Ok
Routing of cables in the attic space over the garage could have been done more neatly-cables were strung free air drooping over rafters, interfering with items currently stored in the space. System is still awaiting PTO and bidirectional meter installation as of this writing, so functionality of the system is unknown.

After sale support stinks
Got my solar system installed. All went well, timely and efficient crew. However, I have an error code and have had ay least 6 times that a tech was supposed to come and fix it. So far I've never seen anyone. I feel like I'm getting the run around. I've been in contact with my sales rep and he is just as frustrated as I. PLEASE come and fix it.
Response from Ambia Solar
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—and we truly appreciate both your patience and honesty. We’re very sorry to hear about the ongoing issue with your system and the delays in getting a technician out. That’s not the experience we want for any of our customers, especially after a successful installation. We’ve passed this feedback along to our service team so they can prioritize your repair and ensure someone reaches out promptly to get the issue resolved. We appreciate your kind words about the installation crew and your sales rep, and we’re committed to making things right so you can start fully enjoying your solar system soon. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention
