While we are definitely passionate about clean energy, we fully realize that most people are not going solar if it doesn’t make financial sense, which is why all of our energy consultants prioritize the numbers. Barrett Solar did a good job installing my system, but their customer service is non-existent once they have been paid. Stay away from these guys, you are just another sale to them.

After the sale, pathetic customer service
We have had our system for a couple years, and have an issue with an inverter. We received a replacement from the manufacturer, but Barrett Solar does not return emails or phone calls about repairing the system. Also, after referring a couple friends, one bought a system from Barrett Solar. Don’t believe them when they say that you will get a $500 referral bonus. That’s BS. If I had it to do over again, I’d pick another company.
