Overview of EasTex Solar
Established by Cal Morton, a long time executive with one of the largest solar contractors in the state, the company operates from Palestine, serving the DFW and Houston markets, as well as the under-served rural markets of East Texas. The company designs, prices and installs systems with the lowest cost of ownership, and the highest level of reliability, over the project life - considered to be a minimum of 25 years in the industry. Why Palestine? Because Cal was born here, and has acreage north of town, in an area surrounded by other family members and their operations - several of which have solar by Eastex Solar of course.

EasTex Solar
I'll start with that we are very pleased with EasTex Solar. Cal and his team were professional and the installation was completed as scheduled. This was our first experience with Solar and Cal walked us through the process and answered all of our questions with patience and in terms we could understand. Cal personally took care of any issues we had in a timely manner. We had other companies give us quotes but they sent salesmen to provide these and they had no experience in installation and had to keep calling back to their engineers to answer any questions we had. Cal personally came to the house with a complete printed layout of our proposed install. He answered all questions and provided a list of all equipment and expected power production to meet our needs. All this at half the cost of other quotes we received. Overall we are very pleased with EasTex Solar and would highly recommend them to meet your solar power needs.

EasTex Solar Rocks!
Almost a year into use and we can't be happier with our Solar Setup. Cal was super professional in offering us exactly what we needed without smoke and mirrors and hidden costs. Installation was handled exactly as promised with excellent components and respect for the property. The outcome for our energy use has been impressive and the system will definitely pay for itself! I would recommend EasTex to anyone looking into solar for investment and savings!

Cal is a great salesman who produces what he sells! He provided an estimate with all of the values showing that we should be able to come out at zero cost in about 7years. That is a great investment! He had his extremely knowledgeable crew out and had the system installed in 2 days. Wow, that is unheard of for construction in TX! Our electric company knows Cal very well and what type system he puts in...they work well together. Seamless, clean, neat, efficient and we are doing very well as a year long system owner. I would do this again and I highly recommend EastTex Solar. Thank you, Cal
