Cosmic Solar, Inc.

Cosmic Solar was wonderful

My husband and I did a lot of research on solar companies that serve Carlsbad. We ended up getting three quotes, one based upon a referral from a family member and the other two (one of which was Cosmic Solar) based upon reviews on various websites. Bahram and his staff at Cosmic Solar were real deal. Although the other companies were good, one of them didn't even take the time to come to our house because they were so busy. We received their quote via email. The one that was a referral from a family member actually spent a good amount of time with us but the sales person was not knowledgeable about SDG&E rules because they were based in Riverside county. when Bahram came out he did a thorough review of our SDG&E bills, explained how our old panel could still be used and was very patient in explaining the whole process. He also was quick to respond to our many email questions. Once we decided to go with Cosmic we started dealing with his office staff, in particular, Mary. She was wonderful, patient and responsive and kept us up to date on the timeline and progress of the permits procedure and install date. The installation was simple and quick and we are generating solar power! We would recommend Cosmic Solar to anyone who wants an honest, extremely knowledgeable company that is local and family owned and has been installing solar panels for years. We are confident that they are going to be around for a long time and will be able to service our system for years to come.

GREAT product, price, installation, communication, GREAT COMPANY

If you are wondering who to use for your solar installation, look no further and use Cosmic Solar! I got quotes from six different companies but was most impressed with the knowledge, price, and the product from Cosmic Solar. What I was THRILLED with at the end of installation was how smoothly the whole process had gone! Ken, our representative, and the ladies in the office made sure that everything went off without a hitch! Ken even stopped by on the morning of our inspection just to make sure everything was all set. I truly had not one worry through the whole process of installation and was incredibly impressed with their great communication and their true willingness for everything to be done to its very best level! Ironically my next-door neighbor was having her installation done on the same day from a different company and her installers were blaring the loudest music off of her roof and being very loud. Our installers had the utmost professionalism and were done ahead of schedule. When they left they completely cleaned everything up and we have not had any problems with our solar panels. The professionalism, communication with the customer and the excellent installation are all the reasons I am thrilled I chose Cosmic Solar and recommend you do as well!

Right-sized company and well managed, resulting in better than

Selected after evaluatiing multiple proposals from the highest rated companies in the area, and direct communication with their customers.

Very Satisfied

Cosmic Solar did a great job of answering all my many questions. They allowed me to visit their facility in Vista to see their operation. Bahram and Mary were very informative and helpful. Pey and his team did a great installation. I was very pleased with my experience using Cosmic Solar.

Highly professional, knowledgeable, & personable

We interviewed several companies before Cosmic. None would place the panels on our barn roof. Bahram had no issues with it. His initial presentation was relaxed, confident, and low key. We discovered Cosmic had done many of our neighbors' homes and those we spoke with were extremely satisfied with the work and service.

GREAT LOOKING SOLAR PANELS

The Boy's at Cosmic Solar did a out-standing job from start to finish, love the look of my new panels and the best part is my new electric bill was - 41 dollars for 1st month.. Thanks Cosmic Solar

great experience with Cosmic solar

On time, clean and works as promise.

Great Job

I was very happy with Cosmic Solar. They were very professional. Their crew came out when they said they would be there and did the job on time.

Cosmic Solar is GREAT!!

From the sales review with Jose to installation with Pey, Jose and Cesar, Cosmic Solar was great!! Highly recommend them!!

First Class Job

I recently had ten Sunpower solar panels installed by Cosmic solar and I am totally happy with the entire process from start to finish. The Cosmic Solar personnel are professional, polite, eager to listen and did a first class job with the installation (in very fast time too). I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cosmic Solar did a very good job installing our system

Every Cosmic Solar representative was outstanding, from the sales team, to the installers, to the field rep, to the office staff! The installers had to make a couple changes to adjust for the roof install and the Solatube placement, and each installer had a can-do attitude about the changes. The electrical portion of the install was done professionally, and exhibited good attention to detail. The job required coordination between the solar installer and roofers, which caused a slight delay, perhaps not on Solar's part. At the end of the project, I received a packet with the full set of permits, warranties, and technical info. I am really impressed with Cosmic Solar's successful and thorough installation and completion of a complicated job.

They were outstanding from beginning to end.

I interviewed 8 solar providers and created a matrix with all their attributes, including recommendations. Cosmic came out on front. I was most comfortable when they came out to the house. I wanted to eventually get EV car and they were able to explain the connection I would need. Very well informed, not a salesperson.

