Flawless process

All Energy Solar worked with me through a roofing project as well as the installation of the solar panels over a six month timeframe. They were there to keep me advised of their time line and were flexible as I worked with the roofer as well. Their project coordinator kept everything on task with plenty of lead time at each step of the way. Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of the staff. The final product is everything I had hoped for as well.

Great company, great people!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Every person I have worked with has been helpful and positive and has resolved every question I had along the way and I had a lot of questions. Between the time I committed to have the panels installed on my residence and turning my system on last month, we had a tornado, my house had to be re-roofed and re-sided, meanwhile our energy company started to threaten extra fees for solar, and the legislature tried to eliminate solar credits and I got very nervous. Marilea was very patient and researched all of these issues to allay my concerns. The installation crew and all the support services have been professional, polite, and prompt. My budget billing on my utilities has dropped from $213 per month to $90 per month already. Everyone should jump on the opportunities to install solar now while tax credits are still in place. It only makes sense and it feels great. Many neighbors have stopped by to ask about my panels already. As Nike says, "Just do it!"

The solar co-op I was working with chose All Energy Solar as the installer for its group. They were great to work with throughout the entire process. All questions were answered promptly, the project coordinator outlined every step of the installation process letting me know what would be done and when and what I needed to do to make the installation proceed smoothly. All Energy went above and beyond

We were extremely happy with the work and process of having solar installed on our Minneapolis home. We had quotes from a couple of different vendors, and All Energy was very competitive in price and they went above and beyond in explaining how the rebates work and helping us answer the return on investment question. The answer to that question was that it was very cost effective for us to go forward with the install. At that point the project management, installation (took one day and the team was very clean and courteous), and the post install were all second to none. I would definitely recommend All Energy Solar.

Excellent experience

My experience working with All Energy has been great since the start. Everyone I worked with, from the office staff to the onsite crews, has been top notch and very communicative. My initial meeting with Brandon started everything off on the right foot. He was fun to talk to and explained everything very well. Merilea was the main person I worked with and was excellent to work with. She made the process very easy by keeping me up to date on upcoming work, meetings with Xcel and All Energy crews, forms needing to be completed, etc. Everyone I worked with at All Energy was very professional and friendly. I am now enjoying seeing my energy bill go down thanks to my new panels!

Awesome All Energy Experience

All Energy Solar finished the installation of our system on April 15, 2019. The entire process with All Energy was completely seamless. Starting with the initial evaluation and closeout review (after system completion) with sales representative Brandon Charboneau. Our project coordinator , Marilea Briggs, met and exceeded our expectations throughout the process. She was always willing to answer all questions, and kept us informed during each step of the process, from the trenching for power conduit, financing, and final installation, inspection, and commissioning. I have worked for many years in the customer service industry and have rarely seen this level exceptional customer service. We are very excited to be a clean energy producer. Our first Minnesota Power bill (with less than a month of solar production) was actually a credit of $145.00! Thank you Marilea, Brandon , and the entire All Energy Solar team!

Excellent value and service

Very impressed with All Energy Solar in Chicopee MA. The whole process from Quote (we got many from many different companies) to installation and after care was honest and professional. We've been "live" on our system for half a year and the results/ production is outperforming what we had expected. We have eliminated our electric bill the last 2 months. Complete ROI will be less than 5 years. Definitely recommend All Energy Solar.

Great from start to finish

All Energy Solar was excellent from start to finish. They came out and gave us our options and explained everything with detail. After we signed the contract and started down the road they kept us informed every step of the way about what needed to be signed or who we were waiting for to approve or inspect something. The crew was professional and neat. Even the town inspector was impressed.

All Energy Solar does not provide system integrity/monitoring...

All Energy Solar did a good job at installing, but falls very short for System integrity/monitoring of the PV system. For the solar system they sold me and installed, there was absolutely no monitoring/supervision of the individual micro inverters. I had a micro inverter fail within a month of installation, but it was not detected until over a year and a half later, when I was looking into a separate issue I was having. I’m sure this problem is happening to other solar customers right now; micro inverters have failed, and as far as the customer can see, the system is saying it is “normal”. The Enphase Envoy-S PV controller turns its LEDs red to indicate a trouble, but All Solar Energy Solar installs the controller in a closed off electrical enclosure so you cannot see this feedback. The “MyEnlighten” software they provide you shows an array of all your solar panels, which go from black to a nice light blue during the day as solar is generated; but this display does not indicate individual solar panel performance (an average person would think it does, but it doesn’t). A dead solar panel is displayed as if it were working just fine. In addition, at the upper left side of the display, there is a green check mark, with the words “NORMAL” displayed, indicating the system is normal, even when there is a non-working solar panel in the system. All Energy Solar makes this claim: “We ensure your system's performance to increase your payback and keep you generating clean affordable energy for years to come.” Once I found out I didn’t have the capability of monitoring/supervising the individual micro inverters, I asked All Energy Solar why they did not detect the problem (they have access to this data that I did not); I was told by them that they do not have the manpower to monitor their customer’s data, even though they claim they “ensure your system's performance”! If you have access to this data, it only takes a few seconds to see if there is a failed micro inverter or not. There are 2 ways to avoid having a non-supervised system (Since All Energy Solar does not monitor your system). 1: Cut an observation hole in the cover of the electrical enclosure so that you can see the LEDs on the Envoy-S PV controller. I did this and epoxied a piece of clear Plexiglas over the hole. 2: Buy the “Enlighten Manager” software ($249) that displays each individual solar panel data. With this it only takes a second to see if there is a bad micro inverter in your system; although in the upper left the display still says “System Normal” even when there is a bad micro inverter (so ignore the system normal indication). I was never told that this software was available, or that I needed it if I ever wanted to know that something had failed in my system.

