Our project manager Carlo couldn’t have been a better communicator… He handled everything from permitting to coordinating the final closeout with NGrid. Solar panels and PowerWall

In early 2018, All Energy Solar installed solar panels on my home's roof, and earlier this year (2022) they installed a Tesla PowerWall in the basement. Both times I was very pleased with the process and outcome, as All Energy Solar provided a truly turnkey operation, taking care of all permitting, planning, installation, and inspections. I have not had a single problem with the systems so far, and my electrical bill has shrunk to zero. In fact, by selling SRECs, I am actually receiving money from the utility. Great experience with All Energy Solar

I purchased solar panels and a backup battery from All Energy Solar. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone interested in installing a solar system. The initial presentation was well done with the benefits and considerations clearly laid out for me. Most importantly, there was no high pressure sales pitch - they did not try to convince me to buy anything. The installation was relatively quick and the installation team left my house in great condition, no messes to clean up. Like every other industry, we did experience some issues with the supply chain. The Tesla battery that I wanted was on back order for at least a year. They laid out all my options and I decided to install an Enphase battery instead. I'm really glad I did, more on that below. I also experienced some issues with my local and utility inspecting the system in a timely manner. All Energy Solar was persistent in following up with them. The installation team and the technical support line were extremely responsive when I experienced an issue with my system registering power from my heavy load panel. They were able to resolve it and everything is working perfectly. The system and phone app are extremely easy and intuitive to use, and gives you control on how the battery is optimized for your personal use. I I appreciate the ability to choose whether or not I want to draw from the battery at night, save the battery for backup power during storms, and how low the battery will draw down when in use. Using the app has motivated me to be more energy efficient. My Project Manager did an excellent job from start to end; I've truly never had the level of customer service as I did with All Energy Solar. He called me weekly during the project to make sure I understood where we were with the install team, permits, inspections, applications with the local utility, and most importantly, if I had any questions or concerns at any time. He actually cared about my customer experience. If you're looking to install a solar system, I highly recommend speaking with All Energy Solar.

So easy

I honestly can’t believe how easy they made this. I feel like I had to do nothing. After signing some paperwork, they took care of everything and now I am saving money and watching my meter roll backwards. They kept me informed the whole way through and even kept me in the loop on the design phase. I wish I had done this sooner.

Added More Panels for Electric Car

I came back to All Energy because I had such a great experience with them when I had my original panels installed. I purchased an electric car and started having to pay for electricity again. The whole process was even easier the 2nd time around. Using the drone to map out and layout in the new panels was really cool. The guys installing made it so worry free even with the Covid regulations. They even fixed a section of my siding that had come apart before putting up the panels. Carlo always kept me informed and up to date on every step of the process while answering every question I had. I was very happy on how easy he was to call & get a hold of and finding the answers to all my questions. I would highly recommend using All Energy Solar to anyone.

All Energy gave great service

All the technicians who came were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Carlo Molini and Dena Webster were most helpful in guiding us through the process in spite of some obstacles that Eversource put in the way of completing the process.

The right choice

When a friend – a rather skeptical, cautious person -- recommended All Energy Solar after they had installed an array of solar panels on his house, we were confident that we had chosen the right firm. But even with that confidence, All Energy Solar has exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, everyone at the company has been knowledgeable and helpful, keeping us informed every step of the way. They involved us in the initial planning – getting our approval for the installation plans – and took care of getting the approval of Xcel Energy and the relevant regulatory agencies. The installation was done in August 21, and the installers were knowledgeable, friendly, and accessible, answering any questions while being consistently considerate. Now, five months later, All Energy Solar still checks in to see if we have any concerns, and to make sure things are going satisfactorily. When we signed up with All Energy Solar, we knew they weren’t a fly-by-night operation, but had been around for a while. Now we know why. We definitely made the right decision in selecting All Energy Solar.

Outstanding

All Energy just completed my residential project and was great every step of the way. My project was designed and completed professionally and in a timely manner. David and Carlo were both responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process and the installation crew was great. Top to bottom hardworking honest people. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

Great service and excellent people to work with!

Carlo, Alfie, David and the installation team were awesome to work with. We had substantial delays due to Eversource, outside of everyone's control (except Eversource) and they continued to work and come up with solutions as they made multiple site visits, and worked for over a year in order to find a way to finally get our solar project approved by Eversource and installed on-time before the end of the year so we could get our tax savings. Turned it on and I think if I read the meter correctly it's already generated 21KW in the first day??!! Fun! That's almost $5!

From 1st contact to completion - a GREAT experience

All Energy Solar is a master class in communication. They called when they said they would, never pressured or lied. When ever they didn't have the answer to a question, they made a note and the next time we spoke - they had the answer. We work with Molly, our solar consultant up until the contracts were signed - then we were introduced Carlo, our project manager. "going solar" is complicated, Molly and Carlo are pros. Service and Communication - they nailed it.

