Very Satisfied with All Energy Solar

We recently installed a 48-panel system incorporating storage and our experience with All Solar has been pleasant and productive from project start to finish. As we discussed the system, developed the design specs and worked through the installation, we had the opportunity to deal with staff at all levels of AES. In every case we were pleased with the professionalism, technical expertise and courtesy exhibited by team members. The planned installation dates required adjustment due to component availability and weather events, but our project manager, Marilea, and solar consultant, Brandon, kept us apprised of status changes and worked to accommodate our schedule. When installation day arrived, it came as no surprise to us that our Master Electrician, David, and the installation crew were all a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated the degree to which AES, facilitated and coordinated the implementation with our electric utility (including the rebate). The system is working as planned and we enjoy (probably too much) tracking its performance via the Tesla and SolarEdge apps. Thanks for the great job, everyone!

Solar Panels

All Energy solar was great to work with. Marilea and the team did a great job. We had our system installed and it works great!!! The only things that would have made it better was if there could have been a little more communication with the electrician about how the conduit was run in our attic and you also only get about a 24 hour notice as to when they are coming to install so it make it hard to plan. I would definitely recommend All Energy Solar they did an amazing job, they were very professional and they were great with all the paperwork and questions.

Solar Installation

My solar has been on line for just a month so I cannot tell you how it is going economically but I can tell you that the process of purchasing with All Energy Solar was handled professionally and the installation was done quickly and with concern that it was done right. In fact, both the state inspector and the electric company meter installer commented on the good work that All Energy Solar does. The whole process was very easy because All Energy Solar knows the steps that need to be taken and they take care of everything including building permits, loan applications and even meter hook ups with your electric company. There are a lot of things that a novice like me did not know: different brands of panels have different warranties, a residence is limited on the number of panels that can be installed based on past usage, if you live where electric is available you cannot go "off the grid" completely, to mention a few. The only "glitch" was a communication misunderstanding that was solved adequately and after we realized that we were talking about two different scenarios. Go Figure! My biggest surprise so far is the amount of energy that is produced on cloudy days. All Energy Solar has given me the means to monitor the solar production from the last 10 minutes to days, weeks, months and years. This company knows what they are doing and has the experience to back it up.

All Energy Solar

All Energy Solar helped me immensely with my solar array, moving some of my solar panels to a better spot on my home, and replacing 10 that were on warranty from the manufacturer, Heliene. Heliene was also great in sending me the 10 panel replacements in a week. All Energy Solar exchanged them on my home in less than one day. The service crew was excellent, listened to me when they worked on my home, and followed up afterward. All Energy Solar has been responsive, provided excellent quality work, and has a great service department for any ongoing needs, check ups and updates. They have made my solar panels work the way they were designed to on the home.

Excellent Service Start to Finish

All Energy Solar did an excellent job with our solar system. The salesperson was well informed and helpful, not pushy. The price he quoted was very competitive. After signing the contract everyone at All Energy Solar was a pleasure to deal with. During the installation the installers were courteous and professional. Our system looks great and has performed above what was predicted. We couldn't be happier.

Easy, complete, turnkey residential solar

We selected All Energy because from the first contact, we got a strong sense they were going to do a seamless, complete job. We were right. They have done a great job of integrating a team from sales consultation, to design, to install and post-install service. The did a great job of communicating, even when there wasn't much to communicate. They made the paperwork and payments as easy as possible. I never felt any sales pressure, and was confident they recommended the right products for my needs, not the products they needed to sell. You won't receive an itemized invoice, just a bottom line number, but you will receive a complete, turnkey system. Highly recommended.

Totally Satisfied

From the initial sales contacts to the final after-installation visit the All Energy Solar crew answered questions thoroughly whether by phone or in person, provided courteous on-going reminders of key visits or installation dates, contacted necessary utility people well in advance for any necessary work, made sure we were aware of and provided with necessary info and paperwork for tax rebate purposes, sent installers who were easy to work with and who were well informed re any back and forth questions during installation. These folks are easy to recommend.

The 3 P's

My experience with All Energy Solar was nothing short of stellar. Kristen was phenomenal at keeping me informed with the progress of the project from beginning to end. Always positive and professional. The installers and electricians were polite, professional, personable and prompt. The did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of the project as well. Alex was great also from initial meeting to the final sign off.

