Great Experience So Far
We went with Boston Solar because they are a local company that uses their own crews for installations. The sales person was thorough and knowledgeable. There was some minor delay in getting everything going and communicating about things during the contracting process, but overall, we were happy with their service and professionalism. We were happy with the level of detail provided about both the financing options and the technology. Installation went quickly and the panels look great. There are a lot of steps between installation and getting the system running involving inspectors and the electric company and I felt like Boston Solar kept us updated and helped them go as quickly as possible. Really looking forward to generating lots of electricity!

Thanks for your positive review. We appreciate you pointing out the slight blip at the beginning of the process, as we will use this as a learning lesson to improve in the future. Ultimately, we're very happy to hear you went with Boston Solar and had a great experience.<br />- Nick Hoehn, Operations Manager

22 Panel Residential Installation by Boston Solar
We had a few issues along the way but Boston Solar stepped up each time to promptly make it right. Very good outfit. I liked that they assigned a project manager to traffic cop the logistics and she kept me well informed on a timely basis throughout the process and was very responsive to any questions or issues I raised. She was my primary contact once the sales process was completed and was very effective in expediting and problem solving. Our electrical inspector and municipal light plant gave the highest marks for the installation and they said it set the bar for the level of quality they would like to see in all solar installations in the town. Boston Solar has carefully thought through each phase of the project and they are able to explain in detail what they are doing, the sequence they are doing it in and why.
Response from Boston Solar
Thank you so much for your recommendation. We're very pleased that we were able to deliver an impeccable (and standard-setting) install despite the hurdles, and that our customer service team was so helpful throughout the process. Congrats on your new solar array!

7.0 SunPower System Installed
The team was great and very professional. They walked us through the entire process and made it very simple. We liked that they used high quality materials (SunPower) and that the team was very thorough and knowledgeable about the product. Our installation was slightly delayed due to some of the panels being back ordered, but the team kept us apprised of the situation. I would highly recommend The Boston Solar Company to anyone looking to install panels. These guys are top of the line!
