Excellent Advice, Project Management and Delivery

Ours is a 9.15kw system costing $29,800 before incentives. The Efficient Home Services team that came to our house to walk us through their solar panel program exhibited excellent team dynamics. Team members took turns describing various aspects of the overall program, financing and stages of the solar project while keeping the conversation focused and interesting. During the project, onsite employees kept us informed at each step of the installation. The company delivered an efficient Installation and finished the solar array on time. The installers were professional and courteous when working at our home. They left the site clean when they finished their work. Efficient Home Services coordinated government inspection and permitting leading to a quick review and approval of the project. The TECO technician who came to turn on the system had no issues with the components or installation. Our system was up and running quickly after receiving the permit. After the system was online for a week or so, Efficient Home Services followed up with us to make sure we were pleased with the completed project. Excellent service from inception to completion. We could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Great customer service

Great experience with EHS. Friendly and knowledgeable team. Everything was completed in a timely manner. We went live a few weeks ago and enjoy watching our energy production. Would recommend to anyone looking for solar power.

Awesome Company

I am so pleased with my choice to go solar and with Efficient Home Services Solar Company. I had solar panels installed in June 2019 with Efficient Home Services as well as several upgrades for my home through EHS. Everyone that came to my home to install a product was polite and respectful to my home. They were knowledgeable about the products they were installing and cleaned up so well when they were finished, it was as if they were never there. The solar panels look great! The owner Wiley Fanning is awesome and so is his staff. His team was always available to answer my questions and keep me informed on the installations of each product until the whole project was completed.

I really enjoyed working with Carly for getting my solar system implemented. Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Also liked that Wiley called to make sure all was going well with implementation and that I am satisfied. Better than I expected

Our EHS solar system has far exceeded my expectations. A new hybrid water heater was installed in phase 1 and reduced the number of panels needed from 35 to 28. EHS replaced the 6kw inverter with a 10 kw inverter after we found out that our system was producing more than 6kw. Our peak production is close to 50kwh as of June. Our used kwh from the grid to kwh credits put on the grid is about a 1 to 3 ratio. I expect to have net metering and get a small dividend check each year from Duke Energy. Our investment will pay us back at a rate of about 12% per year with no electric bill and net metering and won't take very long to pay for itself. I highly recommend EHS.

I chose Ehs because they were the most knowledgeable, most professional, and made me feel more comfortable than any of the other companies I spoke to. I have not only spoken to my sales rep, but I've spoke with the engineer, the project manager, the finance manager, the permitting director, and both owners of ehs. Talk about communication. I have duke energy, and my last couple of bills have been about $12 each. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

Finally did it

We made the jump to solar earlier this year with a great company and made a new friend in our sales rep Amer. He was extremely informative with our numbers ,info, and what steps to expect.

Very professional and upfront.

E.H.S. of Florida was very professional and upfront. I have obtained other quotes and my rep. Amer explained what I was getting and worked out a whole house solution, with insulation and weatherproofing the home. He provided honest information and solutions without going overboard. They also use the best panels in the industry ( LG ). His professionalism is the reason my wife and I have decided that this is the company we will go with.
