EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I am so amazed with our experience with Cosmic solar! This company values customer service and now a days it is hard to find a company that honors their word and values their customers like Cosmic does! On day one we met with Bahram to go over a proposal, he was a pleasure to work with and I knew there was no need to get another bid because he stood behind his product! The install crew was a pleasure to work with. The guys were quick and clean with the install and I couldn't even tell they installed a solar system. Pey arrived for the inspection and was a pleasure to work with! He gave us great information and was so friendly! Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Cosmic Solar! I love watching my meter go backwards! Thanks again Bahram, Pey and the amazing install crew!

Were so happy with Cosmic Solar and our SunPower panels.

We just love checking our system each day! Our Panels are cranking out savings! and we love doing whatever we can to assist the planet! Bahram, Pet, Mary and the rest of the team are so nice. The installers CJ and the team are so sweet and professional. We feel this company is the VERY BEST!

Highly Recommend

Great customer service. Friendly and professional. Good product

Shining Stars

Ken Davami and the team at Cosmic Solar are truly outstanding. Ken is the best - our options and proposals were intelligently and honestly explained and he stayed in the loop answering questions throughout the whole process. The work crew was punctual, professional and so nice. They worked efficiently and neatly (in 90 degree heat!) even painting the conduit to the electric panel to match our stucco. The office staff (Mary!) was super responsive and helpful with all questions and follow up. Thank you so much for a great installation. I can hardly wait to see my first (non) bill! I have already recommended them to friends.

The Best Experience

The staff of Cosmic Solar was completely professional and very easy to work with. They were communicative and transparent on how solar worked and recommended on what system worked best for us. We never felt pressured and it felt we were working with friends more than just a vendor. We took several bids and Cosmic gave us the best quote in terms of value and care. They installed our system in 1.5 days and the installation crew was great! Pey, the operations manager, explained the whole process from installation to the city inspection and finally to flipping the on switch. Mary and Tristan in the office were also making sure we understood everything and handled the paperwork and approval from our HOA, which was awesome. There are a lot of solar companies out there but we found a gem in Cosmic Solar. I could not recommend them enough on how awesome they are!!!

Cosmic Solar is stellar

Coordinated service, courteous team, competitive pricing.

Solar panel review

They did a very good job. They said it wouldn't be done until Feb. 2018 and were able to do late Dec. 2017. I had a panel upgrade with a few extras. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend their company to anyone that asks!

Amazing Experience, Cosmic Solar!!!

We contacted Cosmic Solar we met with Bahram and Pey which were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and accommodating all of our needs. We always desired a ground-mounted PV system we thought it wasn't going to be possible to stay within our budget Cosmic Solar made it very possible. They designed it to be installed right where we had planned for it, far away from the home and out of the way. The installers were very polite, friendly and professional throughout the entire installation. The office staff Mary, Sherry and Tristan were always there to keep me informed on the status of my project with inspections, permits, PTO from SDG&E and helping me figure out my monitoring feature. It was a seamless installation our solar system was installed within 20 days of our initial conversation. This is the second solar system we buy from Cosmic Solar the first one was a roof-mounted solar for my Mother in Escondido, that too was a success she has no electric bill... We highly recommend Cosmic Solar to anyone that is tired of paying a high electric bill and would like a professional roof mount or ground mount installation. Thank YOU Cosmic you saved us lots of $$$!!! KEEP up the good work...

Excellent customer service!

We had solar installed at our home in Valley Center in January and we were very happy with the exceptional team. The owners and team were very professional, carefully explained everything that would be occuring and what to expect. The solar was installed ahead of the promised date and we are very pleased. We recommend Cosmic Solar to anyone who wants quality solar panels installed with excellent customer service!!! Great company!

Dream come true!

Cosmic Solar's installation at my home in Valley Center was exceptional in every way! Jose Duran, my salesperson, professionally answered my questions and explained the process from start to finish. Since I couldn't be at the site, he helped me every step of the way and sent photos after the installation was complete. I chose Sunpower 360 panels with Power Optimizers. The installation was completed on schedule and every person involved was very professional. Cosmic Solar made my dream come true to have the most efficient system and to know the meter is turning backwards! I highly recommend Cosmic Solar!!

Great Job, Cosmic Solar!

When shopping for a solar system we received bids from several companies, with Jose Duran of Cosmic Solar providing the optimum system at the best price. They were very timely with regard to permits and scheduling. The only snag ended up being the approval; from our HOA, which took a bit longer than expected. Once installation started, it was full speed ahead. Our 30-year old roof needed several repairs to meet all the installation requirements. This was efficiently and reasonably ($) handled by Alfredo's Roofing, who does a lot of work for Cosmic Solar. The installation team was courteous and professional, completing the installation in just a few days and the office staff was excellent in coordinating schedules, payments, etc. Highly recommended!