Very happy with Cosmic Solar

They had an opening in their schedule and did my install a month before originally planned. I had not yet had secured the financing but they got me up and running with no problems.

Cosmic Solar was superb

We chose Cosmic Solar because of their responsiveness, pricing, and quality equipment. They met all our expectations. They did the work efficiently and worked in tandem with their roofing partner, Alfredo's, so that the work was done earlier than expected. They left the house neat and clean. They responded to our questions and concerns promptly. Mary, the office manager, kept us informed about progress. They did a superb job.

Outstanding Customer Service/Exceeded Expectations

From my initial inquiry, until my service was online, I received incredible service and timely response to all of my questions. Every contact from the office to the field personnel were knowledgeable, responsive and amazingly easy to work with. The installation was flawless and I was thrilled with the esthetics. I cannot say enough about how smoothly everything went.

Outstanding Solar Installation

My husband and I were extremely happy with our solar installation by Cosmic Solar, Inc. From the time we met with Bahram Shadzi, the President of the company, to signing the contract (straight forward and easy to understand) through the on- schedule installation, everything went like clock work. All of the workers were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. We met with many other solar companies and know that we chose the best company! We have already recommended Cosmic Solar Inc to our friends. Debra and Ed in Poway

Enjoyed working with

Easy communication, on time installation, professional guidance

Excellent Solar company

I am very happy with Cosmic Solar with their professional works done on my house. They kept me up to date on the whole process. They are very responsive for all my inquiries. You can email or text Ken anytime and he answered in light-speed. Their prices are very reasonable, too. The workmanship is done properly to make sure things are working. Pei is very helpful in term of answering my technical questions.

Solar Purchase and Installation

We conducted a cost/benefit analysis of converting to solar usage by contacting different solar companies. By far, Cosmic Solar, Inc was the most knowledgeable and professional of all those companies. In particular, we were most impressed with Bahram Shadzi, President of Cosmic Solar. His knowledge of all issues relating to solar usage and installation was reassuring to us. Cosmic Solar was recommended to us by a neighbor. Like our neighbor, we have already recommended Cosmic Solar to three of our friends. Every representation made by Cosmic Solar relating to both the installation and usage process have been realized. We recommend Cosmic Solar without hesitation.

Delighted customer

We have been hugely impressed with Cosmic Solar. Dealing with such professional and friendly people has been a delight. Planning and installation were a breeze, even though we had to organise things from afar (we live in London). Everything has worked out as planned, and we are very happy with our new system. Can't recommend Cosmic Solar highly enough.

Great company to work with

Jose was great. Very knowledgeable on all the various systems available and options. Not only did they match the best deal I could get they also scheduled and installed the system completely very quickly. Couldn't have been an easier process from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys.

Cosmic Solar

Very good customer service. Got the job done quickly and ahead of schedule.

Outstanding service

We had planned to get bids from three solar companies for our residential system. Cosmic Solar was the second company we spoke with and every lined up perfectly with them. They were very understanding for our situation, answered all our questions well, and got back with more information at our request. We decided to go with them. The installation was scheduled for early January originally, which didn't work well for us, so one call to the office and that was all worked out. It turned out they had an unexpected opening for us after only a week or two and it was all systems go. The installation crew worked very hard and well. They consulted with me on the particulars at every stage and really were professional and great to work with. Then Ken, who sold the system to us, came out and watched over it also. This was really a positive experience with a company that worked hard to do things right and to our liking. They treat you like family rather than a number. We had a very positive experience. Now our system is up and purring along with no problems. It is still new, but I have confidence that Cosmic will be there is anything goes wrong. A+ company in my book.

Cosmic solar

This was the most painless experience ever, the crew and sales dept. along with the office help was above anything one could expect. I recommend this company to anyone wanting to switch off the grid and into the sun power experience. They have been more then accommodating with every question and follow up on anything was amazing. You will not regret doing business with them, new roof , fascia boards completely around the house and panels look amazing.

Cosmic Solar, Inc.

Cosmic Solar installed a ground mount solar system for me. I was very happy with my experience with the entire Cosmic Solar team, including the Owner, Operations Manager, Installation Crew and Office Support Staff. They were all very professional and friendly. When the installed system was inspected by the County Inspector, he said that he liked inspecting Cosmic's solar installations, because "they always do a good job."
