Cosmic Solar, Inc.

Best Deal

I shopped 6 solar companies looking for a for a ground mount system. Of the six company Cosmic Solar was the only company that didn't try to sell me a new roof (which I don't need) or charge an additional $ 6K -- $ 8K to do a ground mount, there was no difference in price if did roof top or ground mount. Additionally the whole staff at Cosmic Solar kept me in the loop every step of the process and they were extremely efficient and fast. Within two week of signing the contract I was contacted to start the install of 30 panels which were ready for operation within 3 days. Now I'm looking into installing solar for my 18 rental houses in a virtual community project. Cosmic Solar is by far and wide the best and most reasonable company to meet your solar needs!

Outstanding service, quick knowledgeable response to all of our questions, well trained and cheerful staff.

Hometown Company! Best Customer Service!

We are coming up on our almost one year anniversary of having solar and couldn't be happier! From our initial contact with Jose and ALL our questions, to install with the team, to completion, we couldn't be more Satisfied. Everyone was so professional. We never felt like we were just a client to Cosmic, it was always personal.. even when seeing Our reps in town! A month down the road we noticed we had a question with our system, I texted Jose on a Saturday and instead of waiting.. he immediately stopped by to check on our system for us.. the customer service is beyond anything we have ever experienced. My only regret is waiting so long to get solar!! We have had a few months of a negative bill also!! Say what!! When ever anyone asks about our solar we love telling them about Cosmic and Joses team!!

Great Company. Great Service.

The only Solar Company that I will use. Jose Duran and his team are the best in the business. After a long 2 year process of working out who was good and bad in the Solar industry, my conclusion on client feedback and local recommendations were the best was Cosmic Solar and Jose Duran. He knows the "ins and outs" of any situation that might arise in your search for a Solar Company to work with. He knew his product and he was willing to go the extra mile to help with financing options. As a Real Estate Agent of 25+ years, finding reputable companies in the service industry that stand behind their work is not often easy. I am quite satisfied that Cosmic Solar is the best in the Solar industry!

Great company

Cosmic Solar installed our system in July 2017. It was scheduled to be installed in August, but I requested an installation to be made if any other appointments were canceled. Thankfully somebody canceled. The company's workers were very polite and considerate of the neighbors. Our first bill was $9, due to the ac being run a lot. Cosmic Solar allowed us to take up to three months after installation to get approved for a loan to pay for the system. They never hounded us or even called for a deposit or any money. I would absolutely use then again if I ever had to.

Cosmic Solar should be your only choice!

Ken, Pey, Mary, are highly professional, always available to answer questions. Cosmic Solar is an outstanding company and did a first-rate job installing our ground mount system.

Cosmic Review

We had a system and a roof installed (Alfredos Roofing works in tandem with Cosmic) by Cosmic solar this summer. Couldn't have gone any smoother. Clear concise information, ahead of schedule install, clean during installation and very pleased with the power production thus far. Absolutely recommend!

Five Stars

Cosmic Solar is an outstanding company for many reasons. On top of having the most competitive price available for our solar project, Cosmic Solar did a first-rate job installing our ground mount system. The work that they did is beautiful, professional, and solid. The system performs incredibly-- and is all that we could have wished for. Prior to beginning the project, we were informed of the start-date and Cosmic Solar was right on target with the goal. The owner, Bahram, is wonderful to his customers and it has made such a huge difference to work with him and his son, Pey, because our every interaction and communication with them was not only stress-free but was a positive, happy, and fun experience. Cosmic Solar's client-friendly attitude is also reflected in every person working for and involved with Cosmic Solar. Mary, the office manager, is incredibly nice and helpful and answered our questions any time we had them. The entire Cosmic Solar crew is the friendliest, happiest, most honest and competent group that we have come in contact with, and this leads me to believe that the owner has thoughtfully and conscientiously created a company that holds human happiness in high regard. The positive environment that Cosmic Solar has established is not only for his clients but for also for the people working with him and for him. When I look to hire a company for a job, it is important to me to find a company that is not just excellent with its quality of work but which is also wonderful to its people. In all my experience, Cosmic Solar has been the very finest.

Could not be more pleased. Every aspect of the installation was perfect.

Very pleased

Where should I start. First, Jose was excellent. He went above and beyond what was required from someone in his position. He was extremely knowledgable with Cosmic Solar's offerings. Jose went door-to-door for neighbor signatures and dropped off paperwork along with fees needed for my HOA processing; that was amazing! The install was straight forward. The installers walked me through the entire process. I'm only in the first few weeks of solar, so I'm eager to see the financial benefits on my SDG&E bill.

Cosmic solar review

My wife and I couldn't be happier with cosmic solar. Jose Duran was my energy consultant. He was both honest and knowledgeable. He made sure that all promises that were made were done and done on time. Pey the project manager and his crew were on time very polite and extremely efficient. I would recommend Cosmic solar to anyone looking to put solar on their home.

