Excellent experience

We chose All Energy after initial quotes from several companies because we appreciated the way their staff approached our project. They did not try to sell us more than we need, and even explained why some of what we were curious about might not serve us. This ethical approach continued through our entire process.

We had a great experience with All Energy Solar. The installation team was efficient and comprehensive, finishing their work exactly on time. The project leads provided clear and professional communication so we always knew where the install was at and what to expect. The inspector showed up the day after the install was complete so presumably the team's external communications were also prompt and clear.

All Energy Solar

I had a sixteen panel solar system put on ground mount. System was installed promptly and without any problems. The crew and management were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

We hired them twice!

We first started our adventure with All Energy Solar back in 2020. Carlo did a great job at walking us through everything virtually, from estimating our solar panel output, install cost, and state rebates. We had our install completed in September of 2020 by a very courteous and professional crew. All inspections passed, system worked fine, and we were able to stop paying National Grid after a few months. Fast forward to 2023 - we were in the market for some solar backup batteries. We live in an area prone to power outages due to downed tree branches, so it is common for us to lose power for a couple hours several times a year. Solar is great, but you're still required to be tied to the grid to keep the lights on. Carlo again walked us through the process, making sure we got a system that meets our needs without overselling. All Energy Solar's end of the install went great, as did the inspections. Our only hang-up was that MA state fire code requires a fire resistant closet to be built around the batteries, which meant hiring a different contractor to do that part of the job. This slowed down the process by a few months, but this shouldn't be held against All Energy since this part wasn't affiliated with them. They were quite good about checking up on the progress and trying to help as best they could through all that. Anyways, our batteries are working, everything is up to code, and we run off battery power through the night while retaining a few hours of backup power in case on an outage. Overall, both installs were exactly what we wanted, everything stayed within our budget and worked exactly as we wanted. All our interactions with the staff, whether over the phone or in person, were great. Everything seems to meet our needs for now but if we ever need another upgrade, we know where to look!

They were thorough in their explanations of the process and offered prompt, articulate, user-friendly responses to my many questions. The customer service was exceptional and with each transition, I was well prepared for each phase of the installation. I would highly recommend All Energy for your residential solar needs.

Professional

My handler was the best. I was informed of every step of the way. The installation crew was efficient and the electrician in particular was helpful and accommodated my request to not have conduit on the outside of the house. However, after installation there was a staffing change and the ball got dropped. The meter change out was delayed and my request to pay up before the year change was lost. I was also disappointed that adding just three panels was not prorated costing $5,000 more.

The staff were all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering my questions and responding to any concerns. A Great Experience

Our All Energy Solar experience was excellent. From the sales consultation through the installation, everyone in the company was clear, communicative, professional and accessible. We particularly were impressed with the regular updates from the contract signing to the installation. These things can take time and we were informed every two weeks about the process and progress. I checked with other solar providers and one thing that impressed me was that Ben, the sales person, was not just a sales person, he knows the product, the process and could answer detailed questions immediately. Gillian and Paris, our project managers were on top of all the pieces. The installation team, Crew 2, finished the job quickly, sooner than estimated. In addition, they let us know exactly what would happen when. The inside the house work was not disruptive and they took care to be careful and clean. Our system is up and running now and the app used to provide information about the system array is easy to use. MVEC was also a good partner in the process.

Where to start.. I was innitially so anxious about committing to such a seemingly complex process... but from the moment we placed our innitial call we were impressed with not only the professionalism but also the User Friendly nature of all who we had contact with. Professional, Skilled, and Thorough

Working with All Energy was everything I had hoped and more. From the first meeting where we could see our house fitted with the solar panels and costs and paybacks clearly and professionally explained, to the detailed site analysis using drones and software to maximize the solar exposure and panel placement, to them preparing all rebate forms, obtaining all permits, creating accounts with Eversource, to the frequent and informative pre and post install communications by the project leader, and finally the expert skill and knowledge of the installers and electrician, I was very impressed. I give the NH team my highest recommendation.

Responsive, Committed through a challenging project

The initial install was quick and the quality was great. The final approval took MUCH longer than expected but this was no fault of AES. The project was installed right before some upcoming code changes that the building officials wanted implemented after the fact. At the end of the day, although it took longer than expected, AES stuck with it and we ultimately made the changes requested and we are very happy with the installation and responsiveness of AES.

I've been fortunate enough to enjoy participating in complex organizations starting with the US Navy and then through a 50-year business career in multiple disciplines & Boards. I have been extremely impressed from the first contact point through the final installation of our solar system. At each & every contact point AllEnergy’s personnel have been an unusual pleasure to deal with. The communication skill set of each individual was excellent and made me envious of this organization. Top notch experience

We were very pleased with the All Energy team that did our installation. They were efficient, professional, tidy at the end of each day, and communicated clearly with us throughout the process. It was a challenging job putting two independent PV projects on the roof of a two-family house in a dense urban neighborhood, and involved routing conduit through a crowded basement. All problems that arose were discussed and resolved satisfactorily.

Great Service

We had a great experience with All Energy Solar throughout our solar purchase and installation experience. From the outset, David was very upfront about everything that would be involved and explained what our system would look like and how much energy we would save. Compared to representatives from several of the other companies we had contacted, David was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process, including intricate details about solar as well as various financing options available. He thoroughly answered all our questions and was very patient with us as we came to our decision. Carlo and his team did a fantastic job with the entire installation. Carlo kept us abreast at every stage of the installation process, including getting all the approvals, and coordinating the installation date. All members of the team were courteous and took extreme care to do a thorough job. Once the work was completed, Carlo made sure to coordinate all the necessary approvals to have our system turned on. There was a slight delay at this point as the team was extremely busy with other installations and due to COVID; however, they got our system up and running within a couple weeks. I would definitely recommend All Energy Solar.

A clean looking solar install and a smooth installation process

This was a very smooth installation, from the early design and estimate phase through the installation. The primary thing that made it so smooth was that once the contract with All Energy Solar was signed, all our communications went through Carlo Maloni, the project manager. He is an excellent communicator and was very pleasant to work with. These projects arenʻt simple, mostly because of the steps in the permitting process. With All Energy handling all the logistics and Carlo staying in constant communication as each step fell into place, the project felt well under control. If we had questions or concerns, Carlo was a phone call or email away.

I'm super-pleased!

I've had a very positive experience with All Energy Solar--from the introduction with David to working with Carlo throughout the process. I shopped around a lot and landed on AES with financing through local credit union. The process takes time, but Carlo and AES walked me through the process, explained things along the way, and managed all of the steps. My panels look great and are producing well. I'm super-pleased and recommend them highly.

All Energy Solar helped me become a solar owner, starting with guiding me through the process, answering my many questions, giving me roofer recommendations, managing my expectations and now I am a very happy and proud homeowner with a new roof and solar panels. Looking forward to seeing some nice tax credits this year.