Excellent company to deal with

From start to finish, All Energy Solar was excellent to deal with. David, the regional sales manager, came to our home to evaluate what was needed and answered any questions concerning the project completely and honestly. Carlo, the office liaison, kept us informed about every aspect of the project from system installation to paperwork required to file with Eversource. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns and promptly replied by phone and/or email. The installation crew was both friendly and professional and answered any questions I had concerning the equipment used or how the system interacted with utility. Everyone associated with All Energy Solar has my respect and admiration.

Over Promised, Under-Delivered

I chose All Energy because I liked the salesman and after discussing the best way to do the system and some negotiation, he gave me a great price. Little did I know this was just a "hypothetical" price. Once we started getting into the project, they kept lowering the number of panels and increasing the cost of the install per watt. They changed the price from $2.82/watt to $3.77 per watt overnight, despite me sending in the deposit. Now they are claiming that I have to pay whatever price they tell me, despite signing a contract for lower price. It's a little bait and switch. I'm confident they could install the system, but I don't trust their business practices. I had a few build requests that their sales guy couldn't answer, but I was able to find with a phone call to another installer in minutes. I wouldn't trust what they try to tell you in regards to rebates or final pricing.

I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

They salesperson was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their product. The numbers turned out better than promised!

Power Wall Install

We had All Energy install our PV system several years ago and we were quite happy and impressed with the solar install. When we saw that they now offered Power Wall installation we didn't see any reason to go anywhere else. From the initial visit with Brandon, very informative, to the installation, and a few follow up visits, everything went smoothly and painlessly. Our project manager, Maria, was always quick to answer any questions or address any concerns (not many) that we had. Everyone that came to the house from All Energy was very friendly and informative. They even made it over during one of our many snow events. We highly recommend All Energy for your solar or Power Wall installation.

OCTOBER 2018 INSTALLATION

We did our homework and requested quotes from 7n different solar companies, from the huge corporations with limitless advertising budgets to the smaller, younger companies with local representation. ALL ENERGY SOLAR's salesperson, David D'Onofrio, was the absolute most honest salesperson we've ever met (in any industry). He freely shared his knowledge and experience with other customer installations of all things solar - from the newest, hottest panels and their pluses and minuses to SREC programs and application nuances. David was the most truthful and forthcoming of any salesperson that we met in this process, and he bent over backwards to accommodate our schedules for multiple visits to our home. He assured us that ALL ENERGY SOLAR would do everything for us from all filings, applications, permits, AND follow up, and he was absolutely correct. They stayed right on top of everything and made our installation happen right on schedule, and to our surprise, in a single day. Their follow up after installation has been phenomenal. Had one issue of a panel not reading correctly and they were on it before we even knew about it. They came in and replaced it and we didn't even realize that they had come and gone already to do it. Everyone that we dealt with in the process was absolutely fantastic, from sales to installation and office follow up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Support

Unfortunately I wasn't aware of AllEnergy Solar when installing my solar PV system almost 7 years ago because they have been exceptional to work with taking care of some electronic issues. They know what they're doing and do what they say they're going to do. I operate in this space quite a bit and could not make a stronger recommendation for their work.

Love our Solar

We were very impressed with All Energy Solar. They kept us informed every step of the way. They were here to install and cleanup in one day. There was a problem with some of the equipment, all I had to do was call and they were right on it to get it working, no questions asked. Everyone that I worked with was excited about what they are doing and that's providing a clean, renewable energy resource. It's been a year now and we have ahead on our electric bill and for central MN I figure that's pretty good. I wish we had been able to do this years sooner. I truly believe that we need more people with solar or wind power in their own back yards. Now if I just had window wipers on my panels so we could get the snow off more easily in the winter...

Great Solar Company!!

From the moment we first talked to them about investigating our solar production options to today as a happy All Energy Solar customer , they have ALWAYS been professional and prompt in dealing with us. They helped us navigate talking to our electricity provider about rebates we were eligible for and explained the tax credits we would receive. Installation of the panels was done carefully and on time.They continue to monitor our system even 2 1/2 years later!! They were so wonderful!! I highly recommend them!!

All Energy Solar Rocks

All Energy Solar's Brandon C. gave us a thorough and easy-to-understand run-down of the project we wanted, and the AES installers coordinated superbly with the roofers we chose to install metal shingles. The project looks fantastic, puts out the 6Kw we desired at peak sun in the summer, and was a great leap forward in our desire to reduce our fossil fuel energy use. We rate AES "Five SUNS" for their work!

Expert professionals with great service

AES team installed a residential rooftop system including handling all the paperwork with the utility and the city inspectors. Invited them back to expand the system a year later to current size. Everything was well done, the system exceeds the initial performance estimate. After rodents chewed through two sets of leads AES made the repair within a few weeks. These are good people who follow through on commitments and maintain a professional courteous attitude. Highly recommended.
