend EHS for your solar needs! Can’t wait to see what our bills look like .

Painless and Efficient

We interviewed multiple companies for our solar needs but chose EHS because they offered more services. We would recommend them to anybody!

From the start the sales rep was very professional and was very educated in the solar. I did also get a water heater and I have saved money from not only the solar but also the water heater. The office staff is very quick to get back with me and are very professional. I wouldn't recommend ANY other company if you are looking to purchase solar! Many of my neighbors have also purchased because they saw what a great investment it was for me.

I have entered into conversation and agreement with Mr. Joe Dazzio Chief Operating Officer from EHS, who explained in great detail how they corrected issues from past EHS representatives and processes. He also agreed to correct our current PV system and add additional solar power generation at EHS expense to correct solar production issues and previous experience issues. Mr. Dazzio’s level of conversation, diligence and self initiated follow up have instilled in me a great level of confidence in his company. He truly shows concern for his clients and the reputation of his company. Makes me feel confident that he stands behind his company, products and most importantly to me, his word. He seems to be a true gentleman which EHS should be proud to have working on their side. Truth be told, I feel so confident that, I may even request their assistance with replacing my roof in the near future. Based on this, I would like to change my previous review as they will have exceeded my expectations. 5 Star company. I will keep them as my go to solar company, because I now know that they will do what is right.

Efficient Home Services was excellent

We had James Penney of Efficient Home Services out and he was excellent. We did as much research as we could and they were the 4th company to come out. James was so knowledgable and explained everything thoroughly. The whole project took 5 weeks from when James was out to when the solar was installed and we could not be more pleased. Their entire staff was excellent and the continuous communication made this process a breeze. I wanted to wait until my first bill before writing a review and It just came in and was $11.47!! We could not be more excited about this investment and would highly recommend James and EHS to everyone! Thanks again for a job well done!

Absolutely AWESOME company

I did my homework prior to doing an inquiry about solar for our home and let me just say, that out of the companies that I spoke too, EHS were the only ones that could answer all my questions over the phone before doing the onsite consult and this was a plus. The sales rep was also fully knowledgeable about the products and process and even explained the process in detail which made our decision a lot easier. On installation day, we had a small hick-up and the installation guys were able to fix it on the fly and worked hard for 3 days (in hot, humid, rainy weather) to get the installation done. Best installation people we have ever worked with and would recommend them to everyone. The electrician we had on site from EHS, was also able to answer our questions regarding our connection and things we were considering down the road. Even the office people we spoke to on the phone kept us in loop of the next phase prior to it happening. All in all this was the best experience we have had in a long time and I would recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you for all your hard work.

Faustino was so helpful

I have had several people try and explain solar and the cost efficiency of it and how the warranties work but never someone as thorough as Faustino. He made going green very simple. I really like the fact they evaluated my home efficiency and are changing things to make it more efficient overall. They are even adding insulation as part of the process.

Terrific Experience

It's so hard to find good, credible information these days, especially about an industry that's relatively new. Efficient Home Services delivered- and then some! Took the time to explain everything thoroughly and nothing was hidden. Delivered on the promises that were made. Service excellent. Communication was top-notch. Having worked my whole life in a sales industry, I know the value of not over-promising and under-delivering. EHS came through in a big way. We felt everything was handled in a timely manner with absolute professionalism. Have referred multiple people to EHS, and will continue to do so.

Very happy so far

I have had a few people try to present solar yo Mr, but my initial thought was always too expensive. I was referred to Efficient home services because they try to do solar with no out of pocket cost. They first reduced my bill and pierre consumption so I didn't need to spend money out of pocket to get solar and its cheaper than duke. Very happy, just got my first bill since the solar was turned on and it's cool to see a bill from Duke showing they owe me power and i don't owe them money. great!

Marc was amazing! He took the time to conduct and energy evaluation. The. He explained our ELECTRIC BILL. No one has ever done that before! It was a no brainer! Marc and EHS make a great team! EHS is lucky to have him!