All went well

We had an installation last August and wanted to see how the panels held up after we had some weather. All went very well and the panels appear to be working fine after six months on the roof.

Solar system

Recently purchased a solar system from cosmic solar and could not be happier... very professional with quick installation... electrical production projections have been right on the money 💰..... they even relocated pool solar system to optimize electrical production yet getting the most from pool solar system.... researched many companies and these guys are the real deal.... easy and helpful to get hoa approval and pulling permits.... simply a turn key system and more than willing to provide support after installation ..., strongly recommend this company 😀😀😀😀😀.. you will not be disappointed .....

Cosmic Solar

Cosmic Solar was very helpful and professional from the beginning to the end of the process. Ken, Mary and Pey were always there to answer questions and they were very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend this solar company to everyone I know that is thinking of getting solar. They are just the best!

Awesome solar company!

I am so happy I went with Cosmic Solar for my solar needs. From the beginning they were quick to come out and give me an estimate. And the presentation included a folder tailor made to our project that we got to keep. They provided top of the line panels with a great warranty on all parts, including the roof where the panels are located. And the whole project was completed in an incredibly quick time frame. They were on top of everything; from the loan, to the roof contractor, permits, and finally getting us connected with our utility company to begin using our solar. Outstanding service start to finish!

Cosmic Solar Review

The company was the lowest of three other bidders and proposed the best rated panels. All activities were completed professionally and on time. A minor hiccup after installation was resolved in under 12 hours after Cosmic became aware of the problem. I would recommend Cosmic for anyone living in the San Diego area.

Home owner

Completely satisfied with the project from their initial site visit for the estimate to the system being operational. They immediately responded to my questions and requests for clarifications The installation was kept on schedule. Any sprinkler pipes that were damaged during the trenching were repaired. Price was as quoted. Easy to work with. I am a retired electrical contractor and their workmanship was what I would have expected from my employees.

Best Experience with Cosmic Solar

I can't say enough great things about Cosmic Solar, from the sales process to installation and final sign-off/turn up, the entire experience was excellent. The installation crew that Cosmic Solar has, which are actual employees of the company, are very professional and were always extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get solar.

Cosmic Solar is out of this world

Cosmic was the fifth company providing a quote. The Cosmic quote was lower in cost than the other four. The quote included the only solar panels rated Premium+ in multiple rankings. We also managed to get a electric car charger installed with the system. The installation was right on time, the work team seemed happy (very important if you want a good job) and the installation is (to current appearances) as clean and elegant as any I've seen. We did have one minor problem and that was fixed to our satisfaction in less than 12 hours after we called. Best of all, we haven't had a single day where our production didn't beat our demand by a significant amount.

Outstanding Experience

Cosmic Solar was professional from beginning to end. They were courteous and easy to work with. Their staff was knowledgeable and their recommended system was exactly what we wanted. The products they used were state of the art and were of the highest quality. They stuck to the promised schedule and installation was completed faster than advertised. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Cosmic Solar is Awesome!

The over all experience with Cosmic Solar was great! Jose never pressured us to go with Cosmic. The whole experience from Jose to Pey and Mary was all wonderful. Pey answered all the questions we had and even stopped by to discuss the process on the day of install. Mary sent us updated emails to let us know each step of the process! They are a great company and believe in what they are selling! I would recommend this company to all my friends , family and whoever will listen. Thanks for making this experience great!

Awesome Company!

Cosmic Solar, Inc. is an extremely professional yet down to earth company. We met with the owner Bahram himself and found him to be knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He showed us his bid for our project and we discussed all options. I would not hesitate to recommend Cosmic Solar to any one interested in going green with solar.

Kelley Farms

Cosmic Solar was AMAZING... They did everything they promised, they were always on time, even worked a weekend for us to accommodate our deadlines.. the price never changed ... They explained in detail what to expect, we had choices when it came to what we needed specifically for our home.... There office staff always returns calls, they monitor our system and inform us on what is going on... They meet with all the inspectors, electricians and did all our State and County Paperwork... THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT.. AND THEY WERE ONE OF THE MORE REASONABLE BIDS.... THANK YOU COSMIC SOLAR.. Wendell & Donna

Highly Satisfied - Great Customer Support

As newcomers to the northern San Diego County area, we were unaware of SDG&E's plan to change the Time of Use Net Metering Rates on December 1, 2017, and were also unaware of what that meant. We received notification of the change from Cosmic at the end of October and spoke with Bahram Shadzi who explained the change and how we might be grandfathered into the existing system. Installation of our solar system and Permission to Operate had to be achieved by November 30. Cosmic worked with our general contractor to quickly schedule installation of our solar system, and attain all necessary inspections and approvals by the November 30 deadline. Their office personnel were also very customer oriented and provided us with contacts at SDG&E when we ran into difficulties at the utility. If it wasn't for Cosmic and everyone there in the support chain, we never would have achieved the grandfathering. They went above and beyond in every way possible.