A++ team

I met Ken Davami outside A-1 one Saturday and decided to get a consultation after having a bad experience with another solar company. Ken was prompt and super organized. He laid out the design, needs, and process clearly and concisely, and also helped me through the financing aspect via Ygrene. We signed up in April knowing that June 27th was the tentative start date. Construction started on time and the project kept to the original cost and schedule. The workers were courteous, neat, and entertaining. Everything went according to plan and was so smooth with almost no hitches (I say almost because 1) it was 100+ degrees during install and 2) they hit an unknown water line about 5 minutes after starting to trench, but they had it fixed immediately). I recommend Cosmic Solar, and specifically Ken to anyone who wants to make a change to their electricity needs source. Cosmic Solar is the way to go!

jose duran was a well informed salesperson and the engineer pey shadzi was open to my roof design to hide the panels from view. he and the entire cosmic team were great to work with.

Another happy customer

I did a LOT of due diligence before selecting Cosmic. Family run company with 10+ years of solar experience. No pressure sales approach -- here's the info, here's why you should choose us (quality, warranty, price, after sales support). Small deposit at contract sign, balance due on final county inspection. Everything is handled by them, with them keeping you in the loop, Professional installation. Clean design. Ground mount install (8 kW DC), SolarEdge inverter with optimizers. Highly recommended.

Another Happy Customer With Cosmic Solar

We selected Cosmic Solar based on the excellent online reviews and their competitive pricing. Our rooftop solar system was installed in march 2017. I am very happy with the quick installation and the company support after the installation. Jose Duran was our sale rep, who was very patient to explain the cost vs benefits of solar, answered all our questions, and was very responsive in all our inquiries. I highly recommended Jose and Cosmic Solar and would use them again for future needs. Great company who installed our system on time, quick installation process, and provided great support for post-installation.

Cosmic Solar outstanding installation

Last year we contracted Cosmic Solar for our residential installation. The service from Jose Duran was tremendous and all the work was performed on time and as promised. The crews were outstanding, clean and very efficient. I could not have been happier and have recommended Cosmic Solar to others who experienced the same outstanding results and customer service. Even after the installation the team has been there to support us with any questions we had regarding maintenance or operations. This is one of the very best home improvement experiences I have had in my 40 years of home ownership. I highly recommend Cosmic Solar to everyone seeking a great customer service experience utilizing superior products for your Solar installation.

Great Experience

We had our system installed by Cosmic Solar in the very beginning of December 2016. The overall experience from research to negotiation to installation has been very pleasant. Our consultant Ken was very knowledgable, patient, and not pushy at all. He came up with multiple designs based on our requests, and provided excellent guidance throughout. When it came to installation, Pey and his install team were two weeks ahead of schedule to accommodate our family circumstances, and they delivered as promised! We are very happy with the system and the service we got before and after install. Pey made numerous trips to make sure we understand how everything works. Their work ethic was impeccable and so is craftsmanship of electrical work. Ken, Pey, Mary, and the rest of office staff are highly professional, always available to answer questions, and genuinely nice to deal with! And best of all, we are now in the negative balance with SDGE!

This company was amazing....On time, on schedule....We have a tile roof and we were concerned about damage to it. But Cosmic was fully prepared to replace any damaged tiles. They must have done a great job because we were deluged with rain and there were absolutely no leaks.

Great Experience - Amazing Customer Service!

Cosmic Solar delivers customer service that is almost unheard of these days. Not only is their staff knowledgeable and experienced, they are very responsive and make the whole process so easy. Highly recommended.

Great Experience!

We purchased our system and had it installed by Cosmic Solar the last week of December 2016. We could not be happier. No high pressure, no excuses, no problems. Cosmic was very patient with us as we considered purchasing our system. We talked with several other companies over the course of several months before finally making a decision. Cosmic was there answering our questions along the way. As soon as we signed the contract, everything just fell into place and they delivered on everything they said they would, notwithstanding rain and wind most days they were onsite. This included topping off several large eucalyptus trees in the rain on New Year's Eve that were shading some of the panels. The craftsmanship of their electrical work was excellent, including running electrical lines underground, beneath crawlspaces, and through the attic in order to minimize the visibility of the conduit. Pey, Jose, Mary, and everyone else we worked with at Cosmic Solar could not have made it easier.

installation of solar system

highly professional in all aspects:management/adminoistration/workers etc.. Very responsive and punctual. Would recommend to anyone interested in a solar system.

Solar Experts

If I could give more stars then the 5 allowed I would. I shopped solar extensively, had at least 5 quotes all different. I was referred to Cosmic by a friend and met with their team which was extremely educated and professional. Not only was their quote the best, but they used the best equipment available and were honest about their pricing. They guided me through the process and made the experience fun. Hard to think that doing any project of this size would be fun but it really was thanks to their team. Great company, Great people, extremely knowledgeable. The whole project from start to finish was completed before the promise date. I would highly recommend their services.