One of the best decisions I ever made

I give All Energy the highest marks -- the estimating and design process proceeded in a timely way, thrown off schedule only because of unreasonable and ultimately incorrect demands (this caused a two-month scheduling delay, but it was out of anyone's control. The All Energy team did all that could be desired to answer and correct the demands made by the Inspector and it got approved finally. The installation team was an All Star team -- they worked so well together, were courteous and helpful, knowledgeable, neat, and efficient. One of the best "crews" I've ever had do work for us of any kind. The Project Manager was excellent -- keeping us informed of what to expect, why there were delays, and connecting us to others in the company when we needed details regarding design, etc. This was a great experIence and I am referring All Energy to people we know without qualification and with great enthusiasm1

All Energy Solar was excellent to work with Molly the sales person was knowledgeable and not pushy. She walked me through the entire sales process then handed me over to Carlo. Carlo was exceptional he kept in constant contact his communication through the entire process was second to no one. I highly recommend All Energy Solar.

Review of Recommendation

All Energy Solar won Me over after I did months of research on all the nitty-gritty of how solar operated and what components preformed what functions by listening to what I wanted and understanding that they needed to provide me with exactly what wanted my system to comprise of. Molly (Sales) spent hours, multiple phone calls and 3-4 redesigns of my particular project. My solar battery backup (images) had to meet a minimum standard of backup and generation, while fitting into a specific wall space. Once we determined my project was able to be accomplished, we transitioned to Carlo (Project Manager) who took the rains of making my project a reality. Once the Electricians who performed the installation arrived (don't know if they want to be named) they adapted to my specific requirements (wiring / backup) and overcame limitations of available space. (Images) And finally, Murphy's Law would happen when (1 of 70ish) components malfunctiond. Carlo remained in contact with me constantly throughout my project from inception to paperwork to Installation to correction or equipment to closeout. Molly was still in contact at all times after her portion of my project was complete and available to assist with ensuing quality of service was upheld. I'm a Veteran who has been a Project Manager overseas and has delt with Contractors and frankly, slimy individuals who just care about the money. This company never gave me a reason to question them and I never felt as if I couldn't walk away at anytime. (Especially the legal contract paperwork part. Other companies I dealt with previously for solar installation options wanted signatures and legal binding contracts prior to discussion of what I actually wanted and ensuring I would get it the way I wanted it.) I endorse business with this company, because I got precisely what I wanted and how / where I wanted it and for my intended purpose.

Phenomenally Professional - Promises Kept!

After an unpleasant experience with another solar company that was pushing a leasing arrangement (all the better to hijack my savings!), I found the Energy Sage website. After entering some general system size and location information, I received replies with proposals from 3 solar companies. Of the 3, the proposal presented by David D'Onofrio of All Energy Solar didn't promise the most production, even though it used essentially the same hardware. I took this as a good sign that the company doesn't over-promise. After meeting (virtually) with all 3 companies, I went with All Energy, because they answered my questions more fully, and it was clear that they know the principles, equipment differences, and the effects that site location and orientation have on the efficiency of a solar system. My research also revealed a long history for a solar company, with an overwhelming majority of satisfied clients. Rather than contract with installers and electricians, the company maintains its own crews, which makes it easier to back up the warranty on its work. Once the process was underway, Carlo Maloni, the project manager, communicated on a regular basis, in full, and always got an authoritative answer to any question, usually the same day. He removed *all* of the pain involved in coordinating the project, from my change requests to dealing with National Grid for approvals, with the city building and electrical inspectors, with the Massachusetts SMART solar reimbursement program, with his crew, in short, coordinating the entire project from start to finish - and beyond. All Energy's onsite assessor was clearly an expert and he was able to answer all the questions I had regarding panel placement, snow load, etc. Once all the prerequisites were in place, Carlo had his team onsite. The panel installers and electricians got to work right away. I was amazed at the electrician's handling of a challenging electric install, the quality of his work, and attention to detail. Overall, I could not have imagined an easier experience, from design to install. My panels have been generating electricity for 2 months now. On the 2 shortest days of the year, my meter was running backwards! I expect to be able now to reduce or eliminate my gas heat with the positive electric bill balance that I'll be building throughout the year. All Energy has made the installation of solar energy a turnkey operation for homeowners. I am extremely happy I chose them!

Strong advocate and quality company

From my initial contact with All Energy Solar I was treated with great respect as someone who wished to learn as much as possible about solar options in order to make an informed decision on solar for my home. The sales person was very knowledgeable and shared so much information leading to our decision to install a solar system. Just prior to install in summer our air conditioner went out and while waiting over a weekend for a Monday repair visit our house temp. was 93 degrees. On Monday before our service people arrived our All Solar crew began our solar install. When I shared our AC issues with the crew leader he told me he used to work for an AC company and he would look at our AC unit. He cleaned it out, rewired mouse-chewed wires and replaced a part that I was able to purchase. This friendly start to our install was indicative of the entire install process. The crew was so professional and pleasant while efficiently getting all up and running in the time promised. Post-install Xcel Energy was difficult to work with in crediting my account for energy I generated. Over the course of four months, the All Solar representative did everything possible to get Xcel to fix their account issues with us. All told, I am so appreciative of the All Solar teams for their excellent service on sales, installation and post-install support.

