We had no hiccups. Things went very smooth surprisingly, no real issues. So now I’m just waiting for one more thing to get installed and we’ll be good to go!

Almost flawless

The project went almost flawless but when it came to the extra insurance that was needed there was break down in communication with the electric company

Saving money is the best

The set up was great. I was referred to EHS by a friend and I’m happy to start saving money now. My install took 2 days but that’s not a big deal and Duke took their time changing the meter so that’s the only minor thing.

Panels have been on roof since NOV never worked

I had panels installed in Nov 2020 and Now in Sept 2021 they still do not work. Many phone calls and nothing changes. Promises but nothing more. Only use them if you want your life to be a nightmare

I got a new ac unit and solar package. Looks good and the ac keeps me cool so I’m happy it works.

I got my roof, solar, and a new hybrid hot water heater from EHS and I couldn’t be happier. The fact that they could do my roof and my solar all in one was a no brainer! So glad to tell Duke good bye!

Really fast install

Super fast to get to the install but as usual for anything construction wise in Florida it’s all a hurry up and wait. FPL took their time swapping my out my meter but EHS was great as far as communicating with us through the project and we are pleased with the type of serve we have received.

Easy as pie

The installers knocked my system out quick fast and in a hurry! I couldn’t be happier about how it looks on my house. Can’t wait to kick SECO to the curb!

Nice people

The back office staff was extremely nice and helpful. They even helped walk me through turning on my system and I am so excited/curious to see what it’s going to do.

Not what I was promised

I first came into contact with EHS in May of 2018.2 gentleman came to my house and inspected its energy usage and recommend a 10Kw ground mounted solar array consisting of 44 panels. The contract I signed also included 2 new A/C units. Solar pool heating and replacement of my old water heater with a new instant hot water system. Remember this was in May and I was promised my existing electricity bill would be completely covered by the 10Kw solar array and I would only have a small meter rental charge to pay. They also promised me they would. Monitor the system and refund any money that I had paid to FPL if the panels didn't cover my usage. The instant hot water heater was installed in August, the ne A/C units in September and the solar heating in December. Repeated calls regarding the status of the solar array install were answered with we are waiting on permits. I think we "waited' until late January and solar panel installation started in mid February. And was completed by early Marxh when I started paying for the system but it didn't pass inspection until June 19th 1919 when it was turned on. From the start the arrays have only ever covered 50% of my electricity usage and this was pretty obvious. I contacted EHS in late 2019 and told them but they said they were monitoring it and we would like at the usgae oce a full year had passed which was June 2020. Well I contacted them and was asked to. Send copies of my EHS bills which I did twice with no follow up from them. After repeated phone calls they told me that the contract was for 10KW of panels and that's what I got so I had no recourse. I don't have a copy of my contract is was all signed via IPad and I don't think I ever had a physical hardcopy. Nonetheless I feellike EHS have not lived up to thier end of the agreement the same agreement that is plastered all over their website that they will take care of any differance in the FPL bill and the amount of power created. On top of all that the system was out Sept, Oct last year as the inverter failed and they had to order a new. One and now I see I have almost a 3rd of my panels are not currently producing power at all. I will call them on Monday.

Everyone was very friendly and my project went way faster that I thought. We are happy about our decision!

No complaints

No complaints during this process. We had a few minor issues along the way like a small leak but EHS was extremely quick to fix it. And I was impressed on their speed of project.

We are very happy

We have been wanting to go solar for a while now and everything finally lined up and made sense to pull the trigger. We couldn’t be happier and glad that we chose EHS because they made this process very easy.
