Outstanding work on all aspects of our installation

Every aspect of our installation of 12 LG solar panels on our garage was extremely well done by All Energy Solar. That included system knowledge on the sales and finished side, through customer service throughout the process keeping us informed about scheduling, regulatory and inspection, the loan and more. Work on installation was also excellent with the installation crew on the garage and our two electricians demonstrating real expertise and experience, even to the artful bending and installation of many feet of conduit piping on the our wall all the way down to the house. We are delighted!

We are very pleased with our decision to have All Energy Solar install residential roof-top solar panels on the roof of our home in Eagan. The installation itself was completed during one day and the crew were very courteous and answered all our questions. Some follow-up adjustments were made promptly and support staff were, again, helpful and courteous. We monitor the system regularly and are excited to see that we are actually producing more electricity than we use. We have thought about installing a solar unit for several years and are glad we made the decision to go ahead. It makes us feel good that we are doing our little part to help the environment.

Generating your own power from the sun.

I have always been interested in different ways of generating your own power. So for me, having a 9.7k watt system installed, which would generate about 90% of our electrical needs and was something we could afford was a dream come true. All Energy Solar did a great job explaining the system and what I could do to help finance it. Also I was able to expand a roof line out, so I could add a additional 15 panel to make up a total of 30 .... Thanks to Chris Mejia, Cindy Larson O'Neil, and the guys would did the installation. Great job, everyone was real nice and respectful.. The solar edge monitoring system is really a nice feature, where one can monitor your own system from anywhere. It lets you know how much you are generating per day, month , year. Also you are able to know all the panels are working okay.. Thanks again every one for help!

Professional installed 40 panel 12k system

After purchasing a new home with the rear of my house having perfect southern exposure I began getting knocks on my door from solar companies which sparked my interest in solar energy. I was curious but not sold on the idea. I decided what better to do than to start meeting with as many solar companies as possible to provide myself with a free education in solar. They will all meet with you for free. As I continued my education I began to absorb how it all worked. I visited the area of leasing which in the end was a poor decision and not an option for me. If I purchased my own system I am entitled to all of the rebates that come along with it. After calculating the numbers I realized that with the government rebates and the renewable energy credits (REC) it would just about cover the cost of the system and I haven't even added my $0 electric bill yet. David Donofrio from All Energy Solar was one of the reps apart from so many solar companies who was legit and right on the money. Not only did the numbers that he provided for me add up, I am currently by far exceeding those expectations. Sarah Zazzaro and the team at AES worked with me very closely and continuesly updated me every step along the way. The install team was professional, hard working and courteous. If I could give any advice to anyone who is considering solar energy it would be to meet with as many solar companies as possible. Then meet with David at All Energy Solar! I have 40- 300watt lg panels and received quotes from many. Without going back-and-forth about price David hands down crushed the completion. My decision was a great decision and I have the results to back that statement up. Solar installation

All Energy Solar installed a 6Kwh solar array on our home recently and we could not be more pleased with their work. A crew of 6 was here bright and early in the morning and they completed the install by 4 that afternoon. They were very efficient, respectful of our home and us as homeowners. They made sure they cleaned up during and after the job was completed. They explained what the process would be in the coming days (inspections and such) and answered all my questions. Now if we would only get some sunny weather! We did actually generate 6Kwh for an hour or two on a broken cloudy day this week. Better days ahead.

All Energy Solar made getting solar panels as easy as possible. They take care of everything. Everyone that I had contract with was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the process or the results.

So Pleased

We had 84 panels installed at our home in December 2015. 40 panels in a ground mount system and 44 on the roof. I was pretty nervous about having so many solar panels out in our field and up on our roof, but our electric bill was $500 in the winter and $700 in the summer, I kid you not! I was so worried that these solar panels, that my husband wanted, would ruin the aesthetics of our home. Dave Donofrio was our sales rep, and Dave is the nicest, most patient man, answering all my hundreds of questions over and over again. I am very skeptical of anyone selling anything, so I was a hard sell! After listening, even I started to realize that with the government incentives and tax rebates, and getting away from an ever-increasing utility bill, we would be foolish not to make this investment and own these solar panels! Once we decided to do it things moved very quickly. Sarah sent me pictures of the designs for the roof and ground mounts to see how we liked it and to see if we wanted to make any changes. We liked it. It looked nice. I always felt like we were in control of everything, yet they were doing ALL the work. We did nothing. Dave is outstanding! Honestly, he treated us like family, and he is like a part of our family now. He is so personable, yet professional at the same time. The installers were great too! Our golden retriever was in their way the whole time they were here, yet they never complained, and they actually threw her the tennis ball she kept dropping at their feet. They were all very nice! Sarah Z. always got right back to us if we had a question and was always so pleasant. Everything is in good working order with no problems. The best part, we have $0 due on our electric bill every month! We are just banking kilowatts now! My husband is ecstatic! I would so recommend the whole team at All Energy Solar, and we have, to all our family and friends.