I was reluctant to use an out-of-state (reside in NH) company, but couldn’t find a nearby company. All Energy Solar promptly responded to my online general solar inquiry. The company did all the dirty paperwork. We were well informed at all stages of the operation from the first Zoom information session to the follow-up to get the incentive money from NH. There were some learning experiences for the company in that NH does not always require permits that other places do. Dealing with our local electric coop was a new experience for the company. In both cases, All Energy Solar followed up regularly and got things done. They communicated frequently with us about what things were happening. The install team was pleasant, efficient and very tidy. They answered all our questions. Excellent communication with the customer is certainly an All Energy Solar strength. I have recommended the company to two friends. They are not ready to take the plunge yet. Now all we need is more sun. All Energy Solar sells and installs solar panels, but does not also provide sun! I highly recommend the company for roof-installed solar panels.

Great customer service

All Energy Solar provided great service throughout the sales and installation of panels on my detached garage. They kept me informed every step of the way via the project manager assigned to me. They were very conscientious in the panel installation, placement of conduit and trench digging to my house. They answered all my question thoroughly and promptly. I highly recommend All Energy Solar.

Responsive, professional, and on schedule

The team responded quickly to questions and adjustments to the initial proposal and design, including updating after we had some trees removed. They hit their estimates for installation and getting powered on, and the install and post-install process were painless.

Awesome Experience with All Energy Solar!

My experience with All Energy Solar was excellent!!. I had been considering placing solar panels on my 18th century home in southern NH for several years and finally decided to go forward in 2021. I had considered several companies but decided on All Energy due to my initial conversations with Molly who answered all of my questions and provided a detailed quote. She was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about solar. Next, the home assessment was conducted by Alfie, who was also very friendly and thorough as he inspected my house include the roof structure and the electrical panel. Then I met Carlo who oversaw the project and made sure that all my other questions were answered throughout the process. He stayed in constant communication and helped navigate through all of the paperwork and inspections with the electric company and my local town. The team that installed the panels did a great job, very professional, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work. They installed 2 arrays on my southern facing roofs using (32) LG 375W panels. Carlo was also very attentive post-installation to make sure the rebates were processed properly and that any other questions I had were answered promptly. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service overall from All Energy. I expect that the panels will cover about 80-90% of my electric bill which is great. It’s an awesome feeling to be able to make power without fossil fuels!

Awesome experience

So I started with a call to Molly Verville to ask about the solar. She was very helpful in explaining how the whole process worked. She told me that Technology Credit Union is the company they set you up with for financing the project. Very nice company. We then got a call from Carlo Maloni the project manager. I can't even begin to tell you what a awesome kind very helpful gentleman he is. We talked every week through the whole project. He let me know what the steps were and who would be coming to the house. From there we had a gentleman named Alfie came and did a site assessment. He talked with us in finding the best location for the arrays. When all the permits were in place the installation crew ran by Kyle came. They did a awesome job. No mess left anywhere explaining each step as they built the arrays. The electrician name Mike was very professional in everything he assembled. Very neat clean work again explaining everything. We were so blessed with the whole crew.

Very Satisfied!!

All Energy Solar performed an AWESOME job installing my Solar ground mount! I wanted to get the word out to anyone interested in solar, that ALL ENERGY SOLAR is a great company. When I first made the call I knew this was the company for me. I had other companies talk to me. David was very informative, seemed like a good guy and gave me the straight info on everything and said there would be no additional costs. Which today, that seems to be what every company does once they have you on the hook. Once the permitting process started, I was kept informed by the Project Manager, Carlo. Carlo stayed on top of things and it was refreshing to have him call me instead of me trying to get a hold of someone for an update. Carlo was a man of his word. Every time he called, he would let me know when the next call from him would be. He was like clockwork! What a pleasure talking with Carlo, he was so knowledgeable and he handled every question I had. Which was a lot! After I got the permits ok'd it was time for the actual install. Again, Carlo walked me through everything that was going to happen. I haven't had customer service like that in a long time! The Team of installers came and were very professional and knew what they had to do. I could tell by watching them and talking to them, that all of the team had pride in their job and loved the company ALL ENERGY SOLAR that they worked for. The install went in without a hitch, done in two and a half days. Now, I had to have it inspected and then we could turn on the Sun! All the time Carlo kept me informed and was contacting the inspector and National Grid to make that happen. He truly was working for me, so satisfying! Great Company

All Energy Solar rocks! They guided me through the process start to finish; encouraged me to hang in there when it looked like I might not make the rebate cut this year; responded to all my questions quickly and fully; not only installed panels but also ran electricity to my garage; fixed a loose gutter without complaint even though none of us knew if the gutter came loose because of their work. They were a joy to work with all around. So, so happy to now be producing clean energy from my roof.

We love our solar!

We worked with Annalise at All Energy Solar on our solar installation. She was great! All Energy Solar was great! The only delays were from Xcel, but once Xcel approved the interconnection agreement, the solar was installed 3 weeks later. Annalise kept us informed through out the process. The crew and electrician were great to work with as well. We highly recommend using All Energy Solar. Do your own research and you'll see they are the best company to work with, honest and have been here for 10 years, and will be there for us in the future too.
