Excellent Service Start to Finish

All Energy Solar did an excellent job with our solar system. The salesperson was well informed and helpful, not pushy. The price he quoted was very competitive. After signing the contract everyone at All Energy Solar was a pleasure to deal with. During the installation the installers were courteous and professional. Our system looks great and has performed above what was predicted. We couldn't be happier.

Easy, complete, turnkey residential solar

We selected All Energy because from the first contact, we got a strong sense they were going to do a seamless, complete job. We were right. They have done a great job of integrating a team from sales consultation, to design, to install and post-install service. The did a great job of communicating, even when there wasn't much to communicate. They made the paperwork and payments as easy as possible. I never felt any sales pressure, and was confident they recommended the right products for my needs, not the products they needed to sell. You won't receive an itemized invoice, just a bottom line number, but you will receive a complete, turnkey system. Highly recommended.

Totally Satisfied

From the initial sales contacts to the final after-installation visit the All Energy Solar crew answered questions thoroughly whether by phone or in person, provided courteous on-going reminders of key visits or installation dates, contacted necessary utility people well in advance for any necessary work, made sure we were aware of and provided with necessary info and paperwork for tax rebate purposes, sent installers who were easy to work with and who were well informed re any back and forth questions during installation. These folks are easy to recommend.

My experience with All Energy Solar was nothing short of stellar. Kristen was phenomenal at keeping me informed with the progress of the project from beginning to end. Always positive and professional. The installers and electricians were polite, professional, personable and prompt. The did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of the project as well. Alex was great also from initial meeting to the final sign off.

Roof top solar array

Installed a 20kw and 10kw system on farm buildings and will produce 1/2 of our electric needs. I figure a 6 year 10 month pay back time. It is producing as advertised. Had a issue where I needed my electrician to take care of a problem and All Energy Solar paid that bill. Like the fact that you can actually talk to one of the owners of the company. Very happy with the installing crew and the final tech that came out on site, they were very professional and left the job site very clean when done. Totally liked working with Colin and Marilea as the go to people on any questions that I had. Would recommend All Energy Solar as the best solar company to work with. Thanks Dale

All Energy Solar is top-notch

I contacted All Energy Solar two years before I was able to install my solar panels. I was very interested in solar energy, but I explained that, because of some other work my home needed, I would need to wait several years before moving forward. They did not pressure me, they did not even call and bother me and they were respectful of what was best for my home and my budget. Working with All Energy Solar, their sales person Colin, Cindy in the main office and their installation team was a dream from start to finish. They were professional and thorough. They meticulously took care of every detail, anticipating issues before they arose and communicating with me every step of the way. Every person I interacted with was passionate about the ways solar energy can help our planet and make things better for homeowners. Since installation, the solar panels slashed 46% from my electric bill. One more thing: unbeknownst to me, my 80-something year old father was working with All Energy Solar nearly at the same time I was. He, too, had a marvelous experience with All Energy Solar and is enjoying the benefits of his solar panels as well.

Project completed

Working with this company was a joy. They are totally committed to working to reduce greenhouse gas by the use of solar energy. They are well organized, provide the customer with accurate information with which to make a decision, and communicate extremely effectively. We are extremely pleased with their business model and all of the knowledgeable, courteous and professional employees.

These people are great!!

Just had my solar panels completed, and I must say that it was one of the easiest things that I have had done at my home ever. The team's communication was great! They did the work that they said they were going to do, when they said that they were going to do it. I just wish that everything in my life went so smoothly!

Our solar system went live on June 14,2017. The last electric bill we paid was July 2017. We are very satisfied with the system performance and starting this summer in a credit balance. David, sales rep, and Sarah, product manager, answered all the many questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

Great Company!

They were such a great company to work with for my solar energy install! They handled everything from start to finish! I was always kept up to date on the timeline of the install. They were all friendly and watching the install the workers knew what they were doing, the crew chief was very good and the master electrician as well! It is cool watching the system working! My husband and I do not give reviews often, let alone a 5 star rating! ALL ENERGY SOLAR went above and beyond with their customer service from start to finish of our solar panel project. A special thank you to Reid and Marilea especially. Both were extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the project. Everything was done in a timely fashion. My husband and I have trust in Reid and Marlea's experience and expertise. Within one month of solar installation we have cut our electric bill by over 1/2. Our solar production will only get better as summer is on the way. ALL ENERGY SOLAR company employees AND their product are top notch. And the panels look fabulous! All Energy Solar does it right

I worked with All Energy Solar. Sara was my contact. I wasn't like the others, I researched the panels that I wanted LG315N1K-A5 and the solar edge Power Optimizer and solar edge inverters. the price they gave me for them were the same I found on the internet. they installed them in the time frame they told me left my house clean, picked up all the paper/trash. they were very friendly and new what they were doing. they helped me get on Sol Systems to sell my srec's. and get net metering. it's nice not to have an electric bill and get paid for the power I make. the tax credits are good also. $170 a month for the loan for the whole install which is paid from selling the srec's and the tax credits. the extra cash also comes in handy. if you live in Ma. buy your panels and have All Energy Solar install them I'm very glad I did.