Completely happy

This was a quite complex process, and it went very smoothly. Derek explained everything clearly, and All Energy Solar handled all the paperwork involved. The monitoring of energy usage and solar production is fascinating, and motivates you to watch for wasteful use of electricity around the house. My system will pay for itself in twelve years, and meanwhile we're doing a little bit to help the environment. I have no criticisms and lots of praise for the way this company does business.

Honest, Excellent Service

All Energy Solar installed my system this spring. They handled every aspect of the process, including all necessary documentation and permitting for Xcel's Solar Rewards program. The array has been up and running for a week or two and it is exceeding my expectations for production. Reid and Maria were both excellent to work with, prompt and professional. Everything was done on schedule and on budget, and is operating perfectly. They made me feel like I was their most important customer throughout the process (in a good way). I would definitely recommend All Energy Solar.

We are very pleased with our experience with All-Energy Solar

My wife and I live in Massachusetts and purchased a 14-panel system from All-Energy Solar in April of 2016 (Massachusetts has a good tax incentive for installing green energy). The system has been online for the last two weeks and is working flawlessly. So far, all of our modest electrical needs have been satisfied by the system. Our experience with All-Energy Solar was very positive. David D., the sales rep, answered all our questions honestly and completely; with him we did not feel the hard-sell loaded with half-truths that had characterized the presentation of a different company. Both he and Sarah Z., our main contact during the construction phase, kept us informed of how the project was progressing. Our emails to them received responses within 1 business day, and each step was explained, including delays beyond their control while they waited for building permits, engineering inspections, electrical inspections, and the final online hookup. Never did a week go by without an email-update from them. By the way, All-Energy handled all the paperwork; there was very little for us to do other than approve the system design and sign legal documents. Aside from a modest desposit to pay for site assessment and building permits, no substantial payments were asked for until after the necessary permits were obtained and construction was about to begin. Construction was completed in a day and a half. The work crew was polite and congenial. Shawn finished the job a few days later by installing a monitoring system easily accessed by computer. We can follow the performance of the system (and review its history) by the month, week, or day, down to 15-minute increments. Nice. Fom our first contacting them to “going live” took almost exactly four months. It has been estimated that with the Federal tax credit, Massachusetts tax incentive, and SREC payments (Solar Renewable Energy Certificate credits sold to fossil-fuel energy suppliers) the system should pay for itself within 7 years. After that, our electricity is free for the remaining life of the system (18-20 more years). In short, we have been very satisfied with All-Energy Solar and highly recommend them.

We recognized and appreciated the professionalism and customer care orientation of All Energy Solar from our first inquiry phone call to the final meeting with Reid, our sales representative, Our first meeting was promptly arranged and Reid impressed us with his extensive knowledge. He answered all our questions and explained the process and our options. We really liked how Maria, our project coordinator, handled all the permits and kept us informed every step of the way. The installers, electrician Kevin, and site manager Austin, were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about solar energy. They gave us personal attention and made us feel our satisfaction and success of our project was their only priority. Everyone was on time for appointments and they handled all inspections. Going Solar

We were well pleased with All Energy Solar. From the time Brandon came to our house and talked to us about it on 9/10/2015 until the Solar Aray was turned on1/29/2016.The office was in contact with us through getting all the permits that were necessary to the workers coming to install the system.. Everyone was very polite and explained everything very well. It's amazing now as We can go on-line and see exactly the power my unit is producing, how much is going to Excel's grid and how much we are saving and making.

A Definition of Excellence

From the moment we signed on to get solar panels for our home roof we found that we were in the hands of truly generous, professional individuals. From Maria, with whom we spoke or sent (and received) e-mails to the electrical technicians who came to our house to either set the wiring or guide us in monitoring the electoral output of our solar panels, we found them all to be very knowledgable and hugely helpful people. Our solar panels began to immediately generate electricity into our system though we did not know that until we received our first much-reduced electrical bill. Overall rating: A+.