Roof top solar array

Installed a 20kw and 10kw system on farm buildings and will produce 1/2 of our electric needs. I figure a 6 year 10 month pay back time. It is producing as advertised. Had a issue where I needed my electrician to take care of a problem and All Energy Solar paid that bill. Like the fact that you can actually talk to one of the owners of the company. Very happy with the installing crew and the final tech that came out on site, they were very professional and left the job site very clean when done. Totally liked working with Colin and Marilea as the go to people on any questions that I had. Would recommend All Energy Solar as the best solar company to work with. Thanks Dale

All Energy Solar is top-notch

I contacted All Energy Solar two years before I was able to install my solar panels. I was very interested in solar energy, but I explained that, because of some other work my home needed, I would need to wait several years before moving forward. They did not pressure me, they did not even call and bother me and they were respectful of what was best for my home and my budget. Working with All Energy Solar, their sales person Colin, Cindy in the main office and their installation team was a dream from start to finish. They were professional and thorough. They meticulously took care of every detail, anticipating issues before they arose and communicating with me every step of the way. Every person I interacted with was passionate about the ways solar energy can help our planet and make things better for homeowners. Since installation, the solar panels slashed 46% from my electric bill. One more thing: unbeknownst to me, my 80-something year old father was working with All Energy Solar nearly at the same time I was. He, too, had a marvelous experience with All Energy Solar and is enjoying the benefits of his solar panels as well.

Project completed

Working with this company was a joy. They are totally committed to working to reduce greenhouse gas by the use of solar energy. They are well organized, provide the customer with accurate information with which to make a decision, and communicate extremely effectively. We are extremely pleased with their business model and all of the knowledgeable, courteous and professional employees.

These people are great!!

Just had my solar panels completed, and I must say that it was one of the easiest things that I have had done at my home ever. The team's communication was great! They did the work that they said they were going to do, when they said that they were going to do it. I just wish that everything in my life went so smoothly!

Our solar system went live on June 14,2017. The last electric bill we paid was July 2017. We are very satisfied with the system performance and starting this summer in a credit balance. David, sales rep, and Sarah, product manager, answered all the many questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

Great Company!

They were such a great company to work with for my solar energy install! They handled everything from start to finish! I was always kept up to date on the timeline of the install. They were all friendly and watching the install the workers knew what they were doing, the crew chief was very good and the master electrician as well! It is cool watching the system working! My husband and I do not give reviews often, let alone a 5 star rating! ALL ENERGY SOLAR went above and beyond with their customer service from start to finish of our solar panel project. A special thank you to Reid and Marilea especially. Both were extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the project. Everything was done in a timely fashion. My husband and I have trust in Reid and Marlea's experience and expertise. Within one month of solar installation we have cut our electric bill by over 1/2. Our solar production will only get better as summer is on the way. ALL ENERGY SOLAR company employees AND their product are top notch. And the panels look fabulous! All Energy Solar does it right

I worked with All Energy Solar. Sara was my contact. I wasn't like the others, I researched the panels that I wanted LG315N1K-A5 and the solar edge Power Optimizer and solar edge inverters. the price they gave me for them were the same I found on the internet. they installed them in the time frame they told me left my house clean, picked up all the paper/trash. they were very friendly and new what they were doing. they helped me get on Sol Systems to sell my srec's. and get net metering. it's nice not to have an electric bill and get paid for the power I make. the tax credits are good also. $170 a month for the loan for the whole install which is paid from selling the srec's and the tax credits. the extra cash also comes in handy. if you live in Ma. buy your panels and have All Energy Solar install them I'm very glad I did.

Solar Panel installation

All energy solar did an excellent job from start to finish. we were impressed by the way they explained the whole process that we would be going thru. they showed us how they came up with our estimate and how long the system would pay for itself after installation was complete. they had answers for all my questions and when I asked for some changes in in the plan, they accommodated me as well. all the workers that came to the house were pleasant to talk to and didnt mind me watching what they did and asking them questions. The only criticism I could make is that they had to re-schedule the install date several times and it did not seem needed. In the end, all the work was done very well and it was explained to my satisfaction. I would recommend all energy solar to anyone including my friends and relatives.

Wish it had gone better

Lot of delays in installation, also the cost estimate changed. After the install and "activation", the system was not operational. No one called. I discovered it wasn't working on my own and it was fixed two weeks after install (it was over Xmas holiday, so some delay is OK). The project manager eventually offered a glib apology and said systems need to be re-configured "once in a blue moon" and that I should not have expected the system to work right away.

Great green energy!

The whole process was simple and went without a hitch. Nick Nelson did a great job of explaining how this would work for us, and making it easy to understand. Marilea Griggs, our project manager did a great job of communicating with us at every step, and coming up with solutions when a few hiccups occurred. We couldn't be happier with the whole process.

FIRST CLASS OPERATION START TO FINISH!

My installation went so quick and the process flowed week to week in anticipation and finished flawlessly leaving me completely impressed with the product, installation and the immediate cost savings upon start up. Almost too good to be true, but that's the best part..IT WAS! From my first impressions and finished meeting with Brandon to the follow up from Cindy was first rate and they go above and beyond to make sure you are informed, save you money if they can, or answer any questions. I'm sure they have several clients they deal with day to day, but I felt like I had my own personal sales person, installers and manager as no question, call, email or text went unanswered without an immediate response. Our installers, Austin and the crew, overseen by Bill were great and very personable and show attention to detail on site. I was left with the impression that they were treating my project and installation as their own. They truly care about you, your project and care about our environment!!!