Solar Panel installation

All energy solar did an excellent job from start to finish. we were impressed by the way they explained the whole process that we would be going thru. they showed us how they came up with our estimate and how long the system would pay for itself after installation was complete. they had answers for all my questions and when I asked for some changes in in the plan, they accommodated me as well. all the workers that came to the house were pleasant to talk to and didnt mind me watching what they did and asking them questions. The only criticism I could make is that they had to re-schedule the install date several times and it did not seem needed. In the end, all the work was done very well and it was explained to my satisfaction. I would recommend all energy solar to anyone including my friends and relatives.

Great green energy!

The whole process was simple and went without a hitch. Nick Nelson did a great job of explaining how this would work for us, and making it easy to understand. Marilea Griggs, our project manager did a great job of communicating with us at every step, and coming up with solutions when a few hiccups occurred. We couldn't be happier with the whole process.

FIRST CLASS OPERATION START TO FINISH!

My installation went so quick and the process flowed week to week in anticipation and finished flawlessly leaving me completely impressed with the product, installation and the immediate cost savings upon start up. Almost too good to be true, but that's the best part..IT WAS! From my first impressions and finished meeting with Brandon to the follow up from Cindy was first rate and they go above and beyond to make sure you are informed, save you money if they can, or answer any questions. I'm sure they have several clients they deal with day to day, but I felt like I had my own personal sales person, installers and manager as no question, call, email or text went unanswered without an immediate response. Our installers, Austin and the crew, overseen by Bill were great and very personable and show attention to detail on site. I was left with the impression that they were treating my project and installation as their own. They truly care about you, your project and care about our environment!!!

Love getting energy from the sun!

We started our process when we reached out to All Energy Solar in January of 2017 to learn more about the costs and benefits of solar, and if we were good candidates for benefitting from installing it. The process for our Made in Minnesota rebate application and ultimate installation did take time - so patience is needed from beginning to end. We are running power into the grid by the end of August 2017, and are excited to be reducing our carbon footprint. All Energy's staff have been great about answering all questions along the way, and guiding us through the many steps to qualify for rebates and tax credits. Would definitely do it again!

Residential Solar premium installation

All Energy Solar has been a pleasure to work with. They carefully handled all aspects of the design, installation, permit application, and city/state inspection of the solar panels. They coordinated everything, so that I didn't have to reach out to the inspectors or electric company. They even worked with my Residential Housing Association, who at first was reluctant to allow solar panels to be installed on a home; All Energy Solar came up with a revised design and really pushed the HOA to approve my solar panel request. I thought it would be a very challenging installation due to the height of my roof, but the crew managed to install everything within one day. I would definitely recommend them.

Solar Purchase/installation

We had our system installed the end of June with no problems. Our experience dealing with Dave, Sarah and the rest of the team was very professional, and a great experience. Dave and Sarah were always available for any questions we had. Sarah kept us up to date on the progress of our installation and advised us of each step. They have also been there for any after installation questions we had. We would not hesitate to recommend All Energy Solar as they are a reliable and professional team!

All Energy did it right for us

All Energy really came through for us. We had several companies come to the house, and the All Energy salesman was by far the best. We were lucky, in that the north-south alignment of the roof is really good, and they said they could deliver 110 percent of our current electric usage. So far, they've exceeded this, I'd say closer to 125 percent!

I have been completely satisfied with my experience with All Energy Solar form the initial estimate to the final installation. Everyone, from the sales staff to the installers were knowledgeable and professional. The entire process took about 8 months which included all permitting, site work and final installation in coordination with my local utility company. The system has been in operation and providing the energy production and cost savings as predicted for two full months. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend All Energy Solar.

Solar panels installation

David, Sales Rep is the one the sold us on Solar with his knowledge of systems and credits that are available to us. Sarah, Project Manage send us pre and post-installation process and said she will be taking care of these steps on our behalf and giving updates. As Sarah completed each step we were updated. The installation went as scheduled and the worker were very professional. All Energy Solar is a very professional and detail company I would hire them again.