We attended Farmfest August 2015 and our goal was to find a solar company we'd like to work with to do a project. We met Brandon Charboneau of All Energy Solar, St. Paul, MN and they were our choice! Brandon came out for initial site visits, worked with us to plan, explain and decide on project details, prepared our contract and upon completion visited with us to go over any questions. 2.6 kW in Mankato

Working with All Energy Solar was a pleasant experience. They were quick to show up, do an assessment, and layout a turnkey project and price. They kept me well informed at every step of the process and delivered at the agreed price. Since going on-line on Dec. 23rd, there has been lost of gloomy weather, but it is -3F, the sun is shining, and the system is kicking out 1.75 kW in late morning as I write.

My wife and I were skeptical at first but now that our system has been operational for four months we couldn't be happier. We have been receiving " do not pay" in the amount due each month to the utility and are eagerly awaiting our first SREC payment due in February

All Energy Solar was wonderful to work with. They gave us information about our options, including federal and state incentives. They helped us apply for the federal and state programs. Our system is projected to pay for itself in just 6 years. After that, our electricity will be "free" because we are expected to generate more power than we use. The construction workers were timely and cleaned up after themselves. All Energy Solar had staff who were here when the electrical and building inspectors came. All Energy Solar staff went out of their way to keep us informed and answer our questions.

Great job!

We had our solar system installed in September and have already produced twice as much energy as we used. We appreciate all the help and support from All Energy Solar staff, particularly Cindy Larson O'Neil, the Project Coordinator, who promptly responded to phone calls or e-mails and walked us through every step of the process. But, it might never have happened if Brandon Charboneau had not done a very impressive presentation. We are glad we listened to him. :)

We began our investigation about 9 months before requesting estimates. All figures pointed to a no lose proposition. We received estimates to include leasing and purchasing of panels. We discarded leasing as an option and went the purchasing route as the best economical and least complicated. Three solar companies were finalists. After interviewing the prospective companies and discussing with references presented we decided to go with All Energy Solar (AES). The information presented by Dave D’Onofrio, their sales representative, and overall cooperative nature added to the decision to go with AES. We had the contract reviewed and amended as requested by our lawyer without objections. Having seen how other companies had installed solar panels in the neighborhood we were a bit concerned about the aesthetics (ie exposed wiring and boxes). That is, in some instances the installs were quite noticeable and detrimental to the way the home appears. We expressed that concern to Dave and he assured us that they would do all they could. Normally this type of assurance is expected from any salesperson. The only difference here is that they truly did care about how it looked and how satisfied we would be. The day of the install came and the electrician did an excellent job of placing all wiring and boxes out of site so much so that no one can tell we have solar panels installed. The panel installers were quite professional and completed the job in two days. Overall the installers and electrician did a better job than we had expected!!! Seriously they did a superb job and took care of all of our concerns. After the install was completed and Dave came by and made sure we were fully satisfied, which we are! Throughout the process the Sarah Zazzaro, their project manager, was very accessible and answered all of my questions in a professional manner and within a very short period of time. As an ex-project manager I value this ability (to communicate properly and provide timely correct answers) as an excellent asset. Excellent experience working with All Energy Solar

We learned about All Energy Solar at the Northfield Home and Garden Show. Our sales representative Derek gave us an introduction to their services and offered to stop by our house to evaluate our solar options. We were unsure if solar was appropriate for us, since we do not have a south-facing roof. During his visit, Derek climbed onto our roof, took some readings, explained the solar panel solution in detail, described the various tax credits and rebates, and patiently answered our questions. It turned out that a west-facing solution worked well for us, though our payback is longer than that for someone with a south-facing roof. Though there were many steps and several forms to complete, our project coordinator Cindy did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process. All Energy Solar's and Xcel Energy's use of electronic forms made signing agreements and contracts very easy. Our project had a couple of unexpected and inconvenient delays along the way, but in the end, it was completed according to the timeline Derek gave us. Overall, we are impressed with All Energy Solar, the high quality system we have in place, and with every single person we worked with at All Energy Solar, from Derek and Cindy to All Energy Solar's panel installers and electrician. Each individual was friendly, performed their work carefully, and took time to answer our many questions along the way.
