Allterra Solar

I had contacted Allterra Solar about looking into the solar inverter on my system. It was 16 years old. Their tech came out and had to declare it was finished. We ordered a new Tesla inverter. Tesla was not quick to ship the new one. Once Allterra had it in their hands they wasted little time in getting it installed. It’s up and working fine. I would recommend Allterra Solar for servicing any solar system. They were honest and straightforward.

From inception to final installation all members of the team were experenced, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, on time, flexible, courteous, and respected my home during this Covid-19 viral Outbreak. Has been a great experience from start to finish. Allterra Solar made sure all my concerns were addressed from the beginning of the project. Install crew was very professional, sales rep and office team communicated very well all the way through the project. They made sure to come back out after the project was complete and help me understand how monitoring and billing works.
