All Energy Solar was chosen after comparing their system specifications and cost against 4 other local solar power companies. It was a difficult choice. But what set All Energy Solar apart were the great reviews we heard when we called a dozen our so of their customers to ask about the system they purchased and how their installation went. Everyone was happy with their solar system and there were no problems with their installation or the components. A few have had their systems for 10 years. Now, three months later, our system is installed and making power. All Energy Solar is truly a 5 Star solar power provider. With our solar power system the 5 Stars were: 1. Knowledgeable salesmen and engineers. Thank you David D'Onofrio for the virtual sales meeting and quickly following up with a comprehensive proposal. Thank you Alfie Alschuler for answering all our questions and concerns about the panel installation, roof loads, etc. 2. Providing a choice of top of the line components at the best price. We went with LG panels and Enphase micro inverters. 3. Great project coordinators and liaisons. Thank you Carlo Maloni for the project updates Thank you Dena Webster for seeing that all the necessary forms were submitted to the state agencies and power company. 4. Expert Installers - Covid-19 protocols were observed at all times Thank you Installation Team Installers Jeremy Corneau, Chris Meyerhoff & James Bouchard Electricians Tony Alfano & Mike Glado 5. My complete solar system was installed and wired in 8 hr day. SIMPLY AMAZING

I had Venture come out to compete with other companies for my business in April of 2019. Their estimated production was a full 15% higher than any other company that bid on the project. They forgot about me for a full two months or so, then finally installed in August 2019. Installers were great. Fast forward to August 2020 and my production was way more in-line with the other companies that bid. It took me another 7 months to discover Venture not only didn't account for new construction that didn't show up on satellite imagery, they performed the evaluation on the wrong roof, with the wrong amount of panels (I have documentation to prove this). I had to argue with them so they'd pay out 8% of my total cost. They say nowhere on my contract does it say they guarantee production. By their rationale they could have claimed my rooftop would produce as much energy as the Sun. Not only would I not have gone with Venture, I may not have gotten solar at all had they performed their job at the start with any kind of competency.

It was a pleasure getting the Solar panel installation done on my property through Future Energy Solar LLC. Energy Sage provided me all the information needed to make a wise decision in picking the right company to install the solar panels.

AJ Reis from Future Energy has been at top of every step of planning, collaboration with Town/Utility officials and installation of the panels at the property. All my questions were immediately answered either over email or as a text message and I was made aware of any official hurdles that we may need to overcome and any possible delays that could occur (luckily none of them happened).

I got the best value for the equipment to be installed, and I suggest that anyone who is more interested in the panel output and degradation rate should talk to AJ from Future Energy Solar for their Solar project.

I'm in the final stages of the project and will very soon have a running system that should exceed my expectations. So I will follow-up with another review in a month or so. So far, I am extremely happy about the Solar project with Future Energy Solar LLC.

Mike and the Beacon Solar team did a great job with our installation. Being in the construction field there were certain things I wanted done my way. Not only were they very accommodating, and professional they worked around my schedule so that the finished product was exactly what I needed. Quality and service is what it is all about. If you are looking for that, look no further than Beacon Solar. Sales, installation and 1st class service is what they bring, and I highly recommend them for any of your solar needs.

Change quoted price frequently. Bad at execution: they have been installing my system for over 6 months and missed the end of year target thus costing me tax incentives. Terrible at scheduling and communication. Work seems adequate but they failed the first electrical inspection

More than half of the solar salespeople we talked to don't actually know how the system works. The person who does is never there in person. Anytime you ask a question, you get a guess or they say they have to ask the project mgr. This is not the case with Freddy. As the owner of the company and his own solar system, he is knowledgable. There is no project mgr because he is the project mgr. Here are some stats... Our national grid bill is usually around $350 per month which is more than the cost of our solar loan. Our first bill after the install was $72 only have 19 days of solar. Our next month was $-44.07. If you are looking at leasing, you are looking at the wrong option. If you are looking at another company, you are looking at the wrong company. The company is Critical Mass Solar. Freddy, call me if you need help convincing a client.

I thought choosing Energy Monster of FL. was a smart choice to purchase and have installed a Sonnen Battery Back Up System with 6 panel array to add to our existing 25 panel system. Worse choice I ever made! Here are just some of the things they did wrong: *Never checked our house wiring before the actual install - or even afterwards! 9 months later they tell me our house has a "neutral ground loop" & that i should hire an electrician - everyone knows the installer is responsible for this- not the home owner * The wiring in our house- should have been checked for BEFORE the install *Wired the unit incorrectly- we would have failed inspection + very dangerous! *Never tied the old system to the new system they installed (found this out 4mos after the install) *They expected the unit to operate with just 6 panels- which would never have worked properly *Had me re-sign NOC because "they lost the original one" *Hired a new "GM" who promised they would take the system down and out of out house- but then Duane W. this supposed new GM refused to do what he promised- cursed me out and hung up the phone on me *Mr. J Leet the owner has NEVER called or emailed me to apologize or to try to resolve the issue(s) *They never told me at first that all 25 of our original invertors were "dead" the only good thing they did during this entire debacle was to change them for me for free labor *With all the down time the Sonnen has needed battery replacement 2x (luckily under warranty) *The orig installer for Energy Monster (who did not know what he was doing- or maybe he did the shoddy work on purpose....) quit claiming Mr Leet the owner owed him $$$$ The next 2 service techs he sent to our home were NOT certified by Sonnen! No wonder they could not fix it at all- even with Sonnen's help over the phone! Both of these "techies" eventually quit while im still left with out a working system! (turns off after 5mins after being turned back on) WORST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Stay away from Energy Monster- do your research better than i did!

I decided Rayah Solar was the company for my family. Brad took the time to explain the benefits of solar as well as the energy storage system as well. Rayah not only has excellent service, but the pricing was great as well. After going over all of the options Brad and I went with LG panels, Generac inverter, batteries and automatic transfer switch. The equipment is smart and works together and can be monitored on the app. Rayah can also monitor for performance as well. This would be great if the system needs to be serviced in the future. Their warranty was the best offered. I have enjoyed the Rayah experience and hope others can as well. This system is already saving me hundreds of dollars per month and will pay for itself quickly. Their team is very friendly, knowledgeable and and highly skilled. Brad knew everything and helped from incentives, financing, install. The entire team was extremely professional and quick to respond to any questions I had along the way. I will recommend the Rayah experience to co-workers, family and friends. This is a no-brainer, when there is an option for $0 down.

The whole NEC Solar process was wonderful, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! From the start, they worked with us patiently to meet our unique needs, explain and simplify the process, and minimize expenses. The whole team, from Liz to the project manager and electricians communicated well and worked neatly and efficiently. Gratefully, NEC Solar coordinated with the utility company, town, and the state to take care of turning on the system, tax credits, rebates, etc. Now we have a gorgeous system turning photons into usable electricity!

I chose RevoluSun after speaking with some of their existing clients, seeing jobs they had performed, and hearing their no pressure pitch as to why they were the best option out there. They consulted with me to understand what I wanted and provided me with multiple options. They were transparent in terms of price, timeline, benefits, etc. They truly wanted to partner with me to make sure I was happy not just with the installation but also with the ongoing support they are able to provide should any issues arise. RevoluSun employees are friendly, respectful, polite and patient. The end product was of extremely high quality (it looks amazing!) and they took the time to answer all my questions, perform a virtual walk-through (due to COVID restrictions), etc. The only negative part of the experience was due to the delays by Eversource in getting the solar meter installed (they took about 2 months to do a job that literally took 5 minutes). To be clear, though, RevoluSun has no control over Eversource's scheduling of meter swaps. My experience was and has continued to be extremely positive with RevoluSun. I confidently and whole-heartedly recommend RevoluSun if you are looking for the best solar installer out there.

Installation was conducted back in April 2020 just as the COVID panic was rearing its ugly head. Crew worked efficiently and job was completed in one day. Schedule was mutually agreed on so that failing asphalt roof could replaced with standing seam prior to installation. A real plus was that all permitting and interface with the power company was taken care as was tax related paperwork. They did it all. Now it’s January and I’m enjoying electric heat in my workshop that was actually captured and banked last summer. Professional installation in every respect. Right down to being ready for code enforcement inspection. Highly recommended.

The reviews scores for the largest solar companies are far worse than those for local, family-owned solar installation companies.
The best solar companies meet the following criteria:
The solar industry is full of fly-by-night solar companies — both big and small — that open one year and are gone the next.
Solar panels last for 25-30 years, so you want an installer who will help you with any problems or system faults. For this to happen, your installer needs to be able to stay in business
Local solar companies, as a group, have the highest reviews score on our site and also have lower overheads than corporate installers, making them more likely to survive in the long term.

I used this company to have a basis for my solar panels on my new house. They did a great assessment of my usage, roof, and environment. They came to the house after numerous meetings online (COVID) to finalize the project and check if 100% everything was fine. Everything financially was reviewed. Before starting, they took over all the communication with the HOA. Once approved by the HOA, the project was started. I now have 28 beautiful Solar Panels which cover 100% of my yearly usage. Would I recommend Cape Fear Solar Systems: YES.

In Dec 2020 we sold our home and the solar was leased. It took numerous phone calls by myself and our realtor to finally get the transferred completed with having to resend multiple documents previously sent. Then Sun Run posted my November payment to the new owners account this took multiple phone calls to get the payment posted to my account. Today we are dealing with December bill that was paid on 2021 and ACH Transaction from my bank on 2 Feb 2021. We have called twice to get this resolved because they posted the payment to the new owners account. We called on 10 Feb 2021 and the payment still has not been posted to my account. We called again today 19 Feb 2021 and were told they sent it billing for resolution. In my view they are committing fraud by accepting payment and ACH deduction from my bank account and so far they have refused to credit my account. Stay away from Sun Run they have incompetent systems and they must constantly be called to resolve issues.
